Comfort Suites near Indianapolis Airport

Elevator didn’t work; ice machine was broken; bucket catching water in the middle of the hallway; high-voltage panel door open.

Overall property was dirty - leaks in multiple hallways. Carpet in room was moist throughout. Door bolt did not work. Latch lock was missing latch side. Room smelled musty. Elevator did not work. Lamp did not work in the room.

We stayed for four nights on the third floor. Elevator was broken the entire time. Not once did we receive housekeeping. Staff was unhelpful. Buckets in the hallway because of roof leaks. It was terrible.

There were buckets in the hallway because the ceiling had leaked. The pool was dirty terrible terrible terrible.

Property not maintained. Token railing at back stairwell with nails/screws sticking out. Room not swept/vacuumed. Elevator broken.

The room itself was decent, but the hallways and stairwells on the property were not very well cared for. Also, the only elevator on the property did not work, so carrying a full family amount of luggage was a struggle

The elevator doesn’t work, the shower too

Staff needed more training on reservations, made people sit and wait. Computer problems. Guest card machine trouble, had to reactivate card each day. Ice machine out of service, printer out of service. Hotel public areas (stairwell) was dirty, not vacuumed. Back door propped open, not secure. Elevator out of service, room had been smoked in (plastic over smoke detector). Shuttle out of service. Mildew on bottom of shower curtain. Lobby smelled of mildew kitchen rags.

This is a nasty hotel, literally everything is gross. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! The pool has mold on the walls, it smelled like dirty diapers, no smell of chlorine. The blankets and towels had stains, locks were jacked, showers were several different unnatural colors. There were other people complaining at the front desk too about how nasty this place is. Not worth the money, they should pay you to stay here. Management here does NOT care for this property, shame on them. Theres no excuse and no learning for this, you can tell this property has been neglected for years.

Clean room

The air conditioner in my room was good! It's 15 minutes from most anywhere. The cons. The air conditioner in the lobby was no where to be found. It's located next to an extended stay property that is in bad shape. The breakfast wasn't fit to eat. NO maid service on a 6 day stay! If you want towels and wash clothes you have ask and it was a chore for the clerk to get them. The water pressure wasn't the best. 1 ice machine onn the 3rd floor. Never did find the indoor pool in the picture. Overall. We stayed here to cover an event. The beds were OK. If you needed a place for 1 night it may be OK. I question how often the beds are changed based off of no maid service or trash pickup over my time there. I have stayed at other Choice brand properties and they have been way better.

Free dryer but had to take wet clothes downstairs at 5 am Wouldn’t provide change for washer,had to go gas station. Didn’t have dryers so had to take clothes downstairs. Elevator wasn’t working had to use stair

The elevator was broken. There was a bucket in the hallway catching water drippings from the ceiling. The hallway upstairs looked large and opened up to a surprisingly large room, but when I went in the bathroom, I found a huge scummy hairball in the tub drain that was uncovered, a dirty soap dish and the carpet was not intact. I turned around and went to the fron desk to request a refund, I was told the manager wasn't there and I had to call expedia. It took over an hour, but expedia assisted me in getting a new hotel reservation somewher else.. I'll never stay at any of these hotels again under this brand.

Positively the most disgusting hotel bathroom I’ve ever had. The bathtub was filthy and DID NOT DRAIN, meaning my shower was on a time limit before the tub overflowed. Shower head was crusted with scum and hard water. Absolutely never again.

Never cleaned the room that I stayed in for 5 nights. Had to get room key reprogrammed everyday.

No issues with the hotel. Accommodating. But not earning any Choice Reward points when I selected a 2x points hotel through Engine is huge problem.

Mediocre hotel.

The property is nasty and wouldn’t offer a refund or a free night. Just dirty people.

Beding was stained yellow

The bathtub had significant paint chipping, the drain was extremely slow during a shower, and the bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, the breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, the location and a few amenities were positives, but the condition and cleanliness of the room were disappointing. I would choose a different hotel next time.
