It was beautiful Absolutely nothing

Great location Confusing check in

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing it was the guests above and next door that made the stay non enjoyable. Extremely loud until around 3am. The room was clean for the most part but definitely under maintained. The air conditioning and door locks worked. No view from the room but walking outside and walking down the path was very good. We would consider staying again but would definitely pick the comfort suite offered by the same company

This was the dirtiest, grossest motel I've ever been in. Breakfast was a joke! Filthy room, smelled horrendous

The location was perfect! The room was dirty. The floor was dirty. The room smelled bad. The door was difficult to open and shut. The pool was dirty and gross.

Beautiful view of the river and the Temple. If you are looking for a modern and spotless hotel, this isn't the place for you. It's an older hotel. Our room needed some paint touch ups, and a little more cleaning done in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the price was right, and it served our needs for the night. If I needed a place to stay for a longer period of time I would choose somewhere else.

breakfast was not very good. the tables were not clean and Ithink they need more help at breakfast time. The Lady at our motel did not seem to know what to due . the other Lady had to help her. The fridge did not work, I called front desk and the same Lady say she get maintenance to check it out. Never heard from anyone. The bathroom was not very clean. One kleenex in the box, body soap was not full. !/4 maybe. One chair in room and it was broken. We also ask for two Queens and did not get it. We made our reservation almost a week ahead of our time. The lady same one said all the Queens rooms where taken. Which was not true, the front room 69 maybe never was checked into. We were not real happy, had plan on staying one more night. . what we order the Two Queens and a clean roon with a chair that was good and a fridge that was cold. The tower was was much better when we stayed there.

There were bugs in the bed and the room was disgusting. The pool was crumbling and had trash everywhere. We had to get. Refund and leave. It was disgusting

Close to the falls We had no hot water, the sink wouldn’t turn off, there was a dead spider in my pillow case, someone else’s dirty clothes under the bed, the shower didn’t drain, and there was stains on everything! Also, it would have been nice to know that we had to go next door for everything!

This hotel is part of the nice quality Inn but it is rundown and sketchy looking. You have to walk over to the newer hotel to check in and eat breakfast.

We were greeted by friendly staff and checked in. She explained the layout of the property and what to expect. We easily found our room. First impression was that it was old but satisfactory, but upon inspectong the room, there was a spill and dirt on the floor and cobwebs under the air conditioning unit. The bathroom door handle was extremely loose, making it difficult to open, the toilet barely flushed and there were gnats in the room. Upon bringing this to their attention, they were very apologetic and quickly found us another room - she even personally checked it out before issuing the room key to us. This room was satisfactory, but still in need of maintenance. Breakfast was good.

It was quite filthy the bathroom I know due to no upgrade renovation but still the bathroom was very dirty found hair on the floor bugs in the bed and floor but luckily no bed bugs although the stay was pleasant and worried that I was afraid might catch the bed bugs. Very dirty no cleanliness

Not very great. Shower room had mold on walls and no body wash or soap.
