Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Idaho Falls

The breakfast was great, they had a good amount of variety from make your own waffles, to eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, juices, 3 different cereals, bagels and oatmeal. Highly recommend it!

Excellent value! Hot Breakfast buffet was great. Just get there lot before 9am or the best selections will be all gone. Easy on and off the freeway and lots to good restaurants all around. We will stay there again.

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was good. I had a nice large clean room that accommodated me and my three grandsons comfortably…the problem was the pool it was freezing. Of course the pool was a major reason I chose this hotel ( remember the three grandsons) and the hot tub was out of order! Very disappointed

Night staff was extremely helpful when I had a problem with my reservation. Very caring and helpful.

The floor of the bathtub was super narrow for being a room for the disabled. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Quiet and clean room. The staff were helpful during a brief power failure. They were able to check us in despite their system not working. Breakfast was decent but busy. Overall nice hotel for stay.

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive! I wish I had more time to stay an extra day.

Hot tub was closed. Very disappointed. The food was mediocre.

Continental breakfast was good. Door handle was broken and wouldn’t work with the key a majority of the time. Facility wasn’t the cleanest.

The room and staff were very good. I needed some accessibility accommodations, and they did give us a room with a walk in shower. I would have liked to have a room with a grab bar next to the toilet and a taller toilet would have been nice. All in all the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was okay but they only had a few choices. mostly grab a go options like prepackaged muffins and some bagels with a nice option of spreads I had a breakfast biscuit with a small sausage patty no cheese. In another warmer, they had sausage patties and some bland scrambled eggs. I thought biscuits and gravy would have been a nice addition, but no such luck.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was for the most part clean and inviting. However, the microwave in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile. The coffee maker only had 3 legs and couldn't stand flat, so I couldn't make hot water for my tea. And the bathroom wall had previous people's toothbrushing spray. Otherwise, great room, great service. Had a decent continental breakfast. Didn't take advantage of any other services. The only other thing was that we got placed behind the Fairfield front sign, so we didn't have a view at all and got to listen to the pigeons when we were in the room. Needless to say, the tv had to be on all night to drown out the cooing sounds.

The pool is really small. no biggie if its not crowded but we had oodles of high school students there and teenagers can be very loud although that is not the fault of the hotel. The only complaint I have is the twin bed in our room. When it was pulled out for our son to sleep, it was very difficult to pass through the area from the bedroom. The gap was maybe 2 inches. Had I known this, I would have opted for a larger room.
