Very friendly staff - we had a problem with shower and they kindly appologized. Clean room, good location near Walmart. Maybee that we didnt have breakfast. But thats fine, Walmart is near :) It is really good hotel comparing other options in Idaho Falls.

Good location, felt safe. It would have been nice to have a good breakfast. The on the go frozen breakfast sandwiches and burritos are pretty lame and disgusting.

It’ll be a mistake to assume they provide you cookware and kitchen supplies. Bring your own cookware and kitchen supplies like plates, utensils, and spices even salt and pepper.

The location was good and the price Tbe front desk at check out was not very nice

The room was a good size with functional furnishings. It was very clean and well maintained. It did not have the rundown, outdated vibe of many motels in this class. Having a full kitchen was great. There was no cookware, dishware, or utensils. I had my own with me, so was not an issue. The kitchen would have less utility for someone without.

The location was great. Close to the Riverwalk. Plus it's far from restaurants and shopping. Has a 2 burner stove top but no pts and pans. Also no dishes and utensils. Was told this is due to no dishwasher in rooms.

(It was confusing to see s full room service menu in the room that they don't honor!) Loved the extra pillows and blankets, the extra towels. . . It was a great stay.
