We ended up with an accessible 2-queen room, which was spacious and comfortable. But the fridge made a horrific knocking noise all night, and the shower was near impossible to turn on, and then you barely got any water pressure.

Staff was friendly, pool was nice, and breakfast was amazing

Typical Hampton inn. Breakfast is a little weaker than others
-
It was amazing only complaint is the beds are rock hard. Other than that best hotel!!

Location and breakfast View out my window

It was nice except for the loud noise of the pipes, when the next room took a shower Getting woke up at 9:30 from loud noises from next room
-
The staff was great!

Tub had no plug for baths Rm133

Excellent staff, Joe and Jill both went above and beyond to make our stay nice. Pool was very nice and clean. Only suggestion is to have an adults only time. Kids screaming in the pool area at 11P. Breakfast was very good.

good room well located nice town n/a

The bed is too soft.

There were some maintenance issues that we found in our room - The bathroom light flickered, and the closet doors could barely be moved because they stuck to the track. And when you did exert the force to move them, the door would sometime pop out of the track and you'd have to lift it back into place. But other than that, it was a great place to stay, and the room was very clean!

Walking distance to river walk

Very nice hotel in a great location for someone passing through the city and wanting to catch the local attractions around the Falls. Hamptons are consistently good, but this is probably the best I've stayed in. Large, clean, comfortable room with attractive decor. Would have stayed on for another night if my itinerary had allowed it.

Overall it was a nice hotel. It was clean. The suite had a nice kitchen which included a burner stovetop which was nice. The front desk lady at check-in was not friendly and borderline snotty. The door from the pool to the outside wouldn’t work properly so we were unable to keep an eye on the kids while enjoying the weather outside. The breakfast was what you would expect. The location is great!

The staff was great the place was nice and clean. The beds were to hard woke up with a lot of pain in my back and neck..

Variety of items. Lots to choose from. Would’ve liked more yogurt flavors. But everything else was excellent.

For $250 a night, something more than a lukewarm shower would have brought me back for a second stay.
