Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Airport

Superb

Clean room, easy check in, easy parking, decent breakfast. Overall great value.

The manager Clarence checked us in. It was a very busy time as many people were checking in for the Bruno Mars concert. I heard Clarence say to another lady working the front desk also that he wanted to quickly get us checked in so we could get on to the concert. We still had 3.5 hours to go but it was so nice that he said that. He quickly told us where everything was and when breakfast times were, He was very pleasant and smiling also. The hotel was very clean; the room was very clean and even the bathroom looked great. They have walk in showers, plenty of towels, a refrigerator and microwave. It's been a long time since we were in such a nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, turkey sausage (which was nice as my husband doesn't eat pork), and blueberry waffle mix to make your own waffle. Other items also like oatmeal, muffins, bagels, etc. It was a great stay!

Great

Confusing drive entrance

Nice place Confusing drive entrance

Nothing to write home about. We checked in at 3 am owing to a 6 hour delay in the flight and they refused to let us extend our check out by 30 minutes. How inhumane.. I will never come back. Sub standard breakfast

Great overnight stay.

Superb

Everything was upto expectation

Great service

Great stay! Comfortable clean room.

Yes this hotel is a few years old but it’s extremely clean and has been taken care of inside. The staff was excellent and the airport shuttle driver was a totally pleasure. Yes the elevator needs updating and yes it’s a standard hotel breakfast but for the price you won’t find a better, cleaner and awesome staff than this place. Highly recommend

El desayuno y el transporte al aeropuerto super convenientes, el personal muy amable. El hotel necesita renovación para estar a la altura de los Fairfield.

Room was very clean. The toilet wasn’t great- it made a dripping sound all night. Price of snacks at desk were crazy expensive. Staff were polite and helpful!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, indoor pool.

It was good, comfy bed was nice

The front desk management was very professional and pleasant. Water pressure in the shower was a little weak.

The hotel manager was on duty and was excellent.

Nice experience. Clean room and friendly staff
