Our room was nice, but we were unfortunately surprised that our yard and deck directly around us was for public use and there was also a lot of lumber lying in the yard. It was tough to have privacy with people walking next to our windows and patio

Had a lovely experience. Checking in was fast with kind service. The room was exactly what I’d picture staying in a mountain town. Close to the town square so we were able to walk to places. Overall great experience!

Perfect location for a show at the rustic theatre. Very peaceful

Cabin had everything we needed, microwave, fridge, fireplace, silverware, plates, dishes, even salt and pepper. Beautiful trails along a creek, short walk to downtown area.

Loved this place! Three of us stayed. Jo is the best !

Quiet and serene. Nice place to unwind. The lodge definitely needs some remodel, very outdated. Electric stove only had 2 burners working. The cabin was advertised for 5 people but had only 4 sleeping spots. Additional mattress was provided upon request that had to be placed on the floor. The bathtub was clogged and water drained very slowly. Luckily, we only stayed 2 nights and we were willing to overlook all these minor inconveniences. But could be potentially very inconvenient if staying for a long time.

Keep your expectations in check and you’ll enjoy your stay. My room was a rustic cabin so I expected some rough edges. But, I was disappointed in the extension cords throughout the room (instead of proper electrical wiring), uncomfortable futon and rotted rear deck. However, the room was clean-ish and the staff were friendly. I don’t think that I’ll be back, though.

I was very happy with the lodge. I had 2 dogs and it was no problem, for an extra fee. This lodge is great for PCT hikers. I became a Trail Angel and helped transport hikers to and from the trail head. Referred a couple of hikers to the lodge. It is an older lodge, with older lodge smells and issues. I will definitely return on my next visit.

What really stood out was the staff. I needed a late checkout and they handled it smoothly and communicated everything clearly without any hassle. That kind of helpful no-stress service goes a long way. Would definitely stay here again.

It was very dusty, the toilet doesn't flush well and it wasn't clean when we arrived. There was pieces of hair or some identified object in the toilet and it was disgusting. Also the frogs just won't stop croaking.

Property was very clean. Cabins were nice and clean. They have ponds and little waterfalls and close to the creek walking distance to town. There’s nothing about the property that I can say I dislike

We had a positive stay and found the Silver Pines Lodge to be a welcoming and charming place. It was fun to visit the main lodge space with an old piano, resources for travelers, and a fireplace. Some improvements we'd suggest in our room would be blackout curtains, bathroom counter space for toiletries, and better lighting for doing makeup. The bed was fairly comfortable but needed more substantial pillows. We loved the cozy fireplace heater and the charming decor! We also appreciated charging stations by both bedsides -- something we've found lacking in many hotel rooms. The wi-fi worked great, and it was a pretty quiet, peaceful and clean room. The location was close to everything! I think for the price, it was a good value and more unique than a standard hotel.

What a delightful and enchanting stay we had in the woods at Silver Pine Lodge. For a 100-year-old lodge, it was wonderful. Rustic and cozy! The location was perfect— walking distance to town and restaurants. The staff was helpful and kind. We will definitely come back!
