The hotel lobby and hallways stink but the rooms are nice and clean.

Elevator was out and got a third floor room which was pretty difficult with a leg injury.

I will never stay here again! My family and I traveled for the NFL girls flag football Championship and the service sucked. I called and spoke with the manager and told him that our flight was delayed and we would get there later than usual and asked if we can cancel 1 night. He told me that I would have to cancel my current reservation and make a new one and risk losing it because they were sold out for the weekend. I couldn't take that chance so he checked me in over the phone (Rm. 204) and charged my card to secure the booking. When we finally got there, our room 204 was occupied and we had to sleep in our rental car until check in time the next day. We were never refunded for that night and all of a sudden, the manager was never there or didn't answer his phone to talk to us.

Staff seemed like they were burdened to help guests. Very few room amenities. Drains were clogged. And the pillowcases were stained. We slept with shirts laying over top. Breakfast was bare bones. Nothing but waffles, breads/bagels, an “orange drink” and cereal.

Room could use some deep cleaning but I guess you get what you pay for.

First there wasn’t a smoke detector in the room. The wires were hanging. The TV didn’t work. Didn’t like the sign that you couldn’t take breakfast items to your room. I heard a guest ask for towels and they refused. Also didn’t like that shampoo conditioner and body wash weren’t already in the shower. The AC was super loud.

The hotel was right price, right location and very friendly staff.

Alot of the hotel was really good, nice staff and everything its just that some areas that should’ve been cleaned where left forgotten such as behind the tv

The property needs an uplift. Slightly run down and a little threadbare. Ok to stay for overnight for early flight next morning

No airport shuttle, no computer and printer in the lobby, broken office chair in the room.

The staff was kind and helpful, but I honestly don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel this dirty. I've stayed in hostels all over the world and this was just gross!

Too dirty

Attempted paint to cover graffiti on bathroom door. Amount of soap scum on shower walls was nasty.

The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast however, the day I went there were no waffles. One of the staff members in particular was very rude and pretended not to understand someone speaking English to him when asking where the restrooms were. He also hushed us when we were speaking in a normal inside volume after coming back from dinner. I booked because it was cheap but next time I will splurge to avoid a place like this.

Rented 5 rooms. One had clothes baskets, bra underwires and other personal effects laid about the room. The parking lot was full of potholes. The appearance when walking in was not very inviting. Tons of garbage by the ice maker. Front desk staff was very rude.

Extremely rude Front Desk staff. left us stranded in the middle of the night after confirming on the phone, we had to come to the desk personally and make a detour to stay via cross country road trip once we got there gentlemen was extremely rude and told us to find accommodations elsewhere because he is fully booked and when asking why we were told to come there in the first place, he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away and said not his problem. Expect full refund.

When you've paid for a room, you expect to get a room. But no. "Oops, no rooms!" Shrug. "You'll have to call Expedia tomorrow to get a refund." Desk guy was quite nice but that doesn't make up for there NOT BEING A ROOM when you Uber from the airport, show up exhausted, and then have to suddenly find somewhere else to sleep at added expense. Apparently, this happens somewhat regularly.

What’s advertising on the website is not the actual thing you’ll get once you in the property. They should post the actual pictures of how everything looks in reality.

This was the dirtiest LaQuinta we've ever stayed in. There were mildew stains in the shower, stains all over the floor and mattress, and it smelled absolutely terrible throughout the entire hotel. The pot smell also filled the parking lot. We are not picky people, but this was a nasty place. Nice staff, but really unclean. I didn't even take my shoes off or use the shower because I was so grossed out.
