Elevators broken and had to carry our own bags up 3 flights.. didn’t get the room type I reserved.. had to use pull out couch but had to go and retrieve the pillow and blankets from the front desk myself. No one to bring things up. Room phone broken.. dated and dingy room

From checking until the time we left it was not a great stay. Check-in took a long time and the staff was unhelpful when we needed blankets for the sofa bed we had to go down multiple times and the staff seemed annoyed. Every time we asked on the second day the elevator stopped working, the key cards never worked. We had to go down multiple times to get them fixed, and the whole hotel was in a state of general disrepair

Overall condition of room was quite poor given the rate charged. Property is not in good upkeep in the common areas.

Hello, my name is Monica Dunne. I stayed at your hotel over the weekend. I'm a frequent guest at several Comfort Inn & Suites around the United States. I was very displeased with my stay and the conditions of the hotel as they were when I checked in. I have pictures and videos to give you an idea of what I encountered upon my arrival and during my two-day stay, which I was forced to complete because I could not find other accommodations at such last-minute notice. The physical condition of the hotel was in such bad shape that I really didn't feel it was fit to accommodate guests. The halls were dirty, the building was literally falling apart at the ceiling, the baseboards, and the carpeting. The ice machines were filthy. The elevator broke on Saturday evening, and we had to use the stairs for the remaining time of our stay, all the way up until we checked out at about 8:30 Sunday morning. The elevator still was not working. I stayed in room 227. The room itself was fairly clean, but the towel racks were broken in the bathroom. The linen was stained really badly. I do believe it was clean, but it was stained really badly. The toilet made this awful loud noise while it was refilling, which made it hard to sleep when one of us had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The sofa was disgusting, to say the least. I will attach a photo. I really hope you guys will consider accommodating me for this horrible stay in these horrible conditions. Ms.

This was absolutely the hotel in existence! I booked the room for 2 nights for my wife and when she arrived late at night with my daughters she wanted to shower and go to bed. The bathroom floor had hair all over it along with the tub and sink counter and the towels were sifted around like they weren’t freshly laid on the racks almost like someone stayed they and they felt like the room was “clean enough. She immediately called the desk and they offered her some air freshener so make the room smell clean(in her exact words). The next day she checked out asking for the 2nd night to be refunded. They said call back on Tuesday for the GM. Well Tuesday, W, Th, F and all through the next week came and the GM was never in office or called back. Finally today my wife called to complain and the person just kept hanging up on her. I am called and he didn’t hang up but said we need to take it up with Expedia. We will NEVER book with Comfort sweets ever again. Needs to be shut down the way they are handling this issue! DON STAY HERE you just may have a bathroom full of hair and offered air freshener so it would make the room smell fresh!

Paint peeling, tub ceramic all peeled off, gaps in hall door so noise in pool was deafening. Tv and phone didn’t work.

My room and the hotel was OK during my stay. I feel the room was too dark. There were approximately 3 towels that were dirty and stained. The hotel did provide hot breakfast which was a plus, but no potatoes which could have been a substitute for the non meat eaters. The staff were helpful in answering my questions. Overall, the hotel was an OK place to stay for 3 days.

Room= couldn't take a bath, the shower lever was stuck on the up position, plus no conditioner, told front desk and didn't care. Bright lights! 2am and your room felt like it daylight, tried everything to cover up lights to have a dark room. Pool = no towels. A funky smell, slimy walls, puddles of water going no where. Nor did the door lock, anyone could in. Elevator=broke down during our stay, wasn't told, or no notes stating it was down. Mentioned to the front desk, and they said yeah I know making demon noises. Not a great experience

The staff refused to address people stomping and running until it woke me up for the 3rd time at 3:30am. I was able to go get the front desk clerk and she finally went to the room in person. The place smelled like weed at that point too. The bed was comfortable.

Property not well maintained. Building doors did not close. Room lock broken. Generally dirty everywhere.

Not well priced for the value. The hotel in under allot of maintenance. Check in was easy and they had pick up from the airport (for a fee). The breakfast was more like a continetal then a buffet in my opinion we didn't use it after the first day. The ac worked really good and tv was smart. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was decent but the toilet screamed for over a minute when you flushed it. They did have a microwave in room with the fridge which helped. The parking was also free and it was nearby the interstate and airport, but not walkable.

There were several issues with the hotel and my room specifically: 1. Light bulb burnt out at desk. Traded with bed sconce. 2. Bottom sheet off bead has a hole torn into it. The sheet should be discarded. 3. Ice machine on second floor does not work. No sign saying where get ice 4. Bathtub was deglazed at some point but has started peeling a lot, the worst part is that the peeling glaze had not been touched recently meaning the tub had not been cleaned in quite while. When I slid my hand over the peeling glaze, large amounts flaked away. 5. Printer in lobby not working which was known by the front desk. However, the instructions at the printer did not say to see the front desk for printing. 6. Shower curtain rod is pulling out of the wall and barely staying up. It is sagging to the point that the curtain will not stay closed causing water spray to collect on the bathroom floor.

Perfectly fine, for the low price I paid.
-
Very good and nothing to complain

While the pool water appeared clean, the pool walls above the water level were visibly dirty, seemed to be lined with dirt and grime, suggesting they had not been cleaned/maintained in some time. Additionally, the location was quite inconvenient, especially for families, with a lack of nearby dining or shopping options. Overall, the hotel was acceptable for a brief overnight stay but fell short of expectations.

I used their laundry facilities and the room & machines were dirty. The dryers weren't working -- we were offered to have our laundry dried in the facilities' dryer -- no thanks. The elevator was unreliable-- sometimes it worked, at others not. The door at the first floor stairway exit did not shut all the way -- not the best in the case of a fire. The whole time we were there, a bucket was in the first floor hallway -- apparently catching water from a leak -- part of the ceiling above it had been pushed back. The public printer was not working -- we had to have the desk clerk print our boarding passes.
-
Elevator worked spontaneously, the pool area was unusable due to the cracked tiles, water dripping from ceiling and the look of the water. Our room keys did not work anytime we tried. We kept them in seperate pockets to keep them away from electronics like they said and every time we tried to enter our room they did not work and had to go back down to get new keys. Would not stay here again.
-
The beds were comfortable and the price was right. Breakfast was blah, the elevator wasn’t working, tried to report to the front desk, nobody showed up. Watched two other people try to find the front desk, knock on doors and push the button… no response. When we checked in at night the lady was talking to someone on her cell phone the whole time we stood there.
-
The elevator worked intermittently and then not at all, our door keys worked intermittently, our shower barely drained, the sink didn’t stay on. A/C worked well, beds were fine.
-
Room and hallways were nauseating full of paint odors... couldn't hardly breathe. Had to open a window and try to get fresh air inside.
