The amenities or minimal staff was nice the room was clean the bars and restaurants or unattainable they had a wedding party regular attendance wasn't able to use the areas no brochures to tell us anything but hotel has presented no brochures about the area what to find around the area trying to find everything online all the coffee tea and Ice no one's working on the weekend had to go down and ask for it if you wanted it very difficult to park in is she used the valet parking for $30 a night you had to park around the block the rooms were small and adequate but they were clean but I don't believe I'd go back there again I'd find a different motel I do like the Marriott

A Beautiful and clean hotel. The Staff’s hospitality and attentiveness is unmatched. My family truly enjoyed the stay.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Yet this hotel keeps little refrigerators and freezers by the elevators filled with water and small bags of ice. There’s also a park with a pond that you can walk around and just sit and chill

Nothing Music too loud , . Requested city view I get a room facing another facility no city view just parking lot. Valet driving my vehicle too fast and price for parking ridiculous. Can’t call down stairs every line you try say mailbox full!?!?go up to the lounge and lady bartender was nosy would not allow me and my wife to have a conversation because she kept listening and ask my wife if the tattoo on my arm was her? Really what if it wasn’t she would have ruin our 14th yr anniversary. It is not worth the money I spent . We came there because it was next to art museum where me and wife had our first date which was a friends wedding. I’m very disappointed and very upset had to go to Walmart and get pillows and blankets because I could not get anyone. Paid $60 just for one night! On top of the expensive room . And one last thing why this place don’t sale Patron!?!?!

    Wonderful hotel!

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Enjoyed the walking distance to where we needed to be at. The park outside was beautiful and good vibes. Rooms seems small for the 3 of us who stayed together.

The room was perfect, the staff were helpful. It was in a great location. It was so clean. I had a great view from my room and the rooftop bar and restaurant made a great close to a hard day. The breakfast the next morning was top of the line. I highly suggest this place!

This was our first time staying at a Trilogy hotel and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful with so amazingly decorated with such odd yet beautiful furniture throughout. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are also very nice and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious at the on site restaurant. The hotel also sits directly beside Big Spring Park so we sat on the patio and enjoyed a live concert in the park with food trucks and the works. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Very comfortable room and nice bar areas. Parking was a bit chaotic, due to the volume, not the fault of the hardworking valets.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The sky lounge bar is meant for guests only via key card but half of the concert hall venue across the road where up there by jumping into the elevator with staying guests who had room keys. After 25 minutes of sitting at the bar waiting for service, we left.

    great!

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

I booked it with a city view. I did not get what I paid for. No parking had to use valet or park 2 blocks away. I do not recommend this hotel. The Hampton In. Is next door next time I will stay there.

Pros The view of the park and duck pond was pleasant and served as the only highlight of the stay. The location is good. Bed was well laid on getting in. Cons Overall experience: The overall experience fell significantly short of the hospitality standards expected at this price point. The property feels like a collection of disconnected, profit-driven services rather than a cohesive hotel. For an establishment that opened its doors a year ago. It ought to have sorted out its issues and developed a hospitality culture. Service: Our anniversary was noted on the message to the property but completely ignored. When I brought it up, the staff mentions I should have used a different platform to book. Despite bringing to their notice, not even a card was dropped to acknowledge the occasion. A day later, the manager is almost yelling a greeting from across the lobby, an awkward and disheartening experience. Communication: Reaching the front desk or room service is nearly impossible. Voicemails are full, and calls seem to be ignored, especially since I can see staff are visible in the lobby when on making my way down there each time. Front Desk: Significant confusion regarding my booking category; staff contradicted their own records regarding the room type I paid for. Housekeeping: Subpar, once in 3 days. Room lacked adequate basics like body wash and towels, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Dining/Value: Poor value. The $30/night valet fee is excessive given the service level and room rate. On-site dining limited to two retaurants with limited menu options; breakfast was excessively greasy, and dinner was inedible due to an unpleasant odor on the plates. Not surprised why not too many people ahow up for meals. In-room dining comes with request for tip and still an extra charge of 18%. Surrounding buildings are without restaurants to serve as alternative, so many ads for restaurant space. Quality of food from restaurants on doordash seemed to be poor too. Final Verdict: This property fails to meet basic hospitality expectations.
