Terrible, every thing!

Sadly, I couldn't cancel and had to pay for a night when not able to stay.

The check out process was easy though and he was pleasant. The people on duty the previous day and throughout the night seemed annoyed that I needed help. I’ve stayed in a variety of cheap Wyndhams but this was a pretty bad one. Beds were clean and comfortable so I would just give it a mediocre rating instead of a total disaster.

Kept having to get my door access card reprogrammed once or twice a day. Please fix your system.

Owner/manager didn't explain any amenities if any. Just just checking krd me in and out the door.

Bed had stains in it, no elevator for 3 floors...looked like people living there. Do not recommend.

The hotel itself was nothing to write home about. We were there for Gen Con 2026 and it served its purpose, a place to sleep for the night. The AC was AMAZING though best we have had at any hotel. Not too many food options nearby and for some reason our key stopped working every night and had to be reset which was quite annoying. The room did not look cleaned when we got there but the next day they seemed to have gotten it together and they swept and spruce it up a bit. Also the TV channels did not match the TV Guide.

The property is not maintained; it was not clean. I did not get a copy of my bill with the complete amount I paid.

The bed is not comfortable, the bathroom floor and the Tv stand were dirty. The shower head was very low. It’s near to my chest

Do not stay here. The hotel is a mess. The first sign that something is wrong - when you check in, the worker is behind a protective glass or plastic barrier, like a bank. The first room I was given had not been made up, the TV was on, there was garbage. The room I stayed in was a mess, it was difficult to get the door closed, the main light switch didn't work, the room was old and damaged. The shower only had a small trickle of water, like a public water fountain. When I stayed there, the area felt unsafe, in fact, the next morning an aggressive person ran up to me and yelled at me for 10 minutes like a madman. I left that morning. This hotel is nothing like the pictures on Expedia and is extremely over-priced. No refund or even partial refund was offered when I left early - the hotel took the full charge. The hotel appears to be a scam that takes advantage of people who don't know the area.

Was not safe. Door would not physically latch--didn't even need my key to get in. Door was physically broken at the latch and at the secondary lock. Offered me another room but it had clearly been smoked in. Wasn't offered a refund.

Poorly maintained. Door could not be opened from inside when leaving and had to call for help. Difficult to open from even outside by on duty person.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel was perfect!

The pictures didnt match the hotel . Very dirty, people sitting outside of their hotel rooms smoking and drinking liquor. The hotel room had dirty towels, the floor wasnt swept or mopped. The shower head was broken and when u turn it on the water squirts everywhere. I called. The front desk about it saturday they didnt come until sunday afternoon to fix it. When the maintenance guy came in to try to fix the shower head he wiped his hands on my clean towels. The tv didnt work, another maintenance main came and gave us batteries and it still wasnt working. This was the worst hotel i’ve ever been in
