Close to downtown. 15 minutes most mornings. AC worked great. They charged me $200 more than the original reservation, and the room was not ready until 8pm, despite a 3pm check in time. The room was pretty clean, but the bathroom was sketchy.

Our room looked like it was built 30 years ago and never updated. There was broken cabinet doors the furniture was barely functional the bathroom wall tiles looked overrun with calcium deposits. Our sofa bed was broken and the mattress in it was dirty and had trash in it. It’s advertised as having breakfast but does not specify a hot breakfast and it’s a continental breakfast with coffee and pre packed fed muffins and granola bars. That is not breakfast Overall very disappointed in this stay and will be reporting the location to corporate.

Staff guy was nice I do ask for partial refund or discount Room dirty and sofa bed was hard to open since broken and even restroom door knob was broken. Room 124.

I checked in with my two sons and immediately noticed that the room was poorly maintained and not clean. When we showered, there was no hot or even lukewarm water. The toilet also did not work, and I had to ask the front desk to fix it while we were gone.We returned around 10 p.m. and went to sleep. I understand that we booked an inexpensive hotel, but I did not expect this level of problems. My youngest son complained that he felt something crawling on him. When we woke up and checked, we found several bedbugs under the pillows and around both beds. My other son had multiple bites on both arms.I notified the front desk, and they offered us another room. After finding bedbugs, moving to another room in the same hotel was not an acceptable option. We left immediately. Never again. You might as well stay at a motel.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke the whole stay even though it's smoke free. Trash around the building. Room was clean but furniture was not in good repair. Not enough seats for family. Would not stay again!

The only positive point to the hotel was the front desk staff, he was as accomodating as he could be and apologized on behalf of the hotel for our poor experience.

The breakfast was trash. The muffins was molded and the nature valley crunchy oats n honey was out of date. My room was very filthy and unacceptable I contacted the front desk and Mark he did nothing but lie didn't want to accommodate me and put me in another room didn't want to even give me a refund the manager was not available or able to be reached, housekeeping wasn't there to clean the room. I had to go to Walmart and dollartree and spend $30 something dollars on cleaning supplies. It would have been better if they could have put me and my daughter in another room or come clean it up and change the sheets. The staffs attitude could have been better and respectful.

The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Nice having a fridge and stovetop. There were a few older things in the room that needed maintenance attention, but everything was functional. The hallway smelled like another guest was smoking and outside there was a lot of garbage and cigarette butts which gave it a low end feel.

My the enamel on the tub was peeling with big chunks missing The bathroom sink had stains on it The door to the room was hard to open and close My grandson and I were at the front desk trying to get help and there was someone drinking a beer !! And the website picture for this property is very misleading!!!!

Staff is friendly. The room is filthy. The bathroom sink is clogged, the towels seemed not washed. They say it is a smoke-free room but when you open the door, it smell like rotten cigarette!
