Wide variety of items for breakfast. Made to order. Comfortable room and beds. Lovely view and outdoor patio. All staff very friendly - breakfast server, front desk, and housekeeping. Would have liked a folding luggage rack for second suitcase.

Loved the view on the river side. Mormon Temple is beautifully lit at night. Nice balcony overlooking the river walk. Just a short walk to the falls. Lots of dining options nearby.

My room was very clean. I had a view of the river. It was excellent. The staff was very friendly and always happy to see you.

We weren't able to check in on time, the room was not what I thought I had reserved online, and the breakfast was just okay seeing as how it was not included and you had to pay for it separately. But not bad all in all.

It was beautiful, right by the river walk. 10-15 minutes walk to the restaurants downtown. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable

This hotel is clean and the beds very comfortable. I travel with my dog and the entire staff was accomodating and friendly to my dog. Great restaurants within walking distance along the river/falls park. And...the view on the rivier side of the property is gorgeous.

The hot tub was broken which for a more expensive hotel shouldn’t happen. The rooms were clean and the hotel had a beautiful patio overlooking the snake river

This is my preferred hotel to stay at when I travel through Idaho Falls. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I enjoy having a balcony overlooking the water and River Walk.

They were short-staffed with their cleaning Department and evidently overwhelmed, because the room did not get vacuumed or cleaned properly.

Just stopped in for rest. Hotel was very nice easy check in. Hated that I had to spend that much for 12 hours but it was nice stop over

The staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone from the front desk, the restaurant, bartenders, and the housekeepers. Amazing group of people. Rooms were clean, fully stocked for what we needed. We will be returning in the future!
