please be careful with your tires. The initial room I was given had blood stains on the sheets.I asked to moved to another room and we were moved however there were blood stains on those sheets as well and the hook lock on the door was broken. We were then moved to a third room were there was brown stuff on the counter and the air conditioner was making very loud noises. We unfortunately went back to the first room and asked for the sheets to be changed however there was not staff available to assist. I ultimately had to ask the front desk clerk for fresh sheets and changed my own beds. Unfortunately the next morning, the available breakfast was non -existent. There was only pancake cake mix, toast, orange drink not orange juice and some cereal. I will never stay here again. This is worst La Quinta Inn. The corporate office need to audit this place.

Have stayed at other La Quinta Inns and Indianapolis on Michigan Avenue and they were very excellent but the one here at the airport 2650 Executive Drive was cool the bathroom sink was stopped up of course they fixed it but it shouldn't have never been stopped up the interest the floor was dirty the rugs hadn't been swept in a couple of days or more

Rooms were not clean carpet was stained with blood. Mold in the room no room service no clean towels was there for 5 nights. You have to sit in lobby and they have to watch you eat ur so called breakfast that they have. Muslin owners arguing with a family over the breakfast as a child wanted to eat a fruit in the room and they were told no food can be taken to room. The employees/owners were smoking at the check in desk.

We regretted our stay at La Quinta. There was obvious damage to doors and windows in our room that made it clear that the room had not been well maintained. Even worse, our AC didn't work, and it would randomly make loud rattling noise throughout the night. The sink and shower didn't drain. When I tried to talk with a the front desk about the room's issues, I waited for a staff member for 10+ minutes but no one was there. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I stayed there to stay, park, and fly. There was no shuttle and I doubt there has ever been one. It was false advertisement as I then had to drive to the airport and pay for the parking. It defeated the entire purpose of making the reservation.

The room was clean and the beds / pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and suitable. The staff wasn’t super helpful. Also there were kids running and yelling until 11:30pm in the hallways. I called 4 times and was put on hold. On the 4th call I was sent to voicemail. Very disappointed since we had to be up at 5am.

I checked in late due to a flight and the floors on my floor were dirty, there was paper everywhere and there was debris from the vacuum the cleaning crew left. I stayed one night and moved the next day to another hotel. The debris was still on the floor from the vacuum even though they had already cleaned by my room. It took me a week to get a receipt and refund for the nights I wasn’t there. The girl there in the morning sent me a confirmation instead of a receipt and when I told her she had done such, she said that is something a manager would have to take care of. There was a stinch of weed in the halls. In the elevator and in the parking lot. 0 Stars

I had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experie

I will not stay here again. Upon arrival, two gentlemen were talking about changing their room. When we returned at 10:30 PM, a family was checking out. I asked the lady if people were leaving and she said yes. She said they had a bug in their room. I examined our room and it was filthy. On our way to check out a family asked how our stay was and I told them we will not be back. They said they had blood on their sheets. The only hot food for breakfast was a waffle and I was worried about bugs so we went down the street to the Waffle House.

Do not stay here. This property needs a total overhaul. The lobby and rooms reek of marijuana, cigarettes, bleach, and fragrance. The carpets are stained and gross. The rooms are dingy and in need of some good cleaning and updates. The people milling around outside the property are sketchy and it felt unsafe. We were there a hour and decided to cancel our reservation.

Dirty from the entry to the room and all points in between. Unfriendly, unhelpful, plain clothes staff and housekeeping. Booked for 5 people, room slept 4 and no additional rooms available. Staff didn’t advise any rules for getting towels at check in but refused us towels after a long day out until the next day when housekeeping arrives but wouldn’t give a specific time which made us late for an event. Then when we jumped through all the hoops to get towels housekeeping only left a set of two towels even though we booked for 5. The lack of cleanliness made eating the food impossible. Huge potholes in the parking lot.

WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! We booked a room here on Hotels.com. We booked for 5 people 2 Adults and 3 Kids to stay for 3 nights. The room description said that it slept 5 people 2 Queen beds and a small pull out couch! My wife checked us in and we got to the room and it is barely smaller than a Microtel Room we stayed in once in Kentucky! There are on ly 2 beds that would barely qualify as Queen size. No pullout couch! I called the front desk and they told me that our room is only for 4 people! I said then why did you put 5 people in this room for 4? She seemed very confused! I told her that on our booking it showed a picture of a pull out couch in the room we booked. She said the “Deluxe” rooms only have Queen beds and that the Suites sleep 5 and have the pull out couch. I asked if they had any of those available and she said no! She did offer another aditional room with a King bed and pull out couch but we would have to pay for it! I hung up. After that I wanted to get some ice so I took the lid off the Ice Bucket and the cleaning people decided to use it as a trash can and not empty it! So I had to go down to the front desk to get another one. We also had to get an extra pillow because this room for 5 only had 4 pillows. We are also needing to get Towels, wash cloths, and hand towels as there were only 2 big towels, no hand towels, and 2 wash cloths for us!!!! This is just a terrible experience!!!

The best thing about the place is the comfort of the bed, though the sheets and coverlet had stains on them. The place smelled of Febreze and not in a good way, over intoxicating. The staff was polite not hospitable.

The hotel was horrible. The rooms were not clean, it smelled horrible. There were stains on the sheets. The elevator was scratched up. The door had duct tape on it. The carpet was dirty.

The location. The room had a mold smell. There weren't enough linens or towels for the family, they gave us 2 towels for the 4 of us. There were several broken items in the room, leaking shower head & loose toilet. The breakfast was basically cereal and a dirty coffee machine.

the room was ok for the price. the breakfast was not good, almost nothing was working and they didn't do a good job keeping the coffee available. The front desk was not at all helpful. I requested a receipt and they said the printer was broken, I asked to have it email which they said it was but I never got an email. I called to follow up and they told me they couldn't email me the receipt when I asked to speak to a manager they said he wasn't there, I asked to have my number past on to him and never received a call back. Terrible customer service.
