Hampton Inn & Suites Huntsville Downtown

Helpful staff, clean rooms, easy check in, and solid breakfast.

There were 3 of us in a king suite & there was plenty of space still! The boxsprings on one side of the bed were broken so it made noise moving or getting in and out of bed, which happens a lot more when you get old - lol. The rug glued to the floor under the bed was also crooked which was stressful for my OCD, but not a problem function wise. The noise outside the room from the road was surprising and the biggest downside. I would like to see the alarm clocks in the room updated to ones with sound machine effects to help in drowning out the noise. The free breakfast was surprisingly good, a wide variety of items that were all fresh. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great customer service, wonderful breakfast, clean facility That i had to pay to park on the facility. I feel if I pay and stay at a hotel that they should give us a car sticker to identify us and not charge us parking fee.

HORRIBLE PARKING. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE FINE PRINT. PARKING WAS $18 A NIGHT IN A PARKING DECK NOT CONNECTED TO THE HOTEL. VERY INCONVIENIENT. THE DECK HAD PUBLIC PARKING FOR $5 FOR ANYONE ELSE. I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT IF I'D KNOWN. BREAKFAST BAR WAS ADEQUATE. NO DRINKS AVAILABLE OTHER THAN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND WATER TO BUY IN SNACK AREA. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. Conveniently located next to a nice park that had some family friendly activities as we arrived. Enjoyed our stay greatly!

I stayed in the suite room the night before my wedding and utilized the space to have hair and makeup come and get everyone ready in the morning. It was the perfect space.

Great hotel, easy access, close to convention center and restaurant’s.

One of the better breakfast in selection and quality of any hotel we have been to. Room was too far from elevator for handicapped.

I arrived late with a hungry teen. Staff wasn’t that helpful in helping us figure out where we could eat. I was able to figure out myself that there was a Mexican place (with great vegetarian options) across place close by that was opened and delicious. The staff didn’t even try to look.

Staff were great and very convenient to walking in downtown and the convention center. Late check in was easy.
