Staff very friendly and helpful

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable; too flat. Also had one pillow case upon arrival that appeared soiled. May have only been stained, but definitely not clean looking. Refrigerator struggled to reach and maintain optimal level of coldness: Room 204.

Great hotel. Great location to race track, eateries, shopping etc. Only negative…asked on check in for daily towel exchange. Noticed after arriving back to room late second day that there had been no towel exchange. Stopped at front desk and asked for clean towels the next morning. Got a text asking how stay was..asked for third time for clean towels. Never did get clean towels. Otherwise was great stay:

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Parking was good and well lighted. Many restaurant's were near by.

The hotel staff were nice. The room was clean. The bathroom door was a slider with a pretty big gap and no lock. The bed was comfy.

Very clean hotel and very friendly staff that made us all feel very welcome.There was fresh baked cookies in the evening and breakfast grab bags ready for those that didn't have time to eat their delicious breakfast .

Our room was great. The only issue was the shower. It was a nice shower but the shower wasn’t coming out as powerfully as it could have because water kept coming out of the tap. Other than that it was awesome. The breakfast was also fantabulous! We loved the different muffins and my husband had a waffle. The OJ was so good! Thank you so much!!!

The staff was friendly. The halls, elevator, and lobby area were large. Which is great for hauling suitcases. The room was large and comfortable.

Everything about our stay was very good, with the exception of the pool room, which was extremely warm, to the point that we were forced to leave it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
