Our room was lovely, freshly renovated. The staff was friendly. The outside of the building needs some sprucing up.

Excellent location, great view to the Falls and walking distance to everywhere in town

Liked sitting on the balcony. Bed was ok

Family trip. Our stay was comfortable. The hotel shares the building with Quality Inn. Nice view of the city and the property is right next to the idaho falls. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Large room. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Building sign says Quality Inn on top of building but Comfort Suites over the door as they share the building. You have to tell the front desk which one you booked.

We had a pet friendly room that had nice LVP flooring, which is much nicer also for luggage. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillow options. Only 3 tissues in the Kleenex box. The location was fantastic, right by the river walk and food options.

Breakfast and staff were very good. Overall nice stay with a beautiful view. I would stay there again.

This is our 2nd time trying them. Breakfast was none existent and what was there was inedible. Room looked like crappy updates, limited cleaning practices, and in general gross. At 10pm we discovered no bedding for the fold out which is annoying. Won’t try them again. Hey at least it was quiet.

Name of hotel was not comfort suites because they sold it but did not change the sign which caused us to drive by it 4 times

Concrete damaged on wheelchair ramp. Dirty around parking area. Ice only on first floor.

This was one of the most elabrate Comfort Inn/Suites we have ever stayed at. At $220 per night, it was a bargain. Our room was on the top floor of an 8 story building overlooking the falls of Idaho Falls and we could view them from the balconey of our eighth floor room. the room was spacious at more than 400 square feet and all of the in room amenities were perfect. We use Hotels.com always when we travel and this was one of the 2 or 3 best rooms we've had over the past 42 years. Try getting an 8th floor falls facing room when you book.

Very nice views and pretty good breakfast. Loved listening to the water rushing down the falls!

This hotel is across the street from a park with multiple falls stretching more than a block. The view is amazing.

Had a good stay. However, our bedding and the patio furniture had some stains on the bed and furniture. The soap dispensers were empty and fell off the wall in the middle of the night (scared us half to death). The TV was also broken (out of order). I did like that they have a pool however it’s very run down and the hand rails are loose I almost fell sideways on pavement. Other than those minor issues, I enjoyed the view from our balcony (ours was facing the falls) the beds were comfy, the room was spacious, plenty of towels, large lobby for lounging.

A very nice environment and clean. The water falls acrid as the street and park were so noisy crazy to walk around.

We’ve stayed here several times over the last few years but this time might be our last. The room was not very clean, floors looked dirty, the sink didn’t drain very well, I found a dirty towel shoved in the back of the shelf that the blow dryer is stored on. When we opened the sofa bed there were dirty sheets on it from the last occupants. Even after letting the front desk know and asking for a little tidy up while we were out for the day, we came back and they had taken the sheets and given us more towels but they didn’t take the dirty towel or clean anything up. Breakfast is decent for a hotel but they don’t have enough tables. We ended up not even eating, we have 4 kids, they need a table. Also I don’t know if it’s new that they allow pets because I don’t recall this ever being an issue before but we listened to dogs bark every time anyone was in the hall dogs were barking from rooms. The balcony was so covered in bird poop you couldn’t even walk out there without stepping in it, on the ground, on the patio chairs, the railing everywhere.

On the first floor, all the hotel's noises could be heard. The room was under construction./ vas experience

We had bugs in our room, as well as blood on the sheets. When we complained to management nothing was done to help remedy the situation. I’ve been trying to fight for a refund and it’s impossible.
