No free breakfast. 16.99 all you can eat.

Our shower drained but very slowly. We would take a shower in the morning and would have to wait until the next day before it was fully drained. Our room smelled like old laundry left in a hot washer for weeks. Overall, it didn’t have bed bugs but not sure I’ll be staying here again.

My stay was not enjoyable. Bathroom was outdated with an old toilet seat and a horrible shower head with low pressure and warm water. Breakfast was more continental than anything else and not worth the money. No one cleaned the room over the 3 nights I stared there. Employees were tired, overworked and short with guests.

The rooms were not very clean with strange brown stains on shower curtains and there was a strong nicotine smell on the walls. Pool was out of service. Mini mart was overpriced and the in house Starbucks was actually undrinkable because it was so burnt to the point that multiple people were immediately throwing out their drinks after the first sip- me included. I regret booking this for the convenience of the airport shuttle and would absolutely choose anywhere else to stay in the future.

Very clean and spacious room.

Old hotel building that smells like they tried to cover up cigarette smoke smell. Room was updated but still old looking. TV was small and too far from bed. If your flight was cancelled and the other hotels are sold out, its a clean comfy bed which is what really matters the most. The Flight restaurant was pretty good too.

I went down to the little store and at that time and any time I went, there was never a person to help. I picked up an item and a man came running in and said not to do that, I said no one was around, I felt like he was kicking me out for just being there. Oh and let me tell you about the restaurant/bar. The service was the worst. It took forever to get our order, no one came around asking if we needed anything either. One of us asked for hot tea and the waitress said this is a bar, we don't have tea. We asked to look at the expensive breakfast menu and it said they had tea. But I do have to say, on our last night there, a different waitress was there and said of course they have hot tea and here she came with it. Since we didn't have a car and Uber was our only way around, we were stuck eating there every night, it was miserable to say the least!! The only nice person at that hotel was our airport van driver, Sal. He was so kind and helpful and he needs credit for that. WILL I STAY THERE AGAIN, NO WAY!!!!!!

It was good, everything I needed. Paid breakfast is unfortunate thought.

After calling the hotel on my day of travel to confirm a late arrival at midnight and confirm availability of shuttle service, I experienced significant delays. When I had my luggage I called for a shuttle pick up and waited at the hotel shuttle pickup site at zone 2 near the rental cars as instructed. I was told the driver was at the hotel and would be there shortly. 45 minutes later I called the hotel asking about the status of the shuttle and was told I was either in the wrong place (I was not) or that I had failed to notice the driver (I had not-traffic isn’t very heavy at manukau). The hotel is about an 8 minute drive from the airport for reference. Three other guests had been waiting as long as I had and had called at the 20 and 30 minute marks, recurving the same exact response. After more than 70 minutes of waiting, each member of our unrelated group attempted to call the front desk again and the call appeared to have been answered with an immediate hang up. The driver arrived after a full 1 hour and 20 minutes with no apologies for the delay and no greeting of any kind-he seemed annoyed and NO ONE in our group acted grumpy about the delay so he wasn’t matching our energy. (The driver the next morning was lovely.) Front desk staff was not very friendly at check in. My non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke but it was 2 am and I needed to pick up my rental car by 8am so did not request another room. I would never choose this hotel again.

The rooms were outdated, the bathroom was tiny, with old and broken toilet seats and an old shower head. Warm water instead of hot and low pressure. Tv is old and not a smart tv. The bar is nice, but the food menu is limited. Front staff had an attitude and there was no one serving in their coffee shop. Long waits there. Pool area needs a major renovation. Will not stay there again.

Across the board, a very nice hotel located conveniently close to Indianapolis International Airport, Interstate 70, Sam Jones Expressway, and other thoroughfares. It looks like a nondescript hotel in a nondescript business park but was otherwise very nice. My one beef with the property was the guest laundry. The coin slots and card readers were removed from the washing machine and dryer and required to download an app to pay for the coin and laundry. Sorry, I do not want to download another bloody app just to wash my clothes. Other than that, no complaints.

In general the hotel feels dated. The ice maker on the 3rd floor never worked (I did not mention to staff, but I attempted to turn the machine on and checked the first few days before not bothering) and I had 2 days where the shower water was not hot. With so many options, I will likely not choose to stay here again

A few things... It would be nice for them to provide a shuttle to downtown during the event, I am certain that is would be used extensively. I would prefer carpeted floors near the bed. A quick to go breakfast would also have been nice.

Excellent, clean rooms, and very congenial staff. Lil’Wyndham, the black cat living out front, was a high point of coming back every night from Gencon. Excellent experience.

However, do not stay here, it’s dirty and nothing like any Wyndham I’ve ever stayed at before. As a Wyndham rewards customer I was greatly disappointed.

On Sun. morning, the floor in the restaurant was pull-your-shoes-off sticky. Syrup not cleaned up properly? We asked on Saturday for no housekeeping services and left our belongings out in the room. Came back to a fully cleaned room with our things moved. But the most stay ruining thing was 9 a.m. Sunday morning, still in bed and housekeeping came in unannounced. Then housekeeping was shouting at each other down the hallway. Hardly a restful morning. Certainly not the expectation one would expect from Wyndham.

So definitely use the extra security lock if you stay there.
