Garner Hotel Madison - Huntsville Airport By Ihg

Very clean

Comfortable bed, clean room, staff is excellent and they even baked cookies for guests.

Great place to stay. Very clean rooms.

I did not appreciate the hotel contacting me after 3pm on the day I was checking in to let me know that the room which was booked over 3 weeks ago was no longer available. They messaged that they were putting us in an upgraded room however the room I got was smaller than the one booked and there was no refund offered. I did not make any inquiries when checking in because we drove in late that night and were in the area to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and didn’t need any new unpleasantness.

The area is sketchy, but the hotel is great!

A clean and quiet hotel close to the airport!

Quiet environment with dining in walking distance. Helpful staff, very good service and breakfast.

Great hotel

Great staff. But for me the cleanliness was the winner. This place was spotless. Will be back for sure. Pool was nice

Everything was excellent. One thing for the housekeeping they need to make sure that the shower wash, shampoo and conditioners are filled. We had no shower wash! Other than that, our stay was exceptional.

Super clean, comfortable room. Great mattress and pillows. Friendly staff.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The building was clean and freshly updated. The hotel itself had a pleasant smell when I walked in the door (versus the stale smell some have!) and was welcoming with a beautiful staircase and cute lounge area. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool area but it looked to be well maintained. The bathrooms had Dove branded toiletries which was a nice touch. Beds were comfy and rooms had a good layout with space to set bags and to sit. Great experience!

All was clean and staff was friendly. 24 hour coffee!

Great staff and breakfast

This site was clean, room was very nice and spacious! Pool and hot tub were very nice and well kept! All the staff was amazing!! Will definitely visit again!

Great place to stay, good breakfast and quiet to sleep during the day since I work the during the night...

One of the pillows was nasty. The mattresses were not comfortable. We did not have enough towels or toilet paper, but the front desk associate was very quick to respond. The ac was honestly barely cool.

There is a quaint meeting area that has chairs and a fire place when you first walk in. The room was extremely clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I suffer from back pain, but this is the first time sleeping at a hotel where my back didn’t hurt the next day. The free buffet breakfast was also good. Very friendly staff. Close to amenities in Madison and Huntsville as well as The airport. Highly recommend.

Clean room , front desk was great , good stay no issues 👌
