Only stay here bc you are exhausted and need a place to simply lay your head. Ignore that its across from a motel 6, ignore the fact that the hallways smell stale and in need a paint job, ignore that the entertainment system is vhs and gameboard, ignore that the entire hotel is DATED! Staffs great!

Front desk staff was superb. Wish I knew the gentleman’s name that has been there our last two stays. Always helpful!

Perfect place for my stay and only about 10 minutes from downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchenette helped with the travel budget. Would stay here again.

Room was great. Fridge leaked but not a big deal

Areas of the hotel seem to be under construction but our room was nice. Clean and spacious. I did make a reservation for a 2 queen bed room and got a 1 queen and fold out couch. I was told the couch is equivalent but I find that hard to believe. My reservation was for 4 people and we didn’t have any bedding for the couch and only 2 shower towels. Those items were brought to the room quickly by front desk staff. We didn’t have much hot water. No coffee for the room. They were out. TV is living room was glitchy.

There were some kitchen accessories that were not cleaned. Found items under the bed.

The room was just a little dirty, and it had very little toilet paper and no shampoo left.

Rooms ac leaked on the floor and all the floor board trim was laying on the ground where it belonved but not on the wall

All of the staff was absolutely wonderful...friendly, professional, and very helpful and easy to work with. We traveled with kids and a dog and stayed mainly because it had a pool and was pet friendly. We found out, after searching unsuccessfully, that there was not one. Very disappointed...

This hotel is under renovation so there were some glitches. I've never stayed at one of these hotels before and tend to stay in more upscale hotels. That being said, the hotel staff could not have been nicer or more helpful or accommodating. They were quick to resolve the few issues our room had and made everything right. The common areas are still being renovated so there is much wear and tear. However, our room was clean, newly renovated and had all of the basic necessities for our stay. The staff is what makes this hotel... everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance, were friendly, professional and very personable. They made our stay most enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality!
