Staff was so helpful and available.

The room was clean and comfy, check in was quick and easy. The pool was a little cold, but the hot tub was nice and warm. Breakfast was good, but if you come in the last 15 minutes, the hot food pickings can get slim as they stop cooking about a half hour before service ends (not a problem for us, just something for other travelers to be aware of).

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I love the little old lady who serves breakfast. The breakfast options could be better. It's a very limited amount of food compared to other continental types. The rooms could use a little updating but they were clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We loved our stay here! The staff was friendly and helpful, the kids enjoyed the pool and after a great nights sleep we enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

I run a Motorcycle Group for a group of firefighters. I book all the rooms under my name and each person pays for their own room when we arrive. Pay when you stay. Best western tried to contact me the day of our arrival and since they couldn't contact me went ahead and cancelled our reservation. The young lady I spoke to on the phone had a " sucks to be you " attitude and was unprofessional. We trade on motorcycles and are sometimes unable to just stop and look at our phones. What if we were on a plane. We had to book last minute at another hotel and there was a financial loss to our business account that we use to book the rooms. had to stay at a different hotel than the rest of our group from other chapters. I expect more from such a large chain.
