Good beds and clean rooms. Body wash dispenser was empty.

Quiet neighborhood. The bed sheets and comforter were full of dog hair.

The room didn't stink of pets There was no one at the desk, turns out only one person working. I was told that all the rooms had had pets in them. I asked why I wasn't informed of this, she said they couldn't. My room was on the 2nd floor with two flights of stairs and I basically was told I had no choice, even after telling her I had bad knees. I was not offered a 1st floor room, even tho the parking lot was never full. I had to drag my stuff up/down 2 flight of stairs. This was one of the worst bookings I ever had through booking.com and MOST definitely not worth the price.

Nothing No elevators. Dirty walls. Keys never work. Breakfast sucks juice machine has been broken for months so they only serve water. Location gives you ghetto vibes.

Hotel had no common area bathroom on first floor, which would not have been important except my wife had a bathroom emergency during check-in and had to run up 18 stairs to our room on second floor and did not quite make it in time. Second floor also did not have an ice machine or vending machines. Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities (including two sitting chairs). Bathroom had a shower with exposed Sheetrock behind it such that when shower was turned on, it sprayed across the room to the tissue box on sink counter. Breakfast in lobby had nice items, but pancake batter machine was not working and a couple of items needed refilling. Desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff.

The surrounding area The credit card machine didn't work properly ..couldn't access outside doors with key card. Breakfast morning had so many tourists in small dining room, no available food or coffee
-
The hotel was clean. Room was very quiet and temperate. Good location off of the main thoroughfare. Close to restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful. Parking was at back of building but felt safe to do so.
-
The room was very nice. The king suite with jacuzzi was worth the extra expence
-
The room was clean but the place is showing its age. It had a good breakfast and coffee.
-
Good location close to downtown. Beds fairly comfortable. Building needing upgrades and repairs. Breakfast foods low in stock and slowly refilled. Seemed like no one at front desk for most of the time. Staff seen multiple times outside smoking. Pool needed cleaning..Room rate too high for what we received.

Outside appearance was ok. Clerk was ok but the place was lacking in cleaning. Some updating could be done and the bed was sunk in and not very comfortable. I would not stay there again without some changes.

When i went to check in there was an older gentleman that had booked his room online. He was physically unable to climb the stairs. The woman at the guest just kept telling him he couldn't get a refund. i stepped up and asked if we could switch rooms. She wouldn't allow it stating that they were different types of rooms. A room is a room that is paid for, the gentleman left very disappointed with her. I was disgusted with her treatment of this gentleman.

I arrived aroound 11:30 PM as I was driving North from Salt Lake. The front desk person was kind and curteous but the lobby looked shabby. It was quite late and I was very tired and didn't have the energy to find another hotel. A family with five adolecent boys checked in just before me and the boys continued to make a ruckus between their rooms for quite some time. I had to leave a $100 refundable deposit on my room so I would not smoke in it, still have not been refunded. The first room assigned to me smelled as if a smoker had just left it so I requested a second room. When entering the second room the door had been brutalized by what looked like pry-bar. A repair had been attempted but the appearance was not comforting especially with teanagers romping in the halls and shouting, belching as loud as posiible and pounding on doors unsupervised. When I pulled back the covers I found a long black hair on the sheet, I was so tired I removed it and prayed for no other icks.
