Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Avon

The room was spotless.

Clean rooms, nice staff. Easy in and out.

I left another review, but I will leave this one. Exceptional is the one word I will say about this place. The staff the accommodations, the room, the bed. Everything was exceptional.

We had a wonderful day me and my husband at this site staff. Were exceptional, always willing to help always with a smile giving you accurate information to the point we extended our stay one more day and they were so helpful and so loving and so even caring, helping us to get our stuff in the car and my husband’s handicap and then they were just a tentative to us and I definitely will be back there again. I would recommend it to anyone this particular place.

The location was great. Accessible to everything. The sheets were dirty. They were blood stains on the white comforter. The pool was down and it was not advertised as such.

We stayed for 3 enjoyable nights. The front desk staff were amazing, both day and evening staff. They were all Friendly, cheerful and helpful. The welcoming culture of the staff was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We liked the daily breakfast but had an issue with our towels not being replaced. In spite of placing them on the bathroom floor and being told by the front desk lady (when we said we were leaving for the day) that they would replace them right away, when we got back to the room about midnight from being gone for the day, they were still laying there. So, the next morning we told the front desk and they gave us clean ones to take up to the room. Then we asked Housekeeping for additional toilet paper, as it was about empty. I missed not having bacon at least one day in our 3-night stay. With the high $20+ taxes on top of the room rate, the good breakfast helped justify staying there instead of the less expensive nearby Comfort Inn, but we'll have to reconsider that decision the next time.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for wedding at Avon Gardens. Bathroom was a bit musty. Pillows were oddly small.

Didn’t get to stay the hotel was overbooked and had to stay at another Fairfield hotel in Plainfield and still had to pay for that hotel room and I still have yet to get my money back from the Fairfield Hotel in Avon
