Comfort Inn Idaho Falls

They want way to much money for their rooms for the size and quality.

Get a top floor room you can hear everything on the first floor

Old facilities, otherwise it was fine

Staff was friendly but the property is in the lower end of what you expect from a Comfort Inn in terms of up keep and cleanliness.

Property was poorly maintained. The shower curtain was missing, ceiling light fixture was not attached, the air conditioner thermostat did not maintain a set temperature and the unit constantly ran. While normally I like to sleep in a cool room, the temperature was far too cold, and the unit would not regulate a comfortable temperature. This hotel also charges a resort fee. The hotel is hardly a resort.

The property is very dated! Not quite up to what I expect from comfort Inn. Also, of note there is NO ELEVATOR! The staff was able to place us in a ground floor accessible room even though it wasn’t king and they were very nice about assisting us. I don’t like booking accessible rooms because I only have limitations with stairs and prefer to have a regular king room, plus I feel guilty using an accessible room that someone else could have really needed…have been in that situation when I’ve been stuck in a wheelchair. Big take away- no elevator and very dated

The hotel is very old and run down. The actual room was clean but it was hard to tell in spots because of the stained, old carpet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The staff was friendly and hotel was quiet.

The closet was so small you had maybe a foot of space which was shared with the ironing board and iron. The room smelled like a wet dog so we had to buy air freshener. In addition they were out of kleenex. Breakfast was not maintained, we had to keep asking for items. This hotel is poorly managed.

Great bedding, small but very good fridge. Host was extra helpful. I would go back.

Prepare this place is old.

This hotel was fairly easy to to find. They had plenty of parking. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel had no common area bathroom on first floor, which would not have been important except my wife had a bathroom emergency during check-in and had to run up 18 stairs to our room on second floor and did not quite make it in time. Second floor also did not have an ice machine or vending machines. Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities (including two sitting chairs). Bathroom had a shower with exposed Sheetrock behind it such that when shower was turned on, it sprayed across the room to the tissue box on sink counter. Breakfast in lobby had nice items, but pancake batter machine was not working and a couple of items needed refilling. Desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating.

Surprisingly clean for age of the facility.
