The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and helpful. The place is an extended stay/long term rental with plenty of interesting folks hanging around. It smelled like cigarette smoke. The heavy curtains on my ground floor room WOULD NOT CLOSE by design, with only a sheer curtain. Luckily I had something I could clip them together with to have privacy. If you have other options, I recommend pursuing them.

It's an older building, it has older features; and certainly older amenities BUT it's a solid stay. I had the best time here for my 3 day stay. The restaurant is AMAZING, the actual beds, rooms, bathrooms, definitely worth the bang for the buck!! Great rooms, clean sheets, solid beds, great hot water pressure!What more do you need! 10/10 do recommend

People live there with dogs No tub mat, had to go to the desk to ask for one. No phone in room No elevator No pool as stated on the website No ice in the ice machine The pillows and mattress were very hard The best thing about the stay was that we had a river view room. But the room was clean. That was a plus.

Many features of the property were broken. (Door locks, pool TV cable). The common hall had a mildew odor. Other guests had barking dogs. The connecting restaurant was below average

Reservation was for king, received a queen, tub extremely slippery, ceiling in bathroom falling in, tv remote did not work, curtains did not close

Terry at the front desk was extremely helpful and checking me in a prompt and efficient manner. He was polite and guided me quickly through the process. The hotel itself is basic and OK for a single night stay for myself and my service dog. Reasonably priced, safe and quiet.

Clean Bike worth $700 was stolen off my car rack. I drove cross country and stayed at several hotels booked through Booking.com and at several National Parks. I was locked out of my room during a police drug bust last night. I did not get back in my room until after midnight and there was no one at the front desk to help. I woke up this morning and my bike was gone! No security camera monitoring parking area. My only recourse at this point is to file a report with Idaho state police. ?

People all over parking area and haul ways all night. Noisy and fighting all night. I won't stay again.

The only thing covering up the old musty smell is that of cigarette smoke. It permeates through the entire building. Very strong in the room. So if you’re sensitive to that smell, this is not your place. There was a plate of old leftover food in bathroom area. That was pretty disgusting. The toilet had a leak, which makes it run all night long unless you turn the water off. And it doesn’t build enough pressure to actually flush the toilet. I mentioned this to the gal at the desk when I left so hopefully they will fix that before renting out the room again. The building itself is not secure. There’s the typical sign outside that says must have room key to enter, but then the entire bolt mechanism that would lock is missing. Would not recommend.
