Several broken items in bathroom and on door

The rooms were clean, staff was punctual on getting things you need. My family enjoyed having breakfast every morning

i do not know how Expedia could recommend a hotel like this.

Great room , location right on the falls. Breakfast was a good choice of several items. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Badly directed parking spaces.

Dirty Bugs Cold

Located right by the falls Ground floor with outside door was fine. Gaps in the door to the outside. Could hear absolutely everything going on outside the whole time. The shower was only a handheld one that got just lukewarm. The toilet didn’t flush properly. Could hear everything from every room that was adjacent. Very noisy.

It was close to the falls. It was dirty and we had to go to a different location for breakfast.

Clean room, if you have choice, choose 2nd floor, it is more clean and bigger than first floor. Location just next to the falls, that’s the most reason I chose this hotel

I liked how it was across from the water falls. I didn’t like the ghetto feel. The pool was dirty and the rooms were slightly clean. The TV did not work except for commercials. The internet did not work either. They did try to get it going but did not work!

Definitely a 3/10. Many of the walls had the wallpaper falling off of them, the layout of the room was inconvenient to say the least, stains on the blankets, couldn’t really use the tv. Overall not the best stay I’ve had, I will say the beds were very nice and comfy but that’s about all this place had going for it. For the price I will definitely not be going there again, there’s cheaper places in the area that feel way more like home

Breakfast was nice, multiple selections. Located across from the falls, beautiful area and walking path. Room was clean. Staff polite. The landscaping was terrible, weeds everywhere. Our door did not seal tight. Noisy guest’s upstairs. Building was old and the outside looked terrible.

You get what you paid for. Room is nice enough, but I had to clean the toilet because obviously no one cleaned it before I got there. I didn’t like that I had to clean the toilet when I first arrived. It’s kind of gross.

Bathroom was in really bad shape and dirty.

Staff was excellent. But room was dirty and tub was clogged.

the manager was so very rude. the young girl checking us in was very nice. the pool was filled with algae on the bottom cement chipping all over. our bathrrom very dirty . there was an obviously something spill - splashed on the wall the toilet leaked. when i wiped up water so i wouldnt slip on the floor, the towel came away brown!! the corners of the bsthroom were crusted with grit. the only thing that was okay was the clean towels and bed. the grounds were weedy and garbage lying everywhere woukd not reccommend it to anyone!

It was okay under reconstruction There was small sand or similar in the bed.

There was also a giant sticky spot on the floor in between the beds. We layed a towel down over top of it There was also a party in the club house thing by the pool and the music was so loud we could hear every word from our room.that was a bummer. Over all though I would stay here again if the price was right again

I had to check in at the hotel next to it as this one looked closed. Once inside the room it was super basic which is what I expected for the price. In the shower there was a used bar of soap, and the inside of the garbage can in the room was covered with mold. There was also a dead bird outside

Location Area was in alot of disarray. Remodeling... the construction workers seemed to be using the facilities and grabbing coffee from the breakfast area while the guests where trying to get food and eat.

Beautiful location downtown by the falls. Shower head was broken. Shower valve broken. Vanity sink faucet aerator clogged so water barely ran. Floor in room was patched/uneven from obvious water damage. Stairs to 2nd floor were cracked and dangerous. Room door warped so it had to be forced closed. Rubber eggs for breakfast. Construction crew had boom box at full volume. I didn't expect much for the price but this was bsd. Are these places inspected? It should be condemned. I was in #251 for reference.
