Wyndham Indianapolis Airport

The morning that we checked out and were flying to our destination, the person on the front desk was on the phone constantly… Very busy… And while the Starbucks area was open, it was not being staffed. I went in to get a drink and the person stocking told me I needed to go grab someone to get me what I needed there was no one available to grab.

Check out was horrible! Accused me of charging things to my room when I wasn’t even there! I told them about it and they fought me on it and basically called me a liar! I will not be staying here again!

Overall the hotel, bar and staff were amazing. The hotel is older so the outside looks a little rough. The rooms were clean and very nice. The patio seemed nice minus the green pool. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Restaurant either is useless or something war broken. Sunday evening, all they offered was stuff I could get from Subway. Be careful when you book. There was a leather and kink convention when we stayed. You might have a teaching moment. Staff were nice. Very quick to get to airport and the Speedway. Area seems very safe. Roads were crap condition, but that seems to be all of Indiana. I would say good value for what we paid.

A/C unit leaked from the ceiling, beds were horribly soft, gym looked good but some equipment were broken

Location is the only good thing We chose because there was a restaurant and pool, but they were BOTH closed. Very disappointed. Room fan was loud and obnoxious and kept us awake.

My room smelled of cat urine which I thought was strange. Turns out they actually have a bowl of cat food and water out front for the local cats to help themselves. Pool water was lime green. I can’t imagine all rooms smell that bad but it completely ruined my stay. Also cable was out

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t stay here again. The restaurant was closed my entire stay, despite being told it would open the next day. The hotel seemed severely understaffed—the same person covered the front desk and café, and service was very limited. Rooms are extremely noisy; I could hear traffic, doors slamming, and people talking late into the night. Between the closed restaurant, lack of staff, poor service, and noise, this was not a restful stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

It's a tired, old hotel. I checked in at noon and was charged $80 for the privilege, even though rooms were readily available. Front desk staff were uninterested in even making eye contact. The recently renovated restaurant was closed during my stay. Maybe unlucky, but given the state of the rest of the building, it was not a surprise. Hot water was elusive for the shower. Best to skip this one.

Restaurant and bar was closed for repairs and not listed as such when booking. No breakfast or coffee available.

Everything was great besides the power outage my cpap turned off which could have been a problem.

Nothing Everything, charged for things I didn't use like early and late checkout, TV didn't work, AC was messed up, power went out overnight... staff including manager were extremely rude and unprofessional! We stay 1 night out of 3 and went to a hotel around the corner... was 10/10 better!

very small beds, supposed to be queen, the guy at the front desk said they were small queen beds??????
