Comfort Suites near Indianapolis Airport

I used their laundry facilities and the room & machines were dirty. The dryers weren't working -- we were offered to have our laundry dried in the facilities' dryer -- no thanks. The elevator was unreliable-- sometimes it worked, at others not. The door at the first floor stairway exit did not shut all the way -- not the best in the case of a fire. The whole time we were there, a bucket was in the first floor hallway -- apparently catching water from a leak -- part of the ceiling above it had been pushed back. The public printer was not working -- we had to have the desk clerk print our boarding passes.

Elevator worked spontaneously, the pool area was unusable due to the cracked tiles, water dripping from ceiling and the look of the water. Our room keys did not work anytime we tried. We kept them in seperate pockets to keep them away from electronics like they said and every time we tried to enter our room they did not work and had to go back down to get new keys. Would not stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and the price was right. Breakfast was blah, the elevator wasn’t working, tried to report to the front desk, nobody showed up. Watched two other people try to find the front desk, knock on doors and push the button… no response. When we checked in at night the lady was talking to someone on her cell phone the whole time we stood there.

I reported the issue, but the experience ruined my stay. I expected a clean and safe place to sleep, not to leave covered in bites. I hope the hotel takes this problem seriously, inspects all affected rooms, and treats the infestation immediately so other guests do not have to go through the same experience.

The elevator worked intermittently and then not at all, our door keys worked intermittently, our shower barely drained, the sink didn’t stay on. A/C worked well, beds were fine.

Room and hallways were nauseating full of paint odors... couldn't hardly breathe. Had to open a window and try to get fresh air inside.

The hotel was very clean, no problems with that, and the location was great I didn't like that they did not put enough bath towels in my suite, they only put towels for two guest and it was four of us. I ask the housekeeper for some more towels for my two grandkids, she replied she didn't have any towels, I knew she did because was cleaning the room next door. I had to explain to her, I need some towels so we can take a shower and check out, she finally gave me some towels and the handicap parking I told the front desk there were two cars park in handicap parking and each car didn't have handicap plates or placard

it looks like they are doing a lot of remodeling.

The hotel is pretty dirty and outdated. The key card to get into the room malfunctioned many times. But staff was helpful with resetting. And the elevator malfunctioned many times.

I left my room once to get dinner. Came back and my room key didn’t work. I stood in line behind 2 families checking in, in order to get my key fixed. The bathroom was unbelievable. It was so disgusting, I couldn’t even get a shower. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

Our room was ok, but the pool area was in rather poor shape. Our grandkids were disappointed.

We stayed for 4 nights for a tournament and we could not get fresh towels for multiple days and the shower didn’t drain properly tub filled up when you showed. Breakfast was also just ok. Had to redo keys multiple times while we stayed as well.

The worst hotel I have ever booked. We didn’t even stay the weekend. The room across the hall looked as if it had been busted open by the police. Sheets and towels(clean) were stained. A hair in the fridge, toilet seat broken. I have pictures and video documentation. Requesting a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Rooms need to be maintained better even when at close to capacity. Staff was mostly helpful but we had to call the hotel to have someone come to the front desk. There wasn’t bedding for the pull out couch in the closet area. Surfaces needed wiped down also. There were also apparent stains on a lot of the furniture pieces.

AC in the rooms could not be adjusted. Rooms had popcorn on the floor when we arrived.

Management said I would be refunded money and up until this point, I have gotten nothing back. Imagine, they wanted to charge us $10/hour for early check in!! It felt as though the building was under new management and they were working on it while “hosting” guests. Supplies were sitting in the lobby and closets were left open on the floors with painting materials. The breakfast was adequate.

The buffet breakfast was well maintained. However the elevator wasn't working the morning we were leaving. We were on the 3rd floor. We had several suitcases we had to take down. Noone was at the front desk to report this to. I called the number that was posted at the front desk, only reached a recording that kept repeating no matter how many times. I pressed for the operator. This is a liability for the property had someone that had a disability and could not use the stairs. Also if someone fell down the stairs while taking their luggage this Also would have been a liability.

Elevators weren’t working and room keys kept not working and had to go down and get them fixed 3 times in 24hrs. Paid for a 2 hr late check out and had house keeping knock twice in the 1st 20 minutes even tho do no disturb sign was posted
