The desk reservation people, Misty and Marie, were miracle makers. There was a problem with our reservation, which they fixed immediately, without any need for us to adapt. Misty was attentive, friendly, informative and patient. We had some trouble with getting on a secure WIFI. She was endlessly patient. We Loved the balcony, the view, and the green space. We felt like we’d been given the presidential suite. This is truly a top notch hotel. Very, very well managed. Thank you.

Liked being close to the river. Price. Also charged $75 for my small dog. Also there wasn’t,enough lights in the room.

the staff was very helpful we had a little issue with the first room they put us in we spoke with the staff and they got us another room fast. the only issue that was hard to fix was the breakfast area had no gluten free food for people with allergies

I would have given them a better rating but for 2 things that were very aggravating. First on our second morning the floor around the air-conditioner was wet and got some of my clothes wet. Then when I went to wash and dry them the dryer didn't work after feeding it $3. They sent a staff member to look at it and he confirmed that it didn't work. But no refund was made. The $3 was no big deal but wasting 2 hours of my morning to wash and dry my clothes was.

Wide variety of items for breakfast. Made to order. Comfortable room and beds. Lovely view and outdoor patio. All staff very friendly - breakfast server, front desk, and housekeeping. Would have liked a folding luggage rack for second suitcase.

Loved the view on the river side. Mormon Temple is beautifully lit at night. Nice balcony overlooking the river walk. Just a short walk to the falls. Lots of dining options nearby.

My room was very clean. I had a view of the river. It was excellent. The staff was very friendly and always happy to see you.
