Close to our travel route No soap in bathroom. Had to use the body wash from shower.

They have updated a lot in this hotel. We have had no problem. Everyone is super nice the rooms are very clean. The bathroom is clean and has a bright light around the mirror to help see better to put your makeup on or whatever. We have a microwave and fridge and a 2 burner stove. All the things you need like silverware and pots and pans if needed. The only thing I had a problem w was the bed. I woke up with severe tension headaches and my hips hurting. My sister n law tho had no problems w the bed. The bed is comfortable I believe it was the pillows. They are very firm. I recommend bringing your own pillows.

Very clean room

The unfortunately I cannot recommend this location to anyone! The television did not work, the shower curtain was not clean, the vents and floors were not clean, no hand soap, limited shower gel, one night the elevator was inoperable due tot the button being removed and of course my room was on the 6th floor. I was not pleased and respectfully would like my stay discounted.

Only stay here bc you are exhausted and need a place to simply lay your head. Ignore that its across from a motel 6, ignore the fact that the hallways smell stale and in need a paint job, ignore that the entertainment system is vhs and gameboard, ignore that the entire hotel is DATED! Staffs great!

Front desk staff was superb. Wish I knew the gentleman’s name that has been there our last two stays. Always helpful!

Perfect place for my stay and only about 10 minutes from downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchenette helped with the travel budget. Would stay here again.

Areas of the hotel seem to be under construction but our room was nice. Clean and spacious. I did make a reservation for a 2 queen bed room and got a 1 queen and fold out couch. I was told the couch is equivalent but I find that hard to believe. My reservation was for 4 people and we didn’t have any bedding for the couch and only 2 shower towels. Those items were brought to the room quickly by front desk staff. We didn’t have much hot water. No coffee for the room. They were out. TV is living room was glitchy.

There were some kitchen accessories that were not cleaned. Found items under the bed.

The room was just a little dirty, and it had very little toilet paper and no shampoo left.

Rooms ac leaked on the floor and all the floor board trim was laying on the ground where it belonved but not on the wall
