I can’t recommend other to come to this hotel

Exceptional

While the staff was kind, welcoming and helpful, the incredible stench from marijuana throughout the entire hallway and elevators was sickening. Our Uber drivers told us this was a very rough part of town and in fact there were 5 shootings over the past year at the Waffle House that shared a parking lot with the hotel. Room was clean but very basic but still couldn’t stop smell of pot from getting inside our room.

Hotel was fine for the price on a con weekend. A few random people always hanging around in the hotel lobby, which was kind of weird. Biggest issue was the housekeeping. I stayed for almost a week and they never once changed the sheets or refilled the soap / shampoo. The shampoo was empty when I arrived and I mentioned it multiple times to staff and it never got refilled. Aside from that was a fine stay.

Price was good-- but the loudness and issues with the TV and bed pillows wasnt worth the cut in price. Loud activity late and in the AM in the halls

During 5 nights stay, they never clean room or made the bed. I didn’t put the do no disturb sign. Terrible!

Booked king rooms and received double bed rooms. Was told by the front desk they were sold out of king rooms. Floors were cracked in several spots, people walking around with dogs without leashes, one person had vicious dog that was walked around people.

Good place to sleep during our trip. Clean bathrooms and the AC was nice and cold. No frills. Low cost.

Poor sound insulation ruined our sleep. Road noise, voices from adjacent rooms, and footsteps from upstairs were extremely loud and disrupted our stay.

The workers were very respectful and nice. Our was extremely was dirty. This hotel isn't an environment to bring children with you to stay. Because of the homeless people and prostitutes roaming and the parking lot.

Property seems to be 1980s bldg recently renovated. The room itself was fine, in good condition. Elevator did not seem to work at times. Some of the other customers were loud at times $50 room condition deposit

Check in was easy but the hotel lobby had a group of people in it playing pool all night keeping us up, blairing music, and being loud as they put us in a room right off the lobby, staff said they would talk to them but nothing changed. We were then woken up by the staff running a vacuum right outside our room at around 530 6 in the morning. The bed sheets had questionable stains on them and the room lighting was all on motion sensors causing lights to come on randomly at night.

I have stayed here for years and it has always been just ok. I really needed a place to sleep for this same weekend for years and it was always reasonably priced. First night, the elevators were out of order. I was on the 3rd floor with a lot of equipment I had to take to my room via the stairs. My room smelled like sewage. I had no hand soap at my sink. No shampoo in the shower. The door latch was broken off. The internet barely worked. I kept finding long black hairs all over my room and bathroom. My room wasn't touched by any housekeeping during my stay. I had to get out of the shower to go get my own shampoo and got the floor wet. When I wiped up my wet footprints with a towel, the towel was almost black. It was disgusting. I will be looking for a new place to stay next year.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Property was poorly maintained. Too many dogs !! Elevator stunk like wet dog…
