Video check in was very impersonal, when asked property and area specific questions they did not know as they were remote. Rooms were dated

The outside of the building, the grounds, were not well cared for. The room was fine. The mattress was good, the bathroom and floor were clean. The guy in the front was fine but not friendly. It is by O'Briens which was very good. Wouldn't stay there again.

A Virtual Assistant from Philippine greets you from a grainy small TV screen in a glass Booth ! You have to insert your ID in a slot to be scanned 😳 Properly looks so neglected from the inside/out !

Credibility was not maintained. What we booked was given away any thought given to reservation and the didn’t really care

Despite our prepaying for the room, the motel required a $40 deposit at time of check in that they said would be refunded after 7-10 business days. I realize most hotels/motels require a card on file for incidentals, but this place actually charges and holds the funds for what seems an excessive amount of time. Our room was seemingly clean, but there were elements of the room that were not up to par. The curtains had tears/snags, the floor had peeling, and there were stains on the ceiling. Our bathroom shower curtain did not look clean and the shower head had a lot of hard water build up which affected the water flow. Best I can say is you get what you pay for.

Virtual check in was atrocious. Door to adjoining room doesnt go all the way to floor so could hear everything and see light from there room. The shower is the worst design I have ever seen. I travel a lot. Worst room i have ever had.

the price and location are right!!! Side entry door did not lock and was very loud- my room nearby. Good parking area near your room. receptionist (live) on a screen in entry area. simple room - not cleanest- good tv channels - too many fox stations!!

When I asked for a 1st floor, I told staff I was having difficulty walking with a back that's in pain. I was told, "No". No elevator. I was in pain walking up the stairs taking one step at a time with stopping a few times. Not fair! I'm not young either. I feel, staff should have allowed a 1st floor accommodations, especially they were NOT full. SAD! Very sad for not listening being in the hotel business.

This place is an absolute sh!thole. Ice machine broken, smallest microwave known to man that took forever to heat anything up, bathroom sink clogged, tiniest scratchiest towels, bedding not changed until my last night after staying there for 11 days!! Having to go to the front desk EVERY SINGLE day for new room keys (and NO it wasn’t by my fing phone), overall a depressing, dingy place. Had to ask for a hair dryer that barely worked and was so hot that I swear it was burning my hair. Stayed here only because nothing else was available in the area due to fly fishing competition and I needed to be in town for it. This place should be no more than $50-night. 0/10

Great staff, comfortable bed, great price. Will return next trip to Idaho Falls.

Room was clean , The only things that we found disappointing was the fact that there were 2 ice machines neither work the whole weekend, and that the west side entrance door in the middle of the building slammed shut every time someone came in , very disturbing in the middle of the night, it was so loud it even rattled our walls in our room.

staff at check in was a camara remote person talking from basicly and atm who you couldn't understand at all.
