We always stay here when we visit Huntsville we love the hotel for the cleanliness and price. Our family really enjoys the free breakfast saves us some money. Staff is very friendly. Kids enjoy the pool.

The hotel appeared to be clean and the staff were helpful and nice. However the shower in the room leaked and there was a horrible smell in the elevator. It smelled like natural gas. The rooms are not insulated well and the cracks in the door let noise in from the hall, ie people talking and doors closing. Could not fully close the curtain to create a black out space for sleeping. The restrooms off the lobby, the commodes were not attached well to the floor as the wobbled.

Only thing was walking four flights with bags and every time you went out and in. Elevator was down and the clerk did offer a 10 dollar item for trouble which was kind of however should of been a 50 dollar discount for the inconvenience

Stayed 1 night. Everything was nice and the staff was friendly. The elevator was out and my room was on the 4th floor.

Carpet was dirty, elevator was broken (notified the day of), water did not drain in the bathtub , shower head broken.

The property was clean. The breakfast was lacking. The front desk staff member was difficult to converse with and he tried to charge me, even though I had already paid on Booking. He needs more training on how not to try and charge someone, even though I showed proof I had already paid. It was a mess.

Breakfast is great, could use some herbal non-caffeine tea. The coffee area is also great. Gym is ok, but could use a little bit more of equipment, mats. The room is clean and updated but the hair dryer is very basic, I'll need to bring one so it doesn't destroy my hair. The pillows are terrible, the shower pressure is not potent and the towels are bad, very used. Clean but worn out. I understand the town is small and sometimes the investment may not compensate, but this is a Marriot! Not a motel! There are many great things about this place, but there are also many things you can improve. Maybe 2 decente pillows per room? 1 new towel? Perhaps start working on the shower heads as well?
