Very loud air conditioning. Staff not particularly interested in their jobs. Needs an update badly.

The initial listing I think showed free breakfast , and a swimming pool. there was no pool around and the breakfast was not free. I could have misread the ad. The gym was good. Hotel close to airport.

Very clean, well stocked. I forgot toothpaste and they gave me some😎

Great spot near airport and close enough to downtown for dinner. Pleasant and helpful staff.

great location first 2 days I did not have tv nor internet in my room. breakfast was scheduled for a very short window. everything was amde to order - only 1 cook and 1 server - service was extremely poor.

Hotel looks to be under renovation. Dirt and debris in the stairwell. Stains on the carpet and in the sheets however it all seemed to be clean. You can tell effort has been made to bring the place back to life, it just isnt fully there yet.

Towel rod was not secure. Toilet paper rod was not secure. Shower needed step-by-step directions in order to operate. Breakfast choices were inadequate, with no alternatives in walking distance.

Noothing High price for no facilities. Never seen any hotels having paid breakfast only till 9.00 am that too on Sunday. Breakfast was horrible and staff were not even ready to listen anything

Hotel needs some maintenance. TV had many channels missing because of subscription missing. Air conditioner was incredibly loud.

Great Job! The breakfast was due to start at 7:00 am, but started late at 7:25-ish both days. I had to change my plans a little. Overall was great.

My experience at this hotel was very very good. The staff was great and the food is good. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

Nice and convenient when landing late.

My only negative comment is the smell of the lobby and restaurant. It appears that the hood fan in the kitchen needs servicing as the small of cooking grease was over powering when you walked in. Also having the door open to the kitchen and view me from the lobby was a bit odd. The fitness center also didn’t have any bottles or wipes to clean the machines with. The space was clean but it would have been nice to be able to clean equipment before and after use. Cheers
