Property was newer with all of the amenities you’d expect from a MyPlace. Very clean. Front desk associates were very nice and knowledgeable.

My husband stayed here for one night for an event the next morning and the fire alarm was chirping in his room every 30 sec. from 2am until he had to get up. You shouldn’t have to call the front desk and have them fix something at those hours. $160 for one night to be kept awake is ridiculous.

Had to change plans for our trip due to one of our group becoming super sick. Hotel refused to refund the room. Won’t use Expedia or this hotel chain again.

Our stay was fine. We had the do not disturb sign on the door the first day and an employee knocked, announced housekeeping and walked in. I didn’t have a chance to even answer. I told her we just checked in and didn’t need anything.

This hotel was great! The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were immaculate, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a full-size fridge and kitchenette which would be helpful for extended stays, and the location was convenient, but quiet.

The room was just what it was. A place to sleep and leave. I wouldn't say this was a place you'd want to stay for an extended trip. The room was clean. However, like another place we stayed on our trip in Nampa, you'd think if you offer a kitchen with dish soap you'd have dishes for the guests to use. I looked on the description and nowhere could I find that you have to bring (because people want to being dishes) your own dishes if you want to use the kitchen. The beds were so high, shorter people have to climb onto the bed. Not good for anyone who has hip, back issues. This also has a low toilet. More kid size. Not understanding why hotels do this. It needs adult size toilets. I traveled with my elderly parents and it was hard on their body to bend so low. This place fit the purpose. Sleep and leave. I don't know if I would stay here again but I wouldn't rule it out.
