After hours check-in was a remote check-in machine with workers in India. My first keycard didn't work. I then walked all the way across the hotel to the office only to be told that I couldn't get my keycard reset without first getting the ID of the other adult with me. I then had to walk all the way back to where my wife and kids were waiting for me to come back with the new key card. Then walk all the way back with her ID to check in with that despite having checked-in already. The second card worked. This was at 2am in the morning. I was offered a free movie because of my frustration. I declined as this happened at 2M in the morning and we were only staying the single night. I will not be staying here again.

Great little stop on a road trip. Clean, safe, comfortable and my dog was able to join!

It was a digital check in. I didn’t really feel safe. The whole experience was weird. The beds were super hard and the carpet was dirty.
-
Dirty hotel with hard beds and checkin through a video call that was long and tedious
-
Dirty hallways and strange people
-
Bed and Pillows were hard.

It was advertised with the free breakfast but they did away with that. That was disappointing plus there was a $40 deposit for my pet but I'm hoping to get that back as a credit on my card. At least that's what they said

Check in remotely with a person located in India. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. The remote lady moved us to a different room, which was nice. Beds, hard as rock. Found a fingernail and hair in the bathroom.

Very convenient for our 2 cats during a move. Room was large enough to keep the litter box and food separate and nothing was underfoot. They had a convenient pet waste container outside. The virtual night check in was a 1st but actually worked well.

Restaurants near by, pet friendly

Wasn’t many amenities open to try out but room was clean and for a last minute one night stay it was ok … checking in was different since there wasn’t a person but a computer and a remote worker. The speaker cut in and out making it hard to understand, but I got checked in and was about to rest.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it was a last resort.
