Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Avon

Buenos

HOWEVER- the room only had a mirror (other than bathroom) but behind the TV / not very practical,

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The only negative was the orange juice dispenser was out of service. Other than that, it was very good. We will use this facility again.

Exceptional

Very clean, very friendly staff, nice spacious room Pool is very small

We will definitely return to stay here on future visits to our daughter in Avon, IN.

The chocolate chip cookies! There was an ongoing theft investigation. The continental breakfast wasn’t good. I wore white socks in the room, and they turned black within an hour of taking my shoes off. I had to buy socks just for the room. The staff seems just to be collecting a paycheck.

The room was spotless.

Clean rooms, nice staff. Easy in and out.

I left another review, but I will leave this one. Exceptional is the one word I will say about this place. The staff the accommodations, the room, the bed. Everything was exceptional.

We had a wonderful day me and my husband at this site staff. Were exceptional, always willing to help always with a smile giving you accurate information to the point we extended our stay one more day and they were so helpful and so loving and so even caring, helping us to get our stuff in the car and my husband’s handicap and then they were just a tentative to us and I definitely will be back there again. I would recommend it to anyone this particular place.

The location was great. Accessible to everything. The sheets were dirty. They were blood stains on the white comforter. The pool was down and it was not advertised as such.

Exceptional

Very good

everything was good, staff were very nice and always offered us bottled water coming and going in and out

Exceptional

Breakfast was pretty decent but that’s the only good thing about my stay.

Clean and comfortable bed

We stayed for 3 enjoyable nights. The front desk staff were amazing, both day and evening staff. They were all Friendly, cheerful and helpful. The welcoming culture of the staff was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
