Easy check in

They called late afternoon to cancel due to water damage. Had to scramble to find another hotel on Thursday night. No help from La Quinta

It was closer to the airport and then driving all the way from our house Not very clean the hotel itself as well as the rooms

Location was ok. And bed was comfortable. Elevator was out of service !! Completely absurd being that they put me on the third floor. So my luggage had to carry up and down the stairs, very very unprofessional and very upset about that.

The location was exactly where I needed. I had called, before heading to the hotel, to ensure that I would not be charged until check out and was assured that this was accurate. Only to be told, upon check in, that that wasn't true. Got that worked out and proceeded to our room. Toilet seat was completely broken off. Breakfast was minimal. Elevators went down on our last night there, making it more difficult to get our things downstairs when leaving.

Clean in the room , comfy Staff is lazy and acts like you are bothering them when they are at work .

Was a good stop over location for us. Breakfast was good variety. Not the hote's fault but we could hear the planes from the airport

The layout when you enter. Ice machines didn't work, only 3rd level . Parking lot too many potholes. The bathroom was dirty. Had feces on the wall.

I used the treadmill. I was gald that you had a gym. The room was marginally clean. There was a layer of thick skim on top of the baseboards. The carpets were badly stained throughout. I even switched rooms. Either replace the carpet more regularly or don't put carpet in the rooms. The sink drained slowly, and once it drained, mold skum flooted up from the drain. GROSS! The chair with the desk was broken and tipped back excessively. The mattress had a divot near the feet. It appears that the mattress was just turned 180 degrees after heavy use. Nobody wants to sleep on a heavily worn mattress previously used by total strangers. Again, gross!

The bed was comfortable. 1.)Room wasn't cleaned right there was food under the chair and next to the refrigerator. 2.)elevator didn't work. 3.)breakfast was terrible.

When we went to check in they said they had some water leaks in some rooms so they did not have a room for us, the girl said she hadn't had time to call everyone yet. Terrible! All other hotels in the area were booked due to a convention. Had to scramble to find a room at another hotel, would have been nice if she would have offered to do that for us. Terrible customer service

Only elevator on the property was broken. Lobby and common areas reeked of cigarette smoke. Receptionist was very kind and helpful despite the elevator situation. Room was very nice and tidy compared to the rest of the property. Couple of broken items in the room but overall a comfortable stay.

The second room was cleaner only problem was it smelt a little moldy and seemed like they just sprayed a lot of air fresher to hide the smell. Will I book again maybe not unless I had no choice And they have a noise ordinance but no one followed it my across neighbors were so loud but I was told there’s nothing they can do about it
