best breakfast I’ve had in a business trip, so many options

We booked two rooms at this hotel and one of my guys was kicked out of his room because they made a mistake on the reservations. They also wouldn’t allow to use the restroom in the lobby without banging on the door and rushing him late night attendant was very sweet and helpful, but the staff made it a very uncomfortable stay.

2. Get into the room and it smells gross and extremely musty!!! Had to crank air up and let the room air out. 3. Get into the shower and there are pubic hairs all over the side of the shower. Absolutely disgusting. We brought up our frustrations with the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. We booked through Expedia/Hotels.com and have to submit a claim through them because they are not willing to give us our money back even though Expedia reached out to get a refund. Terrible service and we will never go back!!

Our room's Mini fridge did not work, toilet did not stop running, had to go up to the 3rd floor for ice when room Was on 1st floor. The woman working the breakfast was extremely rude. Due to I was on the first floor did not see signs for when the breakfast was and the staff when I check in was trying to deal with a power outage so they did not run through the normal info, but when I was trying to see when breakfast was at 9:02 am everything was gone and she pretty much accused me of being stupid. Will not be back.

Hotel needs renovation. Parking lot is a mine field

The hotel is dated but it is fine. Not much for amenities. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. They were the best part about the stay.

The hotel is located on west Rockville Rd., and has so many places to eat that no matter your taste you can find something you'll enjoy. The breakfast is the usual basic, but was presented in a clean and well taken care of area. The most aggravating thing for me was that my room key kept getting demagnetized and I ended up getting 5 new key cards in 3 days. While my room was clean it had some kind of odor that may have been from the carpet being cleaned or the type of cleaner they use when they make up a room. Also it had a very slight damp feeling, and my socks felt very slightly damp after walking around the room. All things considered it's a value style hotel and if I ever go back to Indianapolis I would at least consider staying there again.

We checked into the Comfort Inn. At that time, they informed us that the Wifi was out due to a storm several days ago and they weren't sure when it would be fixed. They did not tell us that the outage also impacted the TV viewing. In addition to the No Wifi, there was no TV service, duct tape in the bath tub and sweaty smelling pillows.

easy self-parking, clean room, buffet style basic breakfast, overall good

it was comfortable, safe, friendly, and good value. some staining on the curtains and mattress were present. there was black patches present on the ceiling of the bathroom and on the edges of the shower tile. the provided body wash/shampoo/conditioner bottles were not very big so we had to ask for a second set for a 2 day stay.

When I arrived in the afternoon I was an hour early and the room hadn't been cleaned yet. I knew an early check-in might not be possible, I enquired, they said it wasn't ready. I explained that I would be coming back at midnight and they said that wasn't a problem. When I returned, got my keys and went to the room the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest - bed unmade, sheets old, towels everywhere, etc. I explained at the front desk. However, since all the rooms were filled, they couldn't transfer me to an available clean room. Since apparently there was no cleaning people on duty - which is also problematic - they had to call a housekeeper to drive back to the hotel and then clean the room. It wasn't a HUGE deal, maybe delayed me getting in the room for a half hour-ish, but I mean... you guys had one job, so to speak. Anyway other than that bad start the rest of the visit was adequate.

Hotel outdated...old carpet smell in a few areas bed pillows did not smell clean

The hotel room cleaning needs to be thoroughly checked and inspected before a room is released to a guest. There were stains inside the comforter. The building is old and needs renovation. I would not stay at this hotel again. The toilet was so low to the ground and there are no roll in showers for handicap challenges.

Location was near my husband conference and staff were friendly Limited choices of food selection

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Skyler at the front desk was a huge help. Well tended and stocked breakfast.

Overall 7/10. It's your standard hotel. The beds and pillows suck. Clean room, decent breakfast options, friendly staff. The bathroom was small and oddly laid out. Also, the lady in charge of breakfast watches over everyone like Hawkeye which I found uncomfortable as I'm looking at the options and she's actively correcting me as I choose the "wrong" cup.

Odor in room when first walking in but it went away as we were in the room got used to it.

The breakfast was very good and had a great variety of options. The staff was very helpful.

Exceeded expectations. Quiet & clean room. Good breakfast choices. Helpful front staff. Safe area.
