Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Indianapolis Airport South, IN

Room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only negative was the adjoining room wall was paper thin and guests were very loud and heard everything they said. Outdoor smoking area on porch was dirty and ashes everywhere. Maybe use a blower more often?

Kind of hard to get to. Very little parking. Hated stepping right out the front door smelling smoke. Cookies/water not always available. A little noisy. Breakfast was okay...nothing great. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Stop!!! Do not stay here! I am not too picky about outdated places, but when it comes to cleanliness, I appreciate staying at a clean place. I spoke with staff members about this issue, and they were very rude! Especially the housekeeping manager. She began to yell at me and said I should have said something sooner, instead of waiting until the next day. I drove 10 hours and was very tired. In the morning when I saw bugs, that was it. I promptly made a review, and because I did that, the manager wouldn't do any compensating and was not even willing to talk to me.

Everything was fine. What was outside their control was noise from the many trucks on the interstate beside the hotel.

A good solid hotel near the IND airport.

While the room was decently clean, it could use some deep cleaning. There was dust stuck on the ceilings and curtains, the tile in the bathroom could use a good scrub, and the lighting was very dim in the rooms. The curtains wouldn’t fully close so the intense lights from the parking lot did come in a bit. Hotel was quiet and a good stay.

Easy to get to from the interstate, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast options and lovely staff.

Hotel was fine. Paying to park at a hotel you're staying at wasn't. That should be noted as an extra expense, when you book.

My favorite place to stay! You can smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk in. The staff are friendly and professional. The halls are well lit and you can tell it's very well maintained. The rooms are clean and the best are comfy. The pool & sauna are open & very clean. Breakfast was excellent. This is a quality place to stay for families or for business.

Staff friendly and helpful. Nice variety for breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Inefficient air conditioner. Ran on motion sensor so when no one in room, it got so hot it took hours to cool. Very uncomfortable at night.

Quiet and easy to stay

Air conditioner didn't keep room at consistent comfortable temperature for adequate sleep. Works on a motion detector. Very comfortable bed and linens. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location

Bathroom sink was clogged, I brought this to front desk when checked out

The clean places was a old building but the room was new and the hallway was new

Breakfast had good options. Services was good just the hotel is close to the highway so if you don’t like hearing the highway all day and night this won’t be the hotel for you. Wish we’ve known before it was near a hotel didn’t get much sleep.

Room was nice cans clean, staff was friendly Location of property, you had to drive through an apartment complex to get to it. Breakfast was terrible, biscuits were so dry they just fell apart when you tried to eat them, the gravy was watery and had no flavor. Also right on the interstate, so you could hear the traffic all night
