We stay here a couple of times each year, and it never disappoints! Love the proximity to center of town; staff is helpful and accommodating; cabins are clean and have all that we need! Highly recommended!!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They made our after hours check in very simple. They get 5 stars for that. The cabin itself was nice and clean but the furniture and bedding smelled old. It wasn't visibly dirty but it seems like it could use an upgrade. We literally just slept there, didn't use any of the kitchen amenities or anything else really. In retrospect $250 for a night in a outdated cabin seems a little steep.

Great experience! Loved the cozy vibe.

Some of the rooms have been remodeled. This room has not. It was a nice room, but it was in dire need of an update.

Staff was very helpful. The cabins were cute, spacious, and clean. Excellent location- right in the center of town, but you still feel like you’re staying out of town.

good location, good basic room.

Cabin was cozy, clean including the patio area and furnitures. Location is great, walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, boutique shops and coffee/tea places. Love that we have access to sister facility amenities like the pickleball courts and pool at Taquitz Pine Retreat. We really enjoy our stay, definitely will be back.

Our problem was the TV Spectrum wasn’t working in the room. The attendant on duty came into the room to resolve the issue, but she couldn’t. We were given a few cans of soda and some chips. She was very pleasant and was on the phone with maintenance and she said Spectrum needed to come in to reset the TV. It kept saying error.

The cabin was cozy and quaint. The bed was very comfortable. The towels could have been thicker & larger! I’m short & have had many joint replacements. I had difficulty getting into the tall bath/shower. Maybe install a grab bar? We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely little get away.

Best location. Loved the access to the trail behind the property that takes you right to the amphitheater or brewery.

The floors had dog hair. They were empty ice cube trays on the bookcase. The pullout bedsheet was dirty.

Staff was amazing as always. Have been to both properties and they are all the same. Beautiful and very kind staff. Nothing we have become regulars and will be back soon.

I stayed in the Country Gentleman room. It was so lovely, clean and nicely decorated. It was perfect for our weekend away. The staff were so kind and helpful showing us how to get to town and making recommendations for sight-seeing. I would definitely stay again and look forward to the AC!!

However, we learned this time they have 2 more properties where can use their amenities, like a huge pool and tennis snd pickleball courts . So, that was a nice surprise

Love the mountains. This location had a nice trail that led right into town.

Cleanliness: The room looked clean from just walking in but once we were in there, we started noticing things like the restroom fan was caked with dust, there was about 7 spider webs that I saw, the shower curtain lining had some mildew, two of the coffee bags were opened… that’s just what I actually saw. So I started to feel uncomfortable because if those basic things aren’t given proper attention then the more important things may also not be given proper attention like sanitary sheets, floors are wood so it’s hard to tell if they were cleaned properly or just spot mopped so probably not a sanitary enough to walk barefoot, was the shower and toilet properly sanitized between visits, were the glass & coffee cups replaced with clean cups…. These are some of the anxious thoughts I started to have. It made our stay not as pleasant as we would have hoped for. Would we book there again? Probably not

Had a great 4-day weekend away from the PS heat. Cabin was great with everything needed. Very close to downtown. We walked everywhere. Would highly recommend and will return.
-
It was very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed that it was walking distance to all the restaurants and shops The restroom had ants along the window but it wasn’t a problem with my stay.

great customer service made you feel at home

We had an unexpected issue with our original room that required us to switch, which was definitely an inconvenience during our stay. However, the hotel management handled the situation exceptionally well. They were genuinely apologetic, acted quickly, and went above and beyond to make things right. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction completely turned the experience around. While no one hopes to encounter a problem, it's how a hotel responds that truly matters, and their outstanding customer service left us feeling valued and well taken care of. Thank you to the management team for making the best of an unfortunate situation. We would gladly stay here again.
