La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Huntsville Airport Madison

We made a last minute decision to stop on our way home from Orange Beach. We had a minor issue with our sofa bed and it was taken care of immediately and beyond what we expected. The young man working was extremely helpful and courteous. The included breakfast was very good and the coffee was some of the best I’ve tasted at any hotel.

Bed was very comfortable, shower was hot. We stayed in a room that had a pull out couch which was very convenient... but had someone else's trash under it, the drawers had crumbs, and other trash behind the bedside tables (I dropped something back there or I would not have looked). The toilet was slow and did not flush well. The breakfast was basic but good, my son really liked that they had honey buns--for him that was the best part of all. The pool looked fine but we didn't have a chance to use it because of our own schedule. The location is very convenient and I enjoyed taking time to peruse the Ollie's discount store nearby. I won't say I'll never stay there again, because it was convenient as a last minute booking, but I will definitely think twice.

Pool great - hot tub small - air wasn’t working well but they were on top of it

Quite location. Comfortable bed. Cold a/c. Nice hot shower. Breakfast was your basic items, food in warmers was hot and fresh. All items were well stocked and replenished as needed. Area was clean and tidy. Staff were nice and helpful. Our room was cleaned, fresh towels placed in bathroom and beds made. Stayed two nights. Easy to get around from this location. A good value for the price. I would stay here again.

I had to ask for towels they didn't have dirty laundry bags there was a pill on my counter In the bathroom. Same guy at the desk couldn't find anything

Not a good experience at all

Staff was nice however before checking in I made sure to go in and ask the desk manager if the hot tub and pool were operating properly and was told yes, no problems however after unloading two families and getting settled in and headed to the pool just to find that the hot tub wouldn’t work, then hot tub runs into the pool so no cool pool for the kids to play in. The room is sooo hott that you can’t breathe in it, our kids were blistered just from swimming in the pool. Just too extremely hot. In the room our desk chair was falling apart like no body’s business totally destroyed. Our dresser was falling apart so we couldn’t even use the drawers in it for clothes. All racks in the fridge were broken so could store cold sodas in fridge or anything in the door of the fridge. Very very disappointed with our stay.

The toilet had feces all over it behind the seat. And there was a kids set of crocs left inside the room between the bed and the wall. Not clean.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. The TV was malfunctioning, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The desk was very helpful with any issue. Clean rooms, nice staff! I will definitely go back!
