Room set up was good Very clean Nice staff

I can't give a review of anything except the lobby, because their systems were down nationwide when we arrived and we weren't able to stay. But the staff were fantastic.

Great stay for our visit with family.

We arrived at 12am and there was a large family reunion going on. Tons of people congregating in the parking lot and in the lobby. They were respectful and kept to themselves. Ladies at the front desk were helpful and provided us with water while we waited for the system to work so we could check in. The shower was amazing and rooms were cool and SO CLEAN. Bed was comfy! Breakfast was busy but yummy!

Hotel was great! Everything was neat and clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was simple but good. Rooms were nice.

The staff was good,and the location was excellent. Room cleaning was non-existent 1 day only during our stay. No microwave or coffee machine in the room for the price was ridiculous.

Breakfast they serve here is just for the name sake to prove Breakfast is included. It is very poor Breakfast for a $190 room Booked two rooms and received only one room and they charged for two rooms. Had to make multiple calls to get the refund

The only negative about the property was there were no dressers in the room. Had to live out of the suitcase. That was the only reason for an over all rating of good. The room was clean. Staff was very helpful. The water pressure in the shower was low, but manageable. The property was clean.

Typical hotel breakfast. Challenges: Beds were not comfortable. In addition. Very limited area to hang clothes and no drawers (just a bench). Great for a day or two but challenging for a family of 3 for 5 night stay.

The room was clean. The first room we had had a door ro the room next door and it didn't locke. They changed it right away.

Location was great with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I will book again if in the area.

Clean and bright It was great

Evening staff when we went to check in was unhelpful to the process. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queens. They changed one of our rooms to a king and made to call management to fix and change it back, second room information was never updated, told the other party members who arrived hours before myself that their room doesn't exist. Had to spend an hour on the phone trying to fix the problem and $900 extra dollars on booking a new hotel for the rest of out party because they were sold out. Left message for GM who I was told would get back to me asap and at least two days later still hasn't.
