Reasonably priced and great view!

The location was great for what we wanted!! The setup of the hotel is kind of cool. The room overall was good. We had places to sleep and I think the beds themselves were clean but the room really wasn't... It clearly hadn't been vacuumed. There were cobwebs up in a corner. There was used soap in the shower with a hair dangling from it. Behind the bathroom door was debris that just showed it had not been swept and mopped. I thought the balcony was a fun feature until I stepped out onto all the bird poop and scattered seat cushions. It wouldn't take much for someone to sweep off as part of cleaning the room. Maybe they are short staffed and are just trying to be quick but a little extra care could go a long ways! We had other breakfast plans. So no review on that.

We checked in late and the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Beautiful area outside the hotel.

The room was very dirty. Hair and debris were all over the floor. I found long black hair all over the bedding. There was bloat flys/fruit flys coming out of the drain in the sink. We stopped last minute because we were too tired to drive home. We should have just kept driving. We drove home the following morning without even brushing our teeth because I was too grossed out to use the sink because of the flys.

Bathroom was very dirty, room was just okay.

I love this property right at the falls. Circular building. Updated and modern. Walking trails right at your doorstep. We walked yo a diner nearby

Friendly staff and room was clean. Older bathtub that wasn’t renovated with the rest of the room. Parking was easy and convenient.

We only stayed for 45 minutes and they refunded my money, the building and entry was very disgusting it looked like it had not been cleaned for months. We went into our room and it had not been cleaned and there were multiple places on the ceiling and wall that had bugs and cob webs. I went to use the restroom as soon as I lifted the toilet seat bugs came out from underneath the toilet seat. There were multiple dead bugs on the bathroom floor. The only thing that was decent about the hotel were the employees.

Special place and friendly staff

It has been recently updated and the staff was very helpful and wanted guests to enjoy all that the area was offering. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was they really need to place soft close door stickers on each room door as there is no carpeting in the hallways to absorb sound of doors closing so the noise coming from hallways was really loud. Also please, please put up some hooks in bathroom to hang towels or other items.

The room was dirty after we checked in. We had to ask toilet paper. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom the morning when I went to breakfast there was trash everywhere.

This hotel has an amazing view of the river. I loved our balcony, we stayed on the 8th floor. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Very nice motel and the view from the 7th floor of the falls is beautiful.

We would like a refund from out stay. There was dirt and rust in our tub and the staff took hours to come and take care of it and then they didn't even clean it out. We were not able to shower or bathe. Please help us to know how to get a refund for this stay

The hotel is perfectly located, close to restaurants and right on the lovely river walk. We stayed in the king room with river view. Perfect. The only small complaint I have is that the balcony was dirty, along with cigarette butts on the ground. The bathroom also didn’t seem as clean as it should be. I think there should be closer attention to detail in that regard. However, you can’t beat the price for its location and views if you have a riverview room.
