The room was in disrepair. The first time we flushed, the toilet, the handle actually fell off of the toilet. I do have to say the bathroom did Pure clean.The main lobby could definitely use a little bit of touchup. Paint, for instance, was scraped off the walls behind the counter, and the bathrooms in the main area did not have toilet paper and we’re actually filthy. The breakfast which showed to be top-notch definitely was not. The eggs I’m pretty sure are powdered eggs and again just the eating area was not very clean. I was expecting an older facility well-maintained with a decent breakfast.

Convenient The cleanliness of the room. Refrigerator was not clean. Sheets and covers need replacing? And roaches crawling in the room and bathroom.

Great stay for your money and everything was minutes away if you needed to go get something.

Front desk staff for PM and AM shift were so friendly! The complex was quiet and there were plenty of options for a quick breakfast. The stay was nice for what we paid. This is my second time and will come back again.

Staff was great. Checking in was smooth. Staff walked a hair dry to our room. Breakfast was good. Reception looked updated. Only negative was the walls in the room. You could tell there had been some patch work done. Also the paint didn’t quite match but that is me being picky. That being said you can tell they tried to fix it. Also, the decorative rocks beds were littered with cigarette butts.

Always friendly staff, everything is always clean, decent breakfast Just that I'm trying to get a discount and I'm not finding one when I try to book a reservation, I know they're available but I can't always find one,make it easier to find them,or am I missing something?

The location to Sam Houston State University The property is older and somewhat outdated.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place, from the outside I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but once we entered the lobby and then our rooms I saw this place was well taken care of. Our rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly.

It was quiet. Poor lighting in the bathroom area. The workers didn't clean the floor when they came in to clean. Only replaced towels and bedding.

Breakfast was small & food lukewarm. Our room keys stopped working numerous times for all our rooms.
