Cute & cozy place! Really enjoyed it!

The staff was great and I really enjoyed the koi pond. It was great the only thing was that the room is small and the AC is very noisy so it was hard to sleep.

Love this place, my go to every time I'm in Idyllwild. Clean, rustic, close to town. The garden in the back is so relaxing.

We had an amazing stay at the Silver Pines Village and we are looking forward to our next stay!!

We loved the Peacefull, Tranquility of the property. Would definitely stay here again but a bigger room next time. First time to Idyllwild, not my last.

It’s a nice property on the outside. The room was nice at first until I realized the floor in our room was sunken in on one side of the room. I was worried I’d step wrong and fall through. The chain lock on the door was broken.

My family had an amazing stay. I would recommend this stay for anyone with children.

n/a mattress was very soft. The overhead fan was noisy.

Our room was nice, but we were unfortunately surprised that our yard and deck directly around us was for public use and there was also a lot of lumber lying in the yard. It was tough to have privacy with people walking next to our windows and patio

Had a lovely experience. Checking in was fast with kind service. The room was exactly what I’d picture staying in a mountain town. Close to the town square so we were able to walk to places. Overall great experience!

Perfect location for a show at the rustic theatre. Very peaceful

Great central location, walking distance to everything in town, perfect mountain cabin. Good basics -bed, shower, coffee etc. Be warned, there is no AC in the room, but didn't need it. Great ventillation and room cooled to 60 at night on it's own.

Cabin had everything we needed, microwave, fridge, fireplace, silverware, plates, dishes, even salt and pepper. Beautiful trails along a creek, short walk to downtown area.

Loved this place! Three of us stayed. Jo is the best !

Quiet and serene. Nice place to unwind. The lodge definitely needs some remodel, very outdated. Electric stove only had 2 burners working. The cabin was advertised for 5 people but had only 4 sleeping spots. Additional mattress was provided upon request that had to be placed on the floor. The bathtub was clogged and water drained very slowly. Luckily, we only stayed 2 nights and we were willing to overlook all these minor inconveniences. But could be potentially very inconvenient if staying for a long time.

Keep your expectations in check and you’ll enjoy your stay. My room was a rustic cabin so I expected some rough edges. But, I was disappointed in the extension cords throughout the room (instead of proper electrical wiring), uncomfortable futon and rotted rear deck. However, the room was clean-ish and the staff were friendly. I don’t think that I’ll be back, though.

I was very happy with the lodge. I had 2 dogs and it was no problem, for an extra fee. This lodge is great for PCT hikers. I became a Trail Angel and helped transport hikers to and from the trail head. Referred a couple of hikers to the lodge. It is an older lodge, with older lodge smells and issues. I will definitely return on my next visit.

What really stood out was the staff. I needed a late checkout and they handled it smoothly and communicated everything clearly without any hassle. That kind of helpful no-stress service goes a long way. Would definitely stay here again.
