Staff was helpful if you needed anything, the A/C was excellent. It was never hot in the room, and you have stores and restaurants around too choose from 👍.

The only complaint I have is the hot water wasn’t working right. So I basically took cold showers. They let me use another room to shower in but it was the same. The issue was the whole hot water system.

The room was clean and the AC worked well. The common areas were well maintained. Breakfast was OK. Typical hotel breakfast stuff. We ran completely out of hot water resulting in me taking a completely cold shower. The sink leaked making the floor wet and the outlets were so loose they were basically unusable.

Staff was friendly and eager to help. The rooms were clean and very nice. The only concern I had was the breakfast could have been better. I was adequate though. Overall it was a good stay.

Clean and friendly

The most comfortable bed and pillows I've ever experienced at a hotel! No frills, but had everything you need for a perfect road trip stop. The breakfast was wonderful, the coffee excellent, the staff efficient and helpful. Made the trip so much better! The only negative was that the public women's restroom near the lobby had a non-functioning trash can and a sink out of order. Very inconsistent with the rest of the hotel experience, but I am grateful that the room experience was prioritized. A good place to stay to avoid going through Houston traffic at night when driving south from Dallas!

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were wonderful with great customer service. Breakfast was perfect and had a good selection to choose from.

Had no water for 2 days
