Red Roof Inn & Suites Indianapolis Airport

First things, first. I gave Red Roof Inn & Suites Indianapolis Airport a high rating based on what "starred" type of hotel it is. The hotel and rooms were neat and clean; the AC worked well; the beds were comfortable; fridge, TV, and microwave worked; I had a peaceful sleep; and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi also worked well and it hotel had easy access to the highway (while not being right on the highway). I'd stay there again without question as it was a short drive to the Indianapolis Convention Center and with the Hotels.com deal, I probably saved about $80 to $100+ a night compared to staying downtown. So, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep and save some $$ to spend on other things — this is your place. However, if you want a hotel that offers entertainment (indoor pool, game room, restaurant) you're gonna have to go to a higher star hotel and prepare for your credit card to be hit harder. :)

There is no breakfast which was very odd

It was okay. But I couldn’t stay the whole time I booked it for. It felt dirty and unsafe.

There were blood stains on sheets. Hair in the shower and the peep hole had paper towel stuffed into hole.

The room was great! The staff was friendly.

I got there very late. They held my reservation, because it was fully prepaid. The fact that the staff, when I called, was very vague in our discussion on whether I could still have my room.

Trash avery where. Dust in the room. 3rd floor getting out of the elevator smell terrible.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was a little ran down and I saw a roach. There was no breakfast because it is an extended stay hotel. I would not stay there again. My original reservation at another hotel was cancelled and there were no other rooms available in that area.

Nothing. I wasn't able to stay due to a miscommunication and a hidden fee The hidden fee that caused me and my family to have to spend another night outside because they refused to refund my money.
