Room 277. The shower turns off and on off on. Doesn’t blend hot water. Door latch is is messed up. Hard to open and close. Room has a smell too it. Fridge wasn’t cold at all.

It was all dirty and rundown. People were hanging outside by their cars and around the parking lot. I had the impression that this hotel rents out rooms by the week or months mostly. A lot of rundown old cars in the parking lot. The whole facility just smelled bad to me. We hauled our suitcases in and looked around, they hadn’t even finished cleaning our room yet, toilet paper in the toilet. The bed hadn’t been completely made up yet either. And then again the room just smelled. We just hauled our suitcases back out and left.

Part of this hotel is apparently used as low income housing and that was the wing that I was put in. Most of the amenities listed in the booking were not in the room and there was no TV remote. The staff were very helpful trying to get the room in order but I eventually was moved to the other wing after discovering my room had no curtains other than sheers. Stay here at your own risk.

The check-in clerk was eating his lunch and on his phone for about 15 minutes before he came to the desk to help me. The room was clean but there was no soap, shampoo. Had to go buy my own. The TV and one of the lights didn't work. On checkout I was told I had parked in the wrong parking space. It would be nice if they would either post with signs or communicate to customers. Overall not the best experience with a hotel.

Got to my room there’s no towels, no soap no shampoo. It was after hours and the whole staff was asleep.

Our fridge didn’t work or wasn’t very cold. We had to throw away $100 worth of food. Hotel in general is old and rundown and in need of updating and repairs and deep cleaning. Front desk staff was very nice.

Checked into a room that was not yet cleaned.

Shower diverted extremely hard to pull up Several long earliest found Toilet handle had to be held down to flush..very long flush time, toilet refill cycled ecey 10 minutes or so...bed and pillows all far too firm. All room doors slam shut, very very noisy. No type if breakfast at all, not even a coffee pot. This Idaho falls, where I stay quite often, is off my list. on my never again list. Motel West far better for less money.

The staff was Wonderful, pleasant, accommodating. They made my stay worth the check in mishap. The Diner in the facility was great. service is wonderful, food was a home cook meal. Fabulous.

Easy to check in Outdated outlets but was still nice

As a woman staying here alone i would not recommend. Exterior doors did not require key entry, anyone could come and go. There's a 2 inch gap under the room door and walls are very thin. Although I had no need for using the cook top I noticed that it is induction and requires magnetic cook wear but none were provided. The fridge with freezer and the microwave were much appreciated.

Beware! This place lacks any integrity whatsoever and will happily steal your money. I booked the room at 11:00 pm, and arrived shortly thereafter at around 11:30. Door to the lobby is locked with a sign saying the lobby closed at 10, with a phone number to contact. Fair enough, I call the number and it rings and rings and rings and no answer. I try ringing the "Ring" doorbell multiple times and no response there either. After 20 minutes of calling and ringing the doorbell, literally walking through the hallways asking if anybody works here and receiving no response. Finally, getting close to midnight now with no indication anybody will ever show up, I have no choice but to book another hotel. I went through the process with hotels.com and the hotel is refusing to voluntarily issue me a refund. The only way I was able to get my money back was to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. How can you accept money for a booking late at night if you are unable to actually honor it and then refuse to refund you?

We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.
-
the view was amazing the fact that you didn't have any baskets of pots and pan pans and dishes available for a trip that was only 2 days i was very disappointed
-
The only good thing about the place is the amazing restaurant attached to it, Bee's Knees Pub. The best meal on our whole 8 day trip! Go eat there but do not stay at that hotel.

The bed was fantastic. Good jumping off point for all out activities. Price was good for area. Door to the room had a large gap under it. Noisy guests around us. Would of liked better lighting in parking, usually parked toward front of the building to feel more secure.

Toilets are small and television was had a fuzzy picture which made watching difficult.
