Convenient The night manager was not on site when I arrived. It took about 15 minutes and another staff member came out and went outside and found the night manager in the parking lot with his girlfriend. Coming in late at night after driving all day, I just wanted to get my room and go to bed. However, because the night manager was not at his post, it took a long time to get checked in and in my room. Not a very good impression of this hotel based on first impressions.

My room was very large and the stay was very nice. I booked it when I had a family member have a medical emergency and I needed to stay overnight.

Had a single king on the first floor, I stayed for 9 days. There was no carpet in the room (unlike what picture shows). Bathroom: Very poorly lit, bathtub had no stopper, hard to pull out valve to start water, shower diverter hard to use. (Plumbing seemed old and really needed updates.) TV app was difficult to use & sometimes the app just stopped working - requiring power cycling to get TV to start working again. Back door security was broken. During my stay I was never asked if I needed fresh towels or linens. Refrigerator was heavily frosted. Handyman turned back the temperature control resulting in drainage creating a water puddle on floor for 2+ days. I had to ask for extra towels to catch water so that I did not have to walk in the water. Refrigerator would make noises in the middle of the night - sometimes woke me up. Telephone had red light flashing indicating a message. There were no messages - staff unable to stop flashing light and recommended to just unplug the phone. No closet or bar-with-hangers to hang clothing - just 3 wooden wall hooks. There were no drawers - only cubby holes. Since phone was unplugged, I was told I could expect a "wake-up knock" on my door in the morning -- never happened. King bed was comfortable. Table for desk was adequate. Hot water was easily accessible. Towels were better than expected quality. Breakfast room adequate.

Staff was friendly TV was hard to use

The location is okay and convenient. The communication from the staff was very unclear and disappointing. Our booking was cancelled without any prior notice or a clear explanation of the charges or cancellation policy. We only became aware of the cancellation afterwards, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. I would strongly recommend that the staff provide clearer communication regarding bookings, cancellations, and any associated charges.

I was disappointed about the smell of the room and areas that were not cleaned well. Breakfast was pretty good.

I know we were at Super 8, not the Hyatt but this was one of the worst hotels I've been in. Toilet ran all night. Booked a room for 4 but there were only 2 towels. The tub was dirty and full of mildew. The worst lighting of any hotel I've stayed in, probably to hide the dirt. There's a broken down camp trailer in the parking lot with a sign that says "Property of Super 8." Staff stood directly next to the entrance smoking. Breakfast was the bare minimum. The waffle machine batter was clogged. The juice was so watered down that it was just colored water.

Clean room and staff was accommodating.

The breakfast was okay. The beds were good. The floors in the hallways were dirty. It looked like dog urine in spots. They only cleaned the room after you checked out. They did not replace used towels. It would be nice to know this in advance.
