Tru by Hilton Idaho Falls

very clean with a nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast was nice, but the seating area was very limited and small and they had a hard time keeping up on the food for breakfast. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Stayed for one night and we were very satisfied. The room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and the falls. Easy parking, check-in and a decent breakfast. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice people, very helpful, very clean floors in room. Whats weak is the breakfast. Heavily salted poorly reconstituted eggs, & the meat (bacon, etc) never materialized while I was there.

Wonderful location right on the water. Huge room in a new hotel with cute ambience and awesome breakfast.

This may sound weird but they had great wifi and my husband was able to hook up his xbox. After a long travel work week it was nice for him to be able to set up his console and shut his brain off. The other hotel we stayed at did not have the option so this was a surprise. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great amenities close by and nice and quiet even though there were a lot of guests. And I really appreciated their activity board that let us know places to go and things to do in the area. All in all it had a very friendly but professional atmosphere.😁

Not speak g English so not sure) Convenient location One of my beds had hair all over the sheets. Gross!! Tyhe staff being loud outside our doors this morning. This was literally the best hotel experience my family has ever had. I have never been someone who is just loyal to one certain hotel, but moving forward I will be choosing Tru hotels anytime I travel with my kids! There is a pool table that you can play for free, tons of games in the lobby, lots of fun seating, and a great pool and hot tub! The colors and the signage are so fun. The breakfast was delicious! The staff was so amazing! I had lost my iPhone charger and asked the front desk lady, if they had one for sale. They didn’t, but she lent me her own personal charger for the day! You cannot ask for better service than that! She literally saved me so that my phone was charged to play walk up songs for my son‘s baseball team for the tournament we were at in Idaho Falls. Also, the mural of Idaho Falls in the lobby was beautiful. This is definitely five stars in my book!

The location is perfect, the facility itself s very well kept I just wish the blankets were a little thicker and the pillows as well, that is the only complaint I can think of because the rest was perfect

Loved the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was yummy. I liked that they had hot chocolate available all day. The rooms were nice. I appreciated the extra pillows. They let me check in 30 minutes early. I was hoping for a lower rate. The room was $50-70 higher than other comparable hotels per night.

We originally had booked another place and had to move because it was so bad. Tru not only redeemed Travelocity, it redeemed Idaho Falls. Clean, beautiful and everyone was wonderful. Thanks Tru! We will absolutely stay there again. Can't recommend it enough. Even the fitness center was absolutely excellent.
