Hyatt Place Indianapolis Airport

The hotel was very clean and met all my needs. I slept through breakfast, but the setup is what you would expect for a Hotel breakfast. The Placery, is a cool bar area with a pretty good food selection. I would stay here again when I’m in the area.

The hotel had a nice outdoor pool and the room was nicely updated.

My family enjoyed our stay here. This was our first time and we had choose this hotel to attend a conference for a week. Nice and comfortable and the staff were great!

When walking into the room, there was a chunk of hair in the entryway. And some in the bathroom!?? They had no pool towels in the pool area. Had to ask front desk. Breakfast was pretty good though.

We had a nice one night stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and very nicely decorated. Great location. AC working great on a hot day! Thank you!

Great location, great breakfast

The manager and front desk person were both very personable and helpful. The breakfast was very well done. The airport shuttle was also excellent, and the driver was very helpful with luggage and info.

Very nice hotel and nice staff

Hotel was clean and convenient to what I needed. The only draw back was the breakfast in the morning, not much to chose from. It could be a little better. Still a good stay though.

Great stay

We had a great weekend staying at the Hyatt. Staff was friendly and helpful! Would stay here again. It was in a great location close to restaurants and things to do. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Breakfast was average.

We had reservations to spend one night here and fly away on our vacation. Due to a car accident we had to cancel our flight and spend one more night. The staff were so kind. I had spent the morning on n the phone and missed breakfast. They brought me fruit and yogurt. This was such a nice place. If I ever get another chance to travel I’ll be back!

But luckily the card was waterproof.

Good location. Easy to get downtown. Free and easy parking. Staff was very professional.

The room was nice and clean but the beds were tiny. Sleeping two per bed was a crunch. Pull out sofa bed was also very small. Big enough for only one.
