Great staff. My flight was delayed a few hours and the overnight staff was very helpful and friendly with accommodating my late check in.

Staff was friendly but should you have to change rooms because the lights don't work, there's something black on the wall and bathroom door was severely water-damaged? Not what we have come to expect from Holiday Inn. Also, one elevator wouldn't stop at floors!

It was okay. For one night

One of the two elevators needs some maintenance; it didn’t regularly stop at floor requested. The air conditioner itself in the room worked well, but it was a little raspy in noise when on, so it’s not the best for light sleepers, but I managed since I tend to sleep a little heavier. The room itself was clean and very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were very nice. It was a good and relaxing stay over my 5 nights there. Thumbs up.

We were there for 5 days and breakfast was never ready by 7 am. Actually was 7:15 to 7:30. Breakfast never varied but was good and hot. When asked for service for maintenance to bathroom was prompt. Staff were pleasant.

When we arrived at the property, we were given a keycard to a room with people’s things. However, we were given another room immediately. It just felt like they were unorganized or maybe there were glitches in their system. Good thing no people were in the first room when we first got there it would have been really awkward. Tbh we were really uncomfortable after that happened.

To start, check in is 3pm. I was there about 3:15pm. My room key was given to me, I head upstairs. The room is still being cleaned. Front desk tells me it will be 15 min. I go back up after 30 min. Still being cleaned. Tpld feont desk - was told of get a free dinner although she couldn't locate the vouchers, was told all good since she'd be there for dinner. At 4:10pm I finally get into the room. Dirty, carpet stains everywhere. Shower water control works backwards (turn to the left a little and that's hot...turn all the way it's cold) and water trickles out. Elevator bay on one side won't open without repeatedly hitting the Open button on the 1st floor. Go to dinner around 730pm and guess what? Front desk gal went home and I had to re-explain the entire deal to another person. She was kind and texted management and alerted the restaurant. Can't recommend.

The staff was friendly and super helpful. The elevator was sticking. The doors would not open. We had to ride back down to 1st floor and back up to 3 floor doors still didn't open on either floor. We had to force them open. The room smelled as though it had been wet and moldy. Very strong mold smell. The lady at desk was so nice and gave us another room.

We were greeted when we first walked in the door such an awesome staff from the front to the kitchen to time we left. The service was just on point. We didn’t do any bar because we’re not drinkers. It was awesome an awesome stay.

Very nice hotel. Hallway was loud, otherwise it was great.

Nice clean place. Would recommend. However the breakfast (which you pay for) was a joke at best.

The hotel was an OK hotel, just older, but very close to the airport. The front desk employee was very good.

The front desk staff we're slow, it was 2 staff members at the front desk and it was a line for 3 guest to check in. I waited 15min

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Make sure to sign up for hotel shuttle if you are utilitzing that to the airport. We weren't told we needed to be on the list but they had room so it turned out okay. Would stay here again.

Clean room

Arrived and checked in. There was someone sleeping in the room. Was then informed the hotel was booked and no rooms available. The front desk staff was helpful and you could tell the private owners of the hotel treat staff horribly and are woefully disorganized.
