Super 8 by Wyndham Idaho Falls

Bed was good, tv worked, but a lot of updating happening

Construction was going on. Room was nice and updated, but not much light in bathroom. TV not user friendly and no help from front desk. No answer from them at all!

The back door to outside was broken and just propped open. You could hear everything in the hotel. Each door opening and closing. No sound proofing. The shower would go from hot to cold to scalding hot. You could also see right in a hole where the shower head came out. There was also only one towel in the room. It never stayed on one temperature. When checking in the front staff wasn’t even paying attention. Then she accused me of my card declining even though it processed. I walked out and started looking for an other hotel and was just ready to eat the cost of this hotel. I don’t recommended it. We didn’t even eat the breakfast there. There were spiders all over inside and out.

Terrible all around! Not worth 100$ night

Very rundown hotel. Gave me a key to a room, went up to the room, opened the door and two people were sleeping in bed. Went back to the front desk, the clerk argued with me that I had the wrong room. I told her I went to the room written on the key card envelope and the key card opened that door. She just said "oh". Never apologized. Gave me a new room with nobody in that one. Lots of shady people on the property as well. Breakfast was non-existed.

Room key did not work even after four tries. I paid extra to check in early only to have issues getting into the room. The front desk employee had to walk me to my room so I could sleep. He was very helpful. Shower was dirty but the bedroom and bed was very comfortable. Best bath towels ever though. The towels were soft and smelled good. Breakfast was either bagels; muffins; or waffles. Not great choices. I would not stay here again.

Booked 1 room with 2 queens, but they gave us two rooms with one queen each for same price which was even better. Shower leaked al over the floor. Bed and room were comfortable. Had to turn the heat on for a bit as room was air-conditioned down to crazy low temp upon arrival. Breakfast was bad. Only fake coffee creamer available.

The staff was great. Heater didn't work and got me a new room. Pool and spa both out if service. Maybe for repair but I was looking forward to it. Breakfast was very dismal.

The property was dirty especially the public areas. It is also extremely poorly maintained

The room was clean. The detergent used to wash the sheets set off my allergies. The apple juice dispenser was inoperative on both mornings and the orange juice dispenser was inoperative on the second morning. The ice dispenser in the breakfast area is permanently on a pallet jack, which doesn't inspire confidence. On the other hand, the basic breakfast was good and the staff was cheerful and very helpful.

Room was fine. Staff pleasant. We will stay here again if you come through again.

They are remodeling this property, the people above us were extremely rude at night, jumping around and stomping most of the 3 nights that we were there. Otherwise it was alright. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful.

If we can not recover the cane, we will not be back.

Great value , pet friendly & not far from the water There was a man who was not staying there walked into the building but not the rooms - needs to be more secure

No room service daily . We stay for 5 nights. We have to ask for shampoo but they don’t have in stock?

Property needs to tidy up. Construction and maintenance materials kind of abandoned everywhere including old couches dropped into the parking lot.

Although the room was clean, the rest of the facility was very dirty, including the stairwells hallway and elevator
