They gave us the wrong room. We tried to walk in on someone at 11:30 pm. Luckily he was friendly and the security lock was on. Rundown but you get what you pay for.

The room not clean bed in the bathroom and the pool area special in the Jacuzzi been cold water definitely I’m not staying again

Walked in to an unfinished room twice. Front desk fixed mistake but hot tub was out of order and pool was cold
-
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Easy to navigate and close to restaurants and stores. Would stay there again for sure! Front desk attendant Oz, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and chat with!

I think they are going to get it together and the ratings are going to come up.

The hot tub was lukewarm and so over-chlorinated it discolored several of our groups swimsuits and towels from home. There were no clean pool towels for guest. Breakfast was chaotic each morning. Food ran low or was out, tables weren’t cleaned, trash overflowed, and on July 4th they were completely out of coffee. Someone in our group ran to the store for coffee grounds because guests were upset. We had continued issues with our key cards, the ice machines were broken, and the pics online are not accurate Overall, the lack of staffing, cleanliness, and basic hospitality made for a frustrating and unpleasant stay.

There was a nice motel even better. As the whole and hotspot were working for the most part, it was okay

Clean. Friendly and dog friendly.

Both ice machines broken. When we 1st arrived the outside window was open on our 1st floor room with a broken screen flapping in the wind. When I mentioned to front desk the followong morning, I was given a lack of concern for the safety issue. I had also mentioned a slow draining tub which I had to call again to ask for maintenance. The interior doors were frequently propped open also decreasing safety. I will not stay again.

The room was not the best not maintained towels were really old did not smell clean and the room had a bad bathroom was horrible tub and toilet yellow stains and the shower curtain was dirty shower head was falling off the wall, smell too much bleach to hide the smell but unfortunately it made it worse. The staff was quick provide an iron when requested. The person checking us in was rude and unwelcoming but the person checking out was pleasant.

But the room we ended up in was not clean at all would not be surprised if the sheets were not changed had crumbs of food in one of the beds They should be removed from your app Honestly we should be asking for a refund

The room was clean, but really run down. Outdoor locks were broken making it difficult to get to our room. Breakfast was great. They did provide a “real” breakfast. Eggs, sausage (best I have had in forever) waffles, muffins. and all the usuals.

We needed a quick hotel near the airport, the photos made Clarion look like a fine choice but the property was not maintained, the rooms were filthy, with stains on towels and linens, rooms didn’t appear to be mopped, showers were scummy and looked like possible mold growth behind toilet. The pool our kids were excited to use had towels in piles on the ground. The pool bathroom wasn’t cleaned and had trash overflowing. I don’t typically leave unsatisfactory reviews but I truly wouldn’t want anyone to experience the same quality especially when paying over $120 per night.

The main hotel looked really nice but our room was sketchy, the bathtub had hair all inside of it, and the toilet tank kept filling up all night. The beds were decent but overall the place felt dirty.
-
The experience was positive at the front desk. However, the room we were assigned was unlocked and the room was dirty with bed unmade. The front desk staff was accommodating, but very overwhelmed as he was the only one on shift with a full hotel. We felt the place was not worth the price we paid.

First thing we see upon arrival is the pool and hot tub are out of service. The grounds are overgrown and there was a shopping cart at one of the entrances. Come to find out all the ice machines are out of service as well, no screens on the windows, people were using quarters from the broken washing machine tender box to use in the dryer. The room was dirty including hair on the pillow case and the bathroom was filthy. I cancelled the rest of my stay here and only stayed one night out of 4 as I'm not paying to use a facility where all the amenities are out of service and basic cleanliness is an issue. Not someplace to take a family. Seemed more like a party spot. It's a shame because you can tell at one time this property was very nice and upscale even being nextdoor to the Hilton BUT not anymore. I feel sorry for the staff who have to deal with constant complaints and lack of service. I have called in multiple times to speak with the manager about getting refunded for the night I did not stay and I'm still having issues. Not what a person wants to deal with after coming home from a vacation.

was terrible. Ice machines didn’t work (any of them) part of old machines shoved in rooms. Hot tub did not work, there was water leaking all over the floor in hallways, holes in walls upstairs with a random bike in the hallway. Washed, but stained towels in bathrooms. We had to ask for extra towels as we only had 2 in our room for 4 people. The main building laundry for the hotel was terribly rundown looking and door was open for everyone to see the chaos. Old rundown looking machines and a disaster. Guest laundry room the Tv was stripped off the wall. The machines worked, but looked sketchy. Broken workout benches and chairs were just placed outside of building instead of getting rid of them. The place had a gross smell. Don’t let the lobby fool you! I would not recommend staying here and I am not picky. The river view and location is the only good thing about this place.

The room itself was very clean and nice. The bed would have been super comfortable but they need better bed frames. It shook horribly whenever my husband moved so I slept terribly. What happened to the heavy bed frames that were like attached to the wall?? Would not stay again simply because the bed moved too much.
