The staff were amazing! Very helpful and attentive!! The view on the river was so beautiful ❤️ we did not want to leave. The room was very clean and comfortable! Definitely going again!!

The location is fantastic, with an easy walk along the river and convenient access to restaurants and downtown. The room was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. We also enjoyed breakfast before heading out the next morning. If you're visiting Idaho Falls, I highly recommend requesting a river-view room. We'll definitely stay here again on future trips.

Nice hotel. If you have some extra time and the weather is nice, enjoy the river walk area just outside the hotel. I wish we had more than one night here to explore.

Room was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff are all so very friendly and kind.

Room 221 has the bathroom water pipes reversed. The cold is on the right, the hot is on the left.

Hot tub jets still don't work (stayed here last year); breakfast buffet is okay, but the order menu is seriously underwhelming.
