The ice machine in the hotel were out of order. We were told to go to the store to get ice.

Affordable.

I was staying four nights and requested no cleaning service during my stay as I have medical equipment I didn’t want touched or moved. I put my request in with a housekeeper and the front desk. My request was ignored and the room was “cleaned”. My medical equipment was moved and all that was done to the room was the bed was made, bathroom trash taken out and my four towels removed and replaced with two. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the floors weren’t touched the trash in the room trash can was left. When I complained about my room being disturbed I got, “sorry but nothing can be done now.” That’s why I put in TWO requests!

The floor tiles are buckeling.

Pool should be cleaned more often, especially when windy. Lots of debris.

Room was dirty, beds were super uncomfortable, tiny pillows, staff was not great at check in, made my wife go get her ID because of “policy” but skipped past the part for my license plate and gets getting impatient when typing in my make and model of car. If it was “policy” for her ID shouldn’t it have been “policy” to type in all my information too. Never givin a fully print out receipt at check out.

Nice place. Easy check-in.

Check in was by a live girl on a video monitor. Nobody on site. Room was spacious and clean enough for the night. The shower was the oddest round "sculpture" I've ever seen and it was not very clean. Both ice machines were not working. Other than that it was okay

They had ATM box was your check-in and check out where the staff talks to you through a computer. Nothing was personal. Couldn’t understand them because their mics were too close to their mouth. My TV didn’t work. The shower was leaking. The bed was hard. The pillows were hard the air conditioner and heater didn’t work had to open up the window. It reminded me of a hooker hotel that you see on a TV. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The room was very clean , the staff’s friendly and helpful. Room was perfect temperature and it is close to all things anyone could need

Check in was easy and the room was cean, comfortable, quiet. It was a lovely stay. The ice machine didn't work. I would definitely stay there again!

Staff is nice do not expect the virtual check in to be easy they are very rude and no communication skills seems it is run like a scam and will not help it was an emergency unexpected extra charge with no explanation.

It was ok for a one night stop over. A little concerning that they have a sign on the back of the room door so when you close the door you see it. It says something to the effect of “please lock the deadbolt once you are in your room for your own personal safety “.

The air-conditioning is so loud you cannot watch the television program or have a conversation in your room. They charge a $40 fee for “incidentals”. However, they say that’ll be refunded in the morning. I’m on my third day and it hasn’t been refunded yet. Getting ready to call the credit card company. There are no incidentals in the room whatsoever. The hallway carpeting needs to be replaced. The room was clean, nearly refurbished.

Amazing location, close to everything. Staff is great and friendly. Kid friendly, very quiet at night (great sleep, comfortable beds). Plenty of parking, easy check in. Swimming pool was very clean.

Nether one of the ice machines worked, and they only had one little microwave for everyone. The staff was great and very accommodating. They also made my dog feel comfortable.
