Clarion Inn Idaho Falls Riverfront

The beds were decently comfortable. The A/C worked well. Lack of TV. The door to the room was near impossible to get in. The rooms were noisy. The bathroom door wouldn't lock. The bathroom found sounded terrible. There was a dirty towel. The overall cleanliness was lacking.

Our tv had no signal but the manager was amazing and went as far as bringing us a different tv and set it up.

Beds were comfy and staff was pleasant Very seamless check in and check out process! The hottub didn't seem as clean as it could of been.

Beautiful views and well located. Room was adequate.

Not well maintained

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It had a very good restaurant next to it, The Sandpiper. We enjoyed our stay there.

Ketan at the front desk was amazing. Our room key would not work after we used it the first time. He had to open it with a special device and offered us treats for the inconvenience. The air conditioner rattled a lot so we turned it off only to hear the high pitched whining of the fridge. A barn door had been built for the door to the bathroom which was missing a stopper so the door would roll off the track. This was very frustrating in the middle of the night. We also noticed that the cover to the smoke detector was removed so that the door could slide. The restaurant next door, The Sandpiper, was delicious, FYI.

Breakfast, personal and facilities were fine! My only problem was they allowed people with a Pit Bull to stay there. Twice as my dog and I were walking through the facility the Pit Bull tried to attack my dog. I mentioned the interaction to the people at the counter and maybe review their policy concerning Pit Bulls?

Specious, clean room. Excellent bed and pillows, the best I have slept on during my trip.

The rooms were nice enough, but I do feel like I paid too much for what it was. It’s an old building with an insane amount of rooms. And the walls were so thin anyone outside sounded as though we were sharing a bed. The hallway looks like it goes on forever which it does when your key immediately stops working after the first use, walking all the way to the front desk then having to wait, call, nothing, wait, call, nothing.. I assumed the person at the front desk probably needed to use the restroom, but she was in absolutely not hurry even once she saw us standing there she did not pick up her pace even slightly once she noticed we were obviously getting impatient. Complimentary phone chargers are now a non negotiable.

There was no internet, I was told the router was not working.

not much... we did have rooms but those are questionable open wall circuits; someone else's food still in refrig; ancient a/c machine; door to bathroom inoperative and looks to be hand made; no knobs on the drawers; exit doors are for exit ONLY...cannot get back in through them, even with the required key.

Location No towels... Got towels upon request...had holes in them. Sheets did not fit well. Had to request cleaning if the room ater 2 nights. Breakfast lousy...no food.

Experience was good 3 people in 1 room beds were just ok and time to shower only enough towels for 2 I asked the staff for another set never got one went to the front office to get some and the guy behind the counter found a towel wasn’t 100% it was clean he thought it was but who knew so we’ll leave it at that and you use your best judgement
