Quality Inn Idaho Falls

Location. The hotel is centrally located close to Hwy and downtown. The hotel is dated really 80's atmosphere. A brick building that needs some repairs. The room was noisy, you can really hear when guest walk all over the second floor. There was a repair in the ceiling badly done, and the toilet was loose. The room was clean, bedding was ok and lighting was good.

I felt like I should have been renting the room by the hour. It did have a new bed and bathroom was clean but the rest looked it was college furniture, ceiling was in bad shape, walls were marked up badly. Outside pool was not in operation. I have video of room. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel. I have stayed at other Choice Hotels and was very happy

Room was not what the photos show. Walls had holes punched in, dirty walls, dirty shower.

Terrible. Filthy. Pool permanently shut but they still advertise it having a pool.

No pool for the kids Breakfast was in a distant building Staff were okay - caring for a losing proposition The Comfort Inn next door looked great - under the name of the Quality Inn (some franchise issues)! Fix it or forget it

That was the nastiest most dirty motel I have ever stayed at. There cleaning people must be freaking blind. If you want warts, bed bugs or cuties then this is the motel for you. My sink and toilet were both clogged and didn’t work at all. Don’t waste your money staying here sleep under your car or a bridge honestly it would be cleaner!

When you get there you have to check in at the hotel next to you. The lobby for this hotel is now a restaurant. The pool is closed. It wasn't terrible but it just looks run down. The room was clean but dated but bed was comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful.

The young lady who checked the funeral was wonderful. We did an upgrade to get a water view room and would definitely plan to do that again The parking lot is in fairly rough shape as is some of the landscaping particularly around the back side, just saying for your own self-improvement.

The staff were so helpful when I cancelled the booking and looked for a refund. It was filthy dirty and should be closed down

Exposed pipes dirt and dust in grease on everything. The walls could really use a coat of paint or at least being washed showerhead loose. Had to hold it with one hand while you’re having a shower ran out of hot water, rust and mildew on the bottom of the door very, very poorly maintained.

Thermostat was able to be changed. Lighting was set up for variable lighted areas. Room colors were natural and comfortable. I loved having a fridge and microwave in the room, as well as plenty of different charging ports available. Better than the last 4 star I stayed in at a better price. The 4 star also didn't offer a hot breakfast. The upstairs room sounded like old style apartments that are poorly insulated and every sound carries to lower room

Rooms are updated. Outside is same for decades. Tub was not safe. No grip in tub. Slippery. You could see outline where old grip was ripped out.

It was just an overnighter, but it was great. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
