Wonderful place to stay! Views were amazing, staff were very helpful and kind! So close to a variety of restaurants, too many to choose from! Beautiful walking path right across the road! We will be back!

Well maintained older property by Idaho Falls. Riverview room was large with Apple space with sitting area and small desk.

This is an older property that needs attention. The balcony was dirty. The tub and caulking need attention. There was a big spider web above the room fire sprinkler. The grounds are very poorly maintained. I was surprised that the hotel did not provide wash cloths. This is not a 4-star hotel.

The windows were dirty and had cobwebs. Drains were plugged.

One night stay to walk the Idaho Falls River Walk. Loved the balcony facing the river walk. The room was very spacious and comfortable, Breakfast was good. Would have appreciated a 6:00 AM start for breakfast on Saturday morning.

Location, the balcony overlooking the falls, the newly renovated accommodations and the value for price. The brownies for customers was a very nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful and if/when I travel to Idaho Falls, I will definitely staying at the Comfort Suites I have no complaints at all. If I were to list something, it would have to be something so insignificant, I would look silly for complaining about. This is a very nice hotel, with a great staff and a great price to boot.

Neighborhood had many restaurant choices and was right on the river. Parking was free and ample. Extremely worn – crumbling concrete, balconies did not seem safe. Room was not clean – sheets barely fit the bed, toilet and bathroom floor were dirty. Breakfast was meager
