good with the checking Protocol… because I had to go the front attendant THREE DIFFERENT TIMES TO GET CHECKED IN.., AFTER KNOWING WHO I WAS STILL NO CORPORATION … I WAS ONLY THERE FOR A CLASS REUNION…THEY DIDNT CARE…SAYING THE COMPUTERS WERE DOWN..HAVING ALL MY INFORMATION ON MY PHONE..TRY TO SAY EXPEDIA WAS A THREE PARTY AND THEY MAKES MISTAKES WITH SERVICES… REMOVING MY LUGGAGE FROM MY CAR TWICE WITH NO ASSIST AND I’M DISABLED…AFTER 4:00PM AND REFUSING TO LEAVE WAS WHEN THEY FINALLY CHECKED ME IN TO MY ROOM…

I am a super bougie person when it comes to hotels and I was happy with this stay. The staff was AMAZING!!! Everything was very clean and comfortable! Great location for shopping and eating. 10 out of 10 would stay again simply for the staff.

This is the second time I have stayed here and will stay here again! Friendly staff and the fact that it’s within walking distance of some of my favorite stores is an extra bonus! Five stars! Oh and with this heat that we’re having my room was set at just the right temperature after being out in the heat .

Super clean and nice hotel! Pool was good for the kids and workout room had equipment for everyone! Hotel is in a great area with plenty of food and shopping choices! Overall, great stay!

The shower door would not stay closed and it was almost as if they put the fixtures backwards in the shower. The countertops in the room were not clean- old rice and sticky residue was left behind. Thank God I brought Clorox wipes and .

There was no hot breakfast 3 of the 5 days I stayed there. It seemed they made hot food in the morning, but when it ran out, it was out. Usually around 7:00 am.

Staff was professional yet friendly. As an industry, hotels need to give instructions or explanations regarding the use of televisions and/or master outlets for lighting. Otherwise, quite enjoyable.

Great location right off the highway and near everything you could need. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed during shower. Kept sliding open. Housekeeping never came. It took the front desk person at least 10 mins to come to the front desk the night we got there to check in. No sign or bell or anything.
