It was a beautiful place to stay!

We had a wonderful room with a great view of the waterfall. Hotel is very close to the Riverwalk Park and close to dining restaurants. They served a great breakfast in the lobby is nice and big and clean. Would recommend this hotel when staying here.

Hotel is located in a great location close to the Riverwalk. The room is really nice along with the front lobby and an excellent breakfast and the staff was very friendly and easy to talk to.

The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on. Room 232 needs a new bed. That one belongs in the trash.

The door to our room was very heavy and would be hard for a frail person to open. We were in Room 306 which was about 3/4 of the way down the hall, a long walk for my frail 87 year old husband. Part of this was my fault because we got to our room at 8:30 after driving from Boise and going out to dinner with friends. I thought the shower was not as described in the reservation. I was able to use the shower door handle as a grab bar. i'm not sure it was intended as such. The toilet was lower than ours at home. We should have complained and asked for a proper handicapped room, but thought, Oh well. The staff was great, and breakfast was really great.
