Quality Inn Madison - Huntsville

The room was very dirty - there was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the bedroom area. The room smelled very strongly of marijuana and there was a dirty bandaid on the floor. The pool was filthy as well and the grounds were not maintained. The staff at the breakfast was not very kind or helpful and wasn’t refilling anything unless specifically asked.

Good stay for the price……

Easy check in, room was cleaned promptly the next day.

First room they gave us had stains on bedspread and sheets. The front desk lady was very nice about it and gave us a different room. The next one was better but had cigarette burn holes in the sheets. The property needs some maintenance. Overall it was OK for a quick nights stay.

Staff wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. Front desk won't give you extra towels, but has a swimming pool.. bird nests everywhere. Underneath the hallways, and bird poop all over hallways.

The room was very musty and upon inspection the bed was dirty with quite visible stains on the sheets, mattress pad and the mattress. I was offered a new room and I denied that request. I was also denied a refund with no explanation from either Quality Inn or Expedia.
