The property is in need of upgrades. New carpet, painting, drapes need cleaning.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was not personalable at all and even alil standoffish. The elevator was extremely loud, made sounds like it was going to break down at any given moment. Decore a bit outdated. But Hotels.com gave us a good price for an overnight stay. I was unaware that there wasn't a continental breakfast and did not know about the $100 room deposit attached to the cost. Probably would not pick this hotel again..

That side of town has really gone down hill alot of homeless around people walking through the parking lot elevator is in need of service

The hotel is absolute crap. The bed hurt my back and neck. Felt like everything I touched was dirty because it was. Bathroom was not cleaned. Soap all over the sink. Found a flea on us while in bed! The hotel clearly hasn’t been updated in over 10 years. Got woken up at 4am from someone talking extremely loud outside my window. Also waited for 10 mins while trying to check in because the person was in the back with her kids it sounded like. They also had a problem finding my reservation when I checked in. Definitely will not stay here again.

Sorry I can't say, because I wasn't informed or aware that there were a breakfast. The elevator was inoperable and I had to climb up to the fourth floor and it took me a while because I have bronchitis, which wasn't good.

The hotel needs updated. Maid service is once a week. Requested towels and trash emptied and did not happen. Desk staff was friendly.

The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close, the tile in the bathroom was cracked and hurt to stand on. Faucet in bathroom dripped constantly.
