Motel 6 Idaho Falls, ID - Snake River

This was the best Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms were immaculate, front desk and check in was super easy. Looks recently renovated. There is a small coin operated laundry on premises. Only 2 negatives, no hairdryer and no elevators.

Was clean and quiet.

The employees were nice. Even with the discounted Booking.com price, I would never stay here again. The room was so small for 2 adults and 2 dogs. We could barely move around in it. The photos are definitely deceiving. It just was not comfortable at all.

Very clean appearance outside as we drove in. The lobby was extremely clean, and was very nice to have fresh hot coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay at this Motel 6. Bathroom fixtures, flooring, and I suspect the mattresses, are fairly new. I mention the mattresses because ours was very comfortable and my aging body is pretty picky. It's not in a scary part of town and is close to everything important in Idaho Falls including the freeway. Speaking of which, it was amazingly quiet for being fairly close to traffic. The reason I don't give a higher rating is because of things that are not critical - towels are small, no elevator (only 2 floors), no shampoo or conditioner (maybe you can ask for them but I always bring my own), and no refrigerator in the room. For the price, it was a great value and I would stay here again. If you're on a budget this is a nice place to stay.

Everything was great! We didn't have any problems. We felt that the price was fair for what we got.

The room we were given was clean. The bed we noticed was a large cot. The bed was soft but when we layed down on it a huge air bubble came up between us. Real weird! It would not go away. Went to freshen up in the washroom sink and it was plugged. Went and exchanged rooms. Second room was not great either. Bathroom time broken and sunk a little when stepping on it. It felt like water underneath. Air Conditioning unit was very loud and not working properly. There was a hole in the floor. Bed was not comfortable. The room was clean, TV worked.

The property is clean and comfortable for an economical price As expected, there are no extra amenities like a coffee maker in the room. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in the room though and there is coffee in the lobby but no breakfast.

Great little stop on a road trip. Clean, safe, comfortable and my dog was able to join!

Cheap price in that location in tourism season and public holidays I booked a queen room for me and my friends by mistake. When arrived at ~12am, I asked the front desk whether it's possible to change the room to a king room or double room. However, the staff told me they were not able to change anything since this is a booking made with Booking.com. Even paying the price difference to change the room was not possible. As a result my friend had to book another room in another hotel. ~10 minutes later, I asked another staff about changing the room type and they did it for me. However another booking has already been made and we have already paid the money for another room. Making the wrong reservation is my mistake. However the first staff not being possible to change anything about the room type is quite confusing.

Nothing I was not able to stay or check in cause nobody would answer

One thing my room did not have was a mini-fridge nor microwave. However, the ice and vending machines in common area were well stocked. Management at front desk was very helpful to get my cable TV going with no issues.

I wasn't able to stay because booking. Com couldn't get my reservation to the hotel. I spent an hour trying to check in but had no success. Booking.com staff tried sending emails and phoning but had the wrong contact information hopefully I will receive a refund of the money I paid booking.com Couldn't get the info from booking .Com to the hotel for my stay so I had to find an alternate hotel

Everything was great except the room stank like cleaning fluid (fabulosa). It was overpowering.

Location was close to food and the Falls Parking. We have a new car and don't like letting people park close and ding my car.

The front desk clerk was wonderful and extremely helpful The mattress was horrible

I was in room 123 main floor. The floor above me squeeked loudly as the people there moved around. Very annoying. Otherwise room was fine.
