This is my absolute favorite hotel anywhere!! I love Idaho Falls and this is the best place to soak in the veiw from your room!! Then walk across the street to the Falls!! 🥰❤️
-
Bathroom area was sufficient. Breakfast was very good with hot options (eggs, sausage, fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy). Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location if you want to walk along the beautiful falls.

Our room was great and very large.

The location is excellent with view of the falls. The room is nicely remodeled. I stayed 4 nights and received almost no housekeeping services. I understand that the linens are only refreshed every 3 days, which is fine, but otherwise the room wasn't vacuumed or cleaned at all. I had to ask to get more coffee pods, toilet paper, soap and I had to take out my own trash. I think those things should be checked daily even if the linens aren't refreshed.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice A/C.

After traveling all day, we assumed we would be able to take a shower. No. There wasn’t any hot water. We tried for several hours. We had to give our 30-year-old special needs daughter a rinse-off with cold water. She was hysterical. We had to remain sticky and unwashed. The front desk was no help. We attempted to stay the night since we were exhausted, then find another hotel for the next night. Then, 2-3 Dogs started barking for over an hour, echoing down the curved hallway. They weren’t stopping. We decided to pack our daughter up and find another hotel at 10. This was a most miserable experience. Yet, we were refused our money back for the first night. The hotel was literally impossible to stay in,

We stayed in a room with the falls view. Stunning. Room very spacious with a varanda. Beds very comfortable.
-
Great place to stay in Idaho Falls. Easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. Views of the falls, and easy to get on the path for a stroll. Some parts of the building are a little dated, but overall it is charming and a great place for families. Breakfast was a hit with the kids.
-
Our room was lovely, freshly renovated. The staff was friendly. The outside of the building needs some sprucing up.
-
Excellent location, great view to the Falls and walking distance to everywhere in town
-
Liked sitting on the balcony. Bed was ok
-
Family trip. Our stay was comfortable. The hotel shares the building with Quality Inn. Nice view of the city and the property is right next to the idaho falls. Lots of restaurants nearby.
-
Large room. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Building sign says Quality Inn on top of building but Comfort Suites over the door as they share the building. You have to tell the front desk which one you booked.
-
We had a pet friendly room that had nice LVP flooring, which is much nicer also for luggage. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillow options. Only 3 tissues in the Kleenex box. The location was fantastic, right by the river walk and food options.
-
Breakfast and staff were very good. Overall nice stay with a beautiful view. I would stay there again.
-
This is our 2nd time trying them. Breakfast was none existent and what was there was inedible. Room looked like crappy updates, limited cleaning practices, and in general gross. At 10pm we discovered no bedding for the fold out which is annoying. Won’t try them again. Hey at least it was quiet.
-
Name of hotel was not comfort suites because they sold it but did not change the sign which caused us to drive by it 4 times
-
Concrete damaged on wheelchair ramp. Dirty around parking area. Ice only on first floor.
-
This was one of the most elabrate Comfort Inn/Suites we have ever stayed at. At $220 per night, it was a bargain. Our room was on the top floor of an 8 story building overlooking the falls of Idaho Falls and we could view them from the balconey of our eighth floor room. the room was spacious at more than 400 square feet and all of the in room amenities were perfect. We use Hotels.com always when we travel and this was one of the 2 or 3 best rooms we've had over the past 42 years. Try getting an 8th floor falls facing room when you book.

In room - Rug & couch were stained. Balcony-lots of cobwebs on balcony railings, light fixtures, etc. Cushions had debris. (We covered with towels) There's a gorgeous view on the river side of the hotel & the poorly kept balcony distracts from that.
