The room itself was decent and comfortable, and we were looking forward to enjoying our final morning before checking out. Unfortunately, there were several things that made the stay disappointing, especially considering how expensive the room was. The biggest issue happened on our final morning. At approximately 8:30 AM, housekeeping knocked only once and then immediately entered our room without giving us enough time to respond. Checkout was not until 12:00 PM, so we were still asleep and had more than three hours remaining in our stay. When I got up and opened the door, the housekeeper was already going down the hallway. Being awakened like that was uncomfortable, and afterward I was unable to go back to sleep. This was an anniversary trip, so we had planned to relax and enjoy our final morning together. There were also some smaller details that did not match what I expected for the price of the room. The shower area needed a bath mat or rug, and the toilet tissue provided was extremely poor quality. There was also no complimentary breakfast included, which was disappointing given the cost of the stay. For the amount we paid, I expected better attention to comfort, amenities, and guest privacy. The room itself was decent, but the overall experience did not feel worth the price.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The room was big with its own living room and spacious bedroom. It had a nice outside area with fire pit for people to enjoy. One of the reasons that I booked this hotel was because it said that breakfast was included every morning and that it had a jacuzzi hot tub. In fact it didn’t have either of these things. So that was a bit disappointing.

The rooms were extremely clean and updated. Only complaint that there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom. lol! The room was quiet and never heard any neighbors and the hotel was sold out. Easy access to interstate. Would have liked a map of places to eat or suggestions.

Our stay was great. The check in process was quick and simple. The rooms were clean and stocked. The kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant

We received no housekeeping during our four day stay. Our garbage piled up, we ran out of towels, we ran out of shampoo and conditioner, as well as coffee and creamer in our room. When we requested towels and washcloths be brought to our room, we only received towels. Our toilet plugged and overflowed not once, but twice. They were ill prepared to host multiple families there for volleyball nationals, despite having signed up to be a hosting hotel through team source and having had the same experience weeks before with Volleyball families. To add insult to injury, several families had their vehicles broken into. While I realize this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it does add insult to injury and adds to the poor experience that many families is experienced at the hotel this past week.

This hotel was very nice and accommodating. The staff was very vigilant when asked to fix a broken TV. The pool area is nice as well as the outdoor courtyard. The rooms were clean and well stocked. No issues at all. We will be coming back here in the future.

The staff was helpful and tried their best to help us switch hotels and ultimately cancelled our reservation after one night There was a water pipe leak and it flooded all the floors and also they shut off the water bc of that Additionally, The rooms look extremely old and dingy. The gym is nothing more than a couple of dumbbells

There was plenty of parking and the hotel appears to have undergone recent remodeling. Room 206 was supposed to have had two queen beds, what we encountered was one queen bed and a full bed on a queen box spring. There have a placard in the bathroom advising if you want clean towels place them on the floor. We followed that and found no clean towels, we called housekeeping and towels were brought up. The second day, the same thing happened, however housekeeping didn’t answer when called and we had to request towels from the front desk. I informed them that housekeeping has not visited our room and the very small waste basket was overflowing. I was informed we were not yet scheduled for housekeeping to visit our room. I asked if that was the case, what good were the instructions to put dirty towels on the floor in order for them to be replaced if our room isn’t to be serviced. I was given two towels along with two face towels as they had only a few available. The person at the front desk also told me if the trash was full, empty it into a bag and put it in the hall. I didn’t bring bags with and I certainly didn’t feel comfortable dumping my trash off in the hall. In a three night stay, there was not one housekeeping visit.

Service is pathetic, not cleaned properly, even no towels, looks wet Floor, high sound fans are running. Not to the Marriott standard. Coffee/breakfast on site has no staff to attend the guests. I don’t recommend this place, or not stay next time at this place.

Stayed at this hotel with some coworkers for a conference. We checked out in the morning to finish our conference, the hotel held onto our bags. We took an Uber back to the hotel to get our bags and take the hotel shuttle to the airport. The hotel had been under construction while we stayed there but there was no issue. Upon returning to get our bags, the entire lobby was closed and covered in plastic for painting. We got our bags from the desk as asked to use the restroom, they told it is was out of service due to construction. We asked if we could use a bathroom in a room and they said no, they had no bathroom we could use on property. The we asked about the shuttle, they said it would be back in 25 minutes, and we had to wait outside as there was no lobby, so my group had to stand out in the rain, with no bathroom available and wait for the shuttle.
