There wasn’t anything I liked about my experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the inappropriate and negative attitude the front desk representative displayed toward all the guests in the lobby area. Her energy was way “off” and I was embarrassed for her…

The property had roaches and when I asked the lady at front desk Drea, she told me this is extended stay and informed me that I might as well get bug spray so I asked fo my money back ect and was denied so I took pictures including pictures of roaches in the common areas too. Outside the rooms there's roaches and their not the same. There are several species of roaches also they gave me a paper with a plainfield address that stated they were not washing anything for free for 14 days. After the 14 day period they said they can't wash because they only had 1 house keeper. They also for whatever reason allow their housekeeper, the woman to count cash in the office at front desk. I'm assuming it was the drawer but still thought that was odd.

I booked in advance and once I was on my way (hours away) I was sent and email/txt saying they had overbooked and I should find another place. Very very bad customer service Very bad customer service

Room had bugs! Walls were dirty! Bath tub was so dirty it looked like no one had cleaned it 5 yrs. Room was dirty from 1 end to the other. We walked in and right back out. Front Desk staff said they werent surprised it wasnt clean. We requested a refund and went down the street ti a new hotel. Elevator was broke.

Staff at this location was very kind. Room was dingy though. Saw a baby cockroach in the bathroom. Shower was dirty and peeling paint. Location made it inconvenient to get certain places. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything looks old, the rooms need updating, and I found cockroaches; I didn't like this place and I don't recommend it.

The check-in process went smoothly, with no issues. However, less than 20 minutes after arriving in my room, I found cockroaches—including some near the trash can. I killed them and initially gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt, but more kept appearing in different areas of the room, even on the bed. At that point, I was no longer comfortable staying there, so I went to the front desk to check out, but there was no one there to assist me. I then tried to cancel through Booking.com to get a refund, but I received no response.

Overbooked and refused a refund

The front desk staff was the rudest I have ever experienced while traveling. I waited for 30 min to check in and when I finally got to the desk, I politely asked if the room I had reserved was still the same and the lady went off on me. I was floored because I was just double checking after she had told 2 people in front of me that they were out of those rooms. I saw three separate families leaving because the place was disgusting.
