Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport Lynhurst

Next, this place looked more like a ghetto apartment complex rather than a hotel. If you want to enjoy Indianapolis, this place won’t help you.

Bad

The bedding was stained and I was not really comfortable but i had been up for literally 41 hours

Walls had dent marks as if someone has punched the wall sheets had stains on them

Nothing Everything. I booked 2 rooms. I was traveling with 6 people. When we arrived, I was notified that one of the rooms was canceled. No notice prior to arrival. When were went to the room, there was a cockroach in the room. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the entire building smelled. I informed the front desk that we were not staying and requested a refund. She said no.

The rudeness of the female clerk very disrespectful didn't show compassion knowing that I'm disabled and Handicap

Bad

No elevator, had to call for towels twice, no closet hangers

Toilet seat was dirty, tub wasn't cleaned

The front entrance & desk area was clean but not the stairwells you go through to get to your room, made me think twice about the condition of my room, but it was clean to my surprise. The stair wells are carpeted & visibly dirty with lots of stains.

Very poor

It was a close distance to the Speedway and the zoo The room was absolutely disgusting, it had not been cleaned at all, there was wash cloths and towels from past guest in the shower when we arrived, still the hallways were gross, staff was not helpful and that’s when they didn’t have a sign at the desk stating they will return soon, the permanent guest at the hotel were fighting all night and hanging by the door asking for money.

Extremely gross has homeless people staying in the lobby with dogs and then stole my money The property is terrible

We booked this hotel last minute. Probably the worst most disgusting hotel we stayed at. People were smoking in the halls. The halls we entered in smelled like weed was recently smoked inside them. Shower and sink falling apart. Dirty towels. No fire alarm or monitors just the base and wires. The place hadn’t been dusted in years it looked like.

Cheap The bed sheets where startched way to much. To the point the sheets felt like paper towels. The pillow are feathered so i had feathers poking me.

Staff was wonderful. It’s an older hotel but they’re working on renovating and repairing. The staff makes the stay worth it.

No

The Wi-Fi works and so do the toilets

Pool looked condemned for years, Ice machine on second floor not working, No air conditioning in common areas, shower was weak and the clincher for me was the towels, sheets and pillow cases were washed (I guess) but obviously stained from improper laundering. They didn't use bleach for some unexplained reason. Never again.

Laundry didn’t work
