Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport Lynhurst

It’s a 2 story building and it does not have an elevator. Parking lot is dirty and without enough illumination. I reserved a room in the property based on the pictures of the room. The only acceptable aspect of the property is the room, it was clean and didn’t have bad smell but it does not make up for all the other issues.

One of the worth place ever seen. Property very worn down. Paint missing in the room, on the door. Need to be close down and remodel.

I didn't like the property

Room was nice and clean bathroom showed signs of aging but everything worked and was clean staying there next time in the area

Cons: The room carpet was not clean at all! Room just felt unclean. Needs a total renovation. Not worth the money! I would not stay here again.

Yard and rooms not clean. The first room was so bad toothpaste was in the sink, toilet kep running non stop. The staff has to put me in a different slightly better cleaned room

Everything was dirty

1. Payment was taken before we arrived. Our confirmation was payment collected at property. 2. Filthy property and rooms. 3. The receptionist called me a lier about the room condition. Had a horrible attitude. 4. No manager available 5. Four other parties were just as upset in the lobby. Horrible experience all around. We did not stay there and depended a refund. I will never stay here and will tell everyone I know to never stay here.

Not a good place to stay!

The two people in front of me got a refund, although they are not supposed to. I did not act crazy so I did not give me a refund. Currently trying to get my money back.

Our room couldn't be regulated well. The air conditioning did not work as regulated. Temperature not comfortable. When we entered the room the refrigerator did not work. The bathroom toilet leaked and the shower head did not have good water pressure. There was NO hot water the entire time we were there. We informed the desk that we needed a second set of towels and housekeeping never arrived. The Front Desk said 2 hours before towels could be delivered, but no one ever came. We were in town to see family, but this put a huge damper on our stay. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Very dirty inside and out! Bad smell throughout! Asked for more towels never received. Breakfast was not good, stale cereal , Staff were nice . Would not recommend for families with children!

The whole property was dirty. Bad smell. Poorly kept up. Pool not open. No cord on the hairdryer in my room. Breakfast selections were poor.

Terrible hotel. I would not suggest anyone to go to stay here. Very dirty & no cleanliness at all.

Just stop by for 1 night to rest , check in at midnight check out by 9am next morning.

The pictures say this is a Laquinta lobby! Totally mislead us. The rooms were horrible! Had to buy new pajamas just to sleep in the beds. Wore shoes the entire time. Spent more time outside than in.

The property is in disrepair. The bed and sleep space was nice. The property would benefit from renewal.

The window curtain was in disrepair. The room was dark and musty There was 3 lamps in the room all with broken shades. The bathroom was in deed of updating. There was mold on the shower ceiling. The parking lot looked awful, cracked pavement all over the place. I would not subject my wife to a second night, we went to another hotel.
