Comfort Inn Idaho Falls

This room was REALLY nice. Very spacious. Good customer service while checking in. The was bed comfortable and we slept well. It was quiet all night, no outside noise. Absolutely coming back while staying in Idaho Falls.

Helpful and accommodating staff!

Very dirty. It looked like it had been vacuumed for days. Pull out couch was covered with stains. Bathroom was not clean

Great staff, nice rooms

First, when the wifi was not working, they did not solve the issue but gave us a phone number to resolve it ourselves, We waited for at least 15 minutes to have someone on the call, but the issue was not solved. I ultimately drove to a nearby Mcdonald to work w my labtop. There was a group of guests from a guided tour who started the breakfasts early, The hotel management purposely did not provide any fruits. As an individual (not from the group tour) guest, when I asked for fruits (my generally must-have for breakfasts), the gentleman at the reception said that "you people" took all the fruits that I was so sure it's not true - since the serving lady told me earlier that she'd bring it out later. We therefore checked out early and found our own ways.

Staff was helpful and pleasant despite the non English speaking tour bus folks. Chaos. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

There was an unpleasant odor through out. Unfriendly desk employees. Room definitely needed updating.😫

We tried and asked for an upgrade to a room with a king size bed and were told that they were sold out. That was a blatant lie, the parking lot was less than one quarter full and at breakfast the next morning there were less than 10 people eating. I went early at about 6:30, my daughter went around 7:15 and my wife went at 8:00, so we all saw that there weren't very many people at the hotel

Room was good with the exception of the floor of the tub/shower. Any little move you made while showering the bottom creaked like there was a crack in it or something. I would suggest it be replaced.

Two story building, with no elevator. Building has lots of deferred maintenance that is needed. I was told that is the plan this winter off-season.

My day was absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

It was nothing like the pictures seen when booking the room.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was old but it was clean and fine the only issue was that the hvac system was really noisy. It woke me up 3 times during the night.

Room keys didn't work several times while we were there. The card reader to the pool needs to be replaced. We were really hoping for a hot tub, but it was curtained off and not accessible. Eggs were watery and sausage was undercooked. It gave us stomach issues within an hour of eating.
