Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport East

No hot water. Good other than that

This is an old hotel that is really showing its age. Paint is peeling on trim. Faucets are in disrepair, and I managed to step on a couple of cockroach’s.

This establishment is currently under construction but our room had signs of water damage and pieces of the tub were damaged.

Some parts of the building seemed under construction. Somewhat explainable. However, no one up front in a timely matter twice when trying to gain access to room. Room was switched when I reserved online it was one room then it was switched to a different one. Planned a week in advance to only have to cancel my business trip due to the room. I'm not 100 percent sure if bedbugs was in the room but there was spots on the pillow that may have reasonable them from a previous stay. Also behind the door debris and a large daddy long leg dead dangling below eye level. The bathroom tub was very unappealing. I checked out of the room the same day and did not get a refund. At this time I would not recommend this location or place in Greenwood, Indiana.

I

They were very accommodating to my situation and will proudly recommend this place the staff was outstanding an deserve a standing ovation. Out with bed bath and beyond in with Above and Beyond !

Could not even stay there. Was a dump

Se encuentra en remodelación, los desagües tapados, ruidos de madrugada y situaciones en otras habitaciones que están fuera de su control pero que incomodaron la estancia.

Calidad precio, excelentes!

Room was not clean, door key didn’t work, but staff was helpful with cancellation and refund of deposit. Ended up booking a new room somewhere else due to the issues there.

I’m guessing under renovation. Construction debris all over the property. Some parts of the room was updated but rest was dated, stained tub, stained sheets and room smelled of smoke. First room was flooded and we had to move.

The room itself was very nice, the location was perfect for getting to the Indianapolis motor speedway and the Indianapolis Zoo it was 15 minutes to each of those destinations. The only thing that would have made this property better would have been if there was some type of breakfast available.

Horrible bad customer service

Very good service

Terrible, every thing!

Sadly, I couldn't cancel and had to pay for a night when not able to stay.

The check out process was easy though and he was pleasant. The people on duty the previous day and throughout the night seemed annoyed that I needed help. I’ve stayed in a variety of cheap Wyndhams but this was a pretty bad one. Beds were clean and comfortable so I would just give it a mediocre rating instead of a total disaster.

Kept having to get my door access card reprogrammed once or twice a day. Please fix your system.

Owner/manager didn't explain any amenities if any. Just just checking krd me in and out the door.

Bed had stains in it, no elevator for 3 floors...looked like people living there. Do not recommend.
