Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Airport

We received no housekeeping during our four day stay. Our garbage piled up, we ran out of towels, we ran out of shampoo and conditioner, as well as coffee and creamer in our room. When we requested towels and washcloths be brought to our room, we only received towels. Our toilet plugged and overflowed not once, but twice. They were ill prepared to host multiple families there for volleyball nationals, despite having signed up to be a hosting hotel through team source and having had the same experience weeks before with Volleyball families. To add insult to injury, several families had their vehicles broken into. While I realize this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it does add insult to injury and adds to the poor experience that many families is experienced at the hotel this past week.

Was only there for 8 hours but staff was friendly and quick at 3am checked in!

This hotel was very nice and accommodating. The staff was very vigilant when asked to fix a broken TV. The pool area is nice as well as the outdoor courtyard. The rooms were clean and well stocked. No issues at all. We will be coming back here in the future.

Additionally, The rooms look extremely old and dingy. The gym is nothing more than a couple of dumbbells

There have a placard in the bathroom advising if you want clean towels place them on the floor. We followed that and found no clean towels, we called housekeeping and towels were brought up. The second day, the same thing happened, however housekeeping didn’t answer when called and we had to request towels from the front desk. I informed them that housekeeping has not visited our room and the very small waste basket was overflowing. I was informed we were not yet scheduled for housekeeping to visit our room. I asked if that was the case, what good were the instructions to put dirty towels on the floor in order for them to be replaced if our room isn’t to be serviced. I was given two towels along with two face towels as they had only a few available. The person at the front desk also told me if the trash was full, empty it into a bag and put it in the hall. I didn’t bring bags with and I certainly didn’t feel comfortable dumping my trash off in the hall. In a three night stay, there was not one housekeeping visit.

Service is pathetic, not cleaned properly, even no towels, looks wet Floor, high sound fans are running. Not to the Marriott standard. Coffee/breakfast on site has no staff to attend the guests. I don’t recommend this place, or not stay next time at this place.

Stayed at this hotel with some coworkers for a conference. We checked out in the morning to finish our conference, the hotel held onto our bags. We took an Uber back to the hotel to get our bags and take the hotel shuttle to the airport. The hotel had been under construction while we stayed there but there was no issue. Upon returning to get our bags, the entire lobby was closed and covered in plastic for painting. We got our bags from the desk as asked to use the restroom, they told it is was out of service due to construction. We asked if we could use a bathroom in a room and they said no, they had no bathroom we could use on property. The we asked about the shuttle, they said it would be back in 25 minutes, and we had to wait outside as there was no lobby, so my group had to stand out in the rain, with no bathroom available and wait for the shuttle.

Great hotel nice amenities however heat didn’t work nor did tv I was offered rewards points that I don’t participate in but place if beautiful even under construction still nice

The shuttle was very late picking us up from airport .... it was after midnight. The hotel was under construction. When we arrived, we were put in a room not selected. There were 3 of us, me (mom) and daughter and son. I had specifically advised we needed a room with 2 queen beds. The first room we were given was a 1 bed (king room. It took a few minutes for staff to get us to the correct room The biggest issue was that construction LOUD LOUD LOUD started in room next door pretty early and we were unable to enjoy relaxing in the room.

Horrible hotel! My room was so dirty and it felt unsafe.

Upon arrival the staff was not friendly. There were very limited food/restaurant choices because they were out of 2/3rds of the menu which seemed very unprofessional. I would not stay again.
