The property was well maintained. The a/c seemed to be out on the third floor hallway. Staff was attentive to our concerns.

Breakfast could be better, but other than that, I will stay there every time I go to Huntsville. We've been there for baseball tournaments, times I really recommend it.

It was very nice! The hotel has a lovely free and fresh breakfast every morning. The room was very clean. Staff is very friendly. Only one negative is that the pool is very small!

The staff was nice, property clean. Breakfast was ok not too much variety. The room was a good size. I wish fridge was a bit bigger we were there 4 days and just needed more fridge space. The pool was small but not to many people were in there so it made it ok. Not a lot of outdoor seating besides the pool area. The parking was good. I did like that it was quiet and close to a lot of shopping and food. I did get charged a different rate then what was said on my confirmation and on my receipt from hotel, I have tried to call but I keep getting sent to a voicemail and have yet to receive a call back. Overall I wouldn't mind staying here again but I do prefer the hotels who have a mini kitchen area in it and I don't believe this location has that to offer but good for a quick stay beds are comfortable and water pressure pretty good compared to most places.

We stay for a three-night baseball tournament. It was very clean, the breakfast wasn't too good, but other than that, I will stay there again

We always stay here when we visit Huntsville we love the hotel for the cleanliness and price. Our family really enjoys the free breakfast saves us some money. Staff is very friendly. Kids enjoy the pool.

The hotel appeared to be clean and the staff were helpful and nice. However the shower in the room leaked and there was a horrible smell in the elevator. It smelled like natural gas. The rooms are not insulated well and the cracks in the door let noise in from the hall, ie people talking and doors closing. Could not fully close the curtain to create a black out space for sleeping. The restrooms off the lobby, the commodes were not attached well to the floor as the wobbled.

Stayed 1 night. Everything was nice and the staff was friendly. The elevator was out and my room was on the 4th floor.

Carpet was dirty, elevator was broken (notified the day of), water did not drain in the bathtub , shower head broken.
