They are letting the place get run down. Been staying there for years and just found this time not very clean

We were disappointed that Holiday Inn moved away from the complementary breakfast and now charges extra. For the room charge we paid we feel it could have been maintained. It would be also nice to have internet access without having to go through an enrollment process and the potential of receiving future promotionary emails.

It was very, very clean! I really liked during this stay how we got text messages, notifying people of things that were found or clothes left in the dryer, things like that that made it feel like home...

We loved our stay here! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in at a hotel, the restaurant was delicious, and the staff was so kind. The room was clean and very bright! We will be back!

New and clean hotel, clean rooms, and comfy bed. Onsite food was good and it was reasonably priced. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Room is very spacious. The staff is professional.

No complaints, other than we needed to use the clothing iron on the room. It didn’t work, it took three times to front desk before one was found that worked. Staff was helpful in finding one.

The staff called another manager on cell and checked us in with little delay. Great experience. Will stay here again when we are in town.

Everything looked clean and organized well. Our room did not contain any information about the area, the in-house restaurant, or instructions for calling the desk—maybe that’s not a holiday inn thing. The bed and pillows were decent. One thing we did notice was that the shower pan gets quite slick when wet — noticeably more so than most places we’ve been. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay at a decent rate.
