The staff was wonderful !!

This hotel is clean and the beds very comfortable. I travel with my dog and the entire staff was accomodating and friendly to my dog. Great restaurants within walking distance along the river/falls park. And...the view on the rivier side of the property is gorgeous.

The hot tub was broken which for a more expensive hotel shouldn’t happen. The rooms were clean and the hotel had a beautiful patio overlooking the snake river

This is my preferred hotel to stay at when I travel through Idaho Falls. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I enjoy having a balcony overlooking the water and River Walk.

They were short-staffed with their cleaning Department and evidently overwhelmed, because the room did not get vacuumed or cleaned properly.

Just stopped in for rest. Hotel was very nice easy check in. Hated that I had to spend that much for 12 hours but it was nice stop over

The staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone from the front desk, the restaurant, bartenders, and the housekeepers. Amazing group of people. Rooms were clean, fully stocked for what we needed. We will be returning in the future!

The location is fantastic, with an easy walk along the river and convenient access to restaurants and downtown. The room was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. We also enjoyed breakfast before heading out the next morning. If you're visiting Idaho Falls, I highly recommend requesting a river-view room. We'll definitely stay here again on future trips.
