Check in and check out staff were great. Hotel was very quiet, Air conditioner was excellent.

The sidewalks were horrible. The pavement was hugely uneven. My husband tripped on the uneven pavement. He cut up his leg, arm, and hands. The front desk person did not want to help get something to stop the bleeding (and there was a lot). We were told that there was no manager on duty, so we would not be able to talk to someone until the next morning. The manager filed a report. We are waiting to hear from Hilton - day 4 and nothing!

Great stay, staff also packed breakfast to go as we needed to head out before breakfast start time.

Great stay! Nice rooms, AC worked (thank goodness), front desk was friendly and helpful, decent breakfast items, could use more of egg, potato, and maybe more fruit variety, overall still an awesome stay and easy to find.

Best hotel and great location. I was there 3 days with my little dog visiting family in the area. Absolutely bar none the best customer service experience at a hotel I’ve had in a long time. I felt like I was at home. Room was immaculate. Never heard the rooms next to me. Every single staff member from housekeeping to maintenance to front desk said hello. Great workout room with TV. Fantastic daily breakfast. Can’t say enough. View from my room was outstanding.

This hotel is new, very clean and functional. The gym could be better equipped. The guest laundry was free. The breakfast was typical budget hotel fare, with almost no healthy options.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were amazingly helpful. We accidentally spilled a glass of milk. We immediately offered to clean and mop it up but they were right there and made it much less stressful than it could have been. The room was very clean and comfortable. All the information we needed was right at our fingertips. It's a hotel we will certainly stay at again and highly recommend.
