Filthy. Room never cleaned never got clean towels. Hot tub broken. Exterior door didn’t have handle. Keys kept not working.

The staff was nice. The beds were clean and comfy. Towels were new and clean. We needed extra towels and they brought them to our room. The room just needs some updating.

Worst place ever. Key card had to be refine 15 times in 1 day. Had to go to the lobby several times. Moldy. Pool not heated. Hot tub broken. Truly horrific Coffee creamer was rotten and curdled.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. My issues is that the pictures didn't match the actual property. The rooms are severely in need of upgrading.

No wash cloths in room. Skimpy on toiletries.

Room was a nice size - large. Had the new type of floors. Didn’t like that some of the room was updated and parts were not. Walls dingy, furniture not very nice, small tv sitting on top of micro wave, fridge sitting in the corner not in a cabinet plus leaking water because it wasn’t plugged in. Plug in for everything was on a different wall so cords stretched out and needed a box for more outlets. Eggs at breakfast were terrible, taste and texture! Could not eat them. Not real eggs.

Hotel seemed like it needed maintenance and upkeep. Clean but kind of run down.

Very dirty. There was a fly in the room and the toilet looked used. There was urine near the bottom of the toilet

I arrived in the lobby which didn't have working air conditioning during a heat wave so temps there soared to 85 degrees inside. They had a swamp cooler blowing on high but it just moved the hot air around and made it kind of humid. I got my keys (which must be inserted upside down to work) and made it to my room. Wifi only works in the hallways so don't expect to get any signal in your room. I had to upgrade to unlimited data to avoid going over my limit during my stay. Out of the 5 outlets in the room and bathroom (5 sets of two), only two worked. The ones in the bathroom and the one behind the dresser where the TV was plugged in. "Clean" sheets and towels were stained. Shower was full of mildew, soap scum, and even mold. I appreciate the washer and dryer the hotel had available but it's $2 in quarters for each cycle on each machine which can add up quickly. Housekeeping will not come unless by request even during a weeklong stay, so garbage piles up, and they are stingy with the towels. Even when I requested housekeeping service, it took more than a day with multiple requests to get them to do it. Towards the end of my stay, a couple with a dog was staying there, and I guess they left their dog in the room and it barked for hours around dinner time. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I had to, and I would check that my room was close enough to the lobby to get wifi signal and would check that the bedding and towels were clean as soon as I got to my room.

Entry doors had broken or removed handles. One nite stand was missing. Room was not very clean. It is in need of a remodel. Bed was uncomfortable and didn't fit the base.

Location is good but the hotel is ok. The room we stayed at needs deep cleaning, top to bottom, the bathroom has no door, the sheets and pillow cases were so wrinkly they look like they’re washed or something.

The front desk was great, the AC was great, beds were comfortable. Pool was broken and dirty. Hot tub chemicals were burning our sensitive parts and so murky. Disgusting. Our shower had mold on the tiles and on the opposite side of the shower, the paint was peeling inside the closet with obvious water and mold damage.

This property is in desperate need of a renovation. The bed sank on one side and the bottom of the bathtub was mostly chipped off. The baseboard tile in the bathroom was missing grout and I spent most of the night listening to a guest’s large dog bark that they left in the room. When I tried to contact the staff nobody would answer the phone. I won’t stay here again. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Don’t be fooled by the wood floors I spilled water and when I used a hand towel it was black when I wiped it up so I went to the bather poured some shampoo in hot water and moped the whole room I wish I had taken a picture of how black it was when I finished so if the floor is that dirty imagine the rest. The good thing it is was quiet.
