Candlewood Suites DFW West - Hurst by IHG

Good

Cold comfortable and quiet with a great bed!

Superb

Exceptional

Room was very humid and damp. Dirty sink, dirty toilet, dirty walls. On the plus side: very comfortable bed, convenient parking, and the kitchen and small marketplace are very useful.

Great service, close to everything. Highly recommended.

Good place to stay with the exception of the pillows have pokey zipperrs and the swimming pool needs to be cleaned.

So it's hard to open the fridge. When you have stuff in your hands we'll probably be my only complaint. Positives are kitchens, good microwaves, good. You leave your trash out by the door they pick it up for you Parking is good. Cross the street from walmart and Aldi for groceries. Rooms are perfect size for 2 people.

The hvac unit was super loud, and the pool was very dirty. Everything else was great.

Great

It's ok. A good place for visiting workers to stay.

Ehhh it's basic

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the property itself was not very clean. This location does allow animals in the hotel and unfortunately, I was originally in a room with feces. After speaking with the front desk I was immediately moved to a different location however, cleanliness is not a priority for this location. I would not recommend to stay at this location.

The wonderful front desk girl!! Nothing I loved the entire stay

The kitchen was nice, the bathroom had growing mold and it was gross. The towels were stained and had hair from the previous person

clean, quite, and convenient. bed mattress was a little to soft.

bed mattress was a little to soft.

The ac was already on when I checked in and that was wonderful not walking into a hot room. Front desk stay was helpful getting extra towels immediately when asked
