La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport Executive Dr

No airport shuttle, no computer and printer in the lobby, broken office chair in the room.

The staff was kind and helpful, but I honestly don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel this dirty. I've stayed in hostels all over the world and this was just gross!

Too dirty

Attempted paint to cover graffiti on bathroom door. Amount of soap scum on shower walls was nasty.

The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast however, the day I went there were no waffles. One of the staff members in particular was very rude and pretended not to understand someone speaking English to him when asking where the restrooms were. He also hushed us when we were speaking in a normal inside volume after coming back from dinner. I booked because it was cheap but next time I will splurge to avoid a place like this.

Rented 5 rooms. One had clothes baskets, bra underwires and other personal effects laid about the room. The parking lot was full of potholes. The appearance when walking in was not very inviting. Tons of garbage by the ice maker. Front desk staff was very rude.

Extremely rude Front Desk staff. left us stranded in the middle of the night after confirming on the phone, we had to come to the desk personally and make a detour to stay via cross country road trip once we got there gentlemen was extremely rude and told us to find accommodations elsewhere because he is fully booked and when asking why we were told to come there in the first place, he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away and said not his problem. Expect full refund.

When you've paid for a room, you expect to get a room. But no. "Oops, no rooms!" Shrug. "You'll have to call Expedia tomorrow to get a refund." Desk guy was quite nice but that doesn't make up for there NOT BEING A ROOM when you Uber from the airport, show up exhausted, and then have to suddenly find somewhere else to sleep at added expense. Apparently, this happens somewhat regularly.

What’s advertising on the website is not the actual thing you’ll get once you in the property. They should post the actual pictures of how everything looks in reality.

This was the dirtiest LaQuinta we've ever stayed in. There were mildew stains in the shower, stains all over the floor and mattress, and it smelled absolutely terrible throughout the entire hotel. The pot smell also filled the parking lot. We are not picky people, but this was a nasty place. Nice staff, but really unclean. I didn't even take my shoes off or use the shower because I was so grossed out.

The staff at this hotel are not friendly, never at the front desk and completely useless.

Friendly staff

Had a difficult time getting a room even though reserved in advanced. Got a different hotel and came next day to solve issue manager was very helpful and new front desk person was very kind and understanding with the issue we encountered.

We stayed there for 5 nights. It would be fine for 1 night. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The rooms can definitely use some upgrading. The bathtub was very slippery and no bar to hold on too. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Sometimes it was great and others not so much, once we didn't get any more towels. It really doesn't bother me if the bed isn't made. The toilet paper is horrible. If you are going to be there for more than 1 night, bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There was no ice in the ice machine. We did not partake in the breakfast. During the week it was just waffles. I am not sure if it was different on the weekend. It does have an elevator, sounds a little rough but the building is old. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. There is a great restaurant at the Wyndham hotel within walking distance for dinner. It does say they serve breakfast but they weren't open. A few restaurants in the area. Very convenient location. Air conditioning was great. They had these rubber type curtains on the windows and they were super dirty on the top of the curtains, needs cleaning. Plenty of parking. The carpet needs to be removed and replaced with flooring. The building is showing it's age. I know they have been trying to make changes.

The hallway had lot of smoke smell.

Bathroom and sink area were fine. Only real knock was that the breakfast options were limited, and the OJ looked and tasted like Tang. The staff were extreamly nice and very helpful For the price per night it was a good place for us to stay.

please be careful with your tires. The initial room I was given had blood stains on the sheets.I asked to moved to another room and we were moved however there were blood stains on those sheets as well and the hook lock on the door was broken. We were then moved to a third room were there was brown stuff on the counter and the air conditioner was making very loud noises. We unfortunately went back to the first room and asked for the sheets to be changed however there was not staff available to assist. I ultimately had to ask the front desk clerk for fresh sheets and changed my own beds. Unfortunately the next morning, the available breakfast was non -existent. There was only pancake cake mix, toast, orange drink not orange juice and some cereal. I will never stay here again. This is worst La Quinta Inn. The corporate office need to audit this place.
