La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis South

The staff were friendly and the room and pool were nice. We couldn’t use the tv in the room however because the remote was missing. I asked twice for another one and was told the desk person had messaged the maintenance man. Apparently the maintenance man was busy doing other things. We never had that addressed.

Room was very clean, pool was amazing (the reason we booked with them..outdoor pool!), breakfast was good and the girls at check in were super nice. Would definitely stay with them again. My only complaint would have been glad I brought my noise machine since it was so close to the expressway. Also on our second night someone in one of the rooms on either side of us was smoking weed and it could be smelled in our hall and in our room.

The hotel was dirty, outdated, and had a bad odor. The location was convenient. The breakfast could be better.

Run!!! Until this hotel is fully renovated stay away. We were assigned a room on a construction floor. Dry wall nails littered the hallway along with dry wall dust open windows meant humid hallway. One of the two bathrooms in the suite we paid for was nothing but concrete blocks and a “sorry” sign. Sink at bar did not work because bathroom plumbing was gutted. No privacy curtain to the bedroom. Couch was horribly uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping. However the staff was very apologetic hooray for Amy and Rhonda I’m promised $80 refund discount for the inconvenience but haven’t seen it processed yet

Front desk was so helpful and nice. We had an issue during check in and they solved it for us! The place is very clean, rooms are great and the breakfast was amazing.

It was clean, everybody was very friendly. We have a suite with two rooms and whirlpool it was very nice. Breakfast was better than I expected. Would stay again.everu Everything was good!!!

We arrived Wednesday night, until Sunday and our keys continued to not work, and had to be reprogrammed every day. Every day our room was “cleaned” no new towels were left, bedding was only a thin blanket and sheet, we all woke up with sore throats and head colds after our second night, after looking at the AC in our room, that explains why… the dust was so thick. The shower faucet leaked constantly, the water was hard and awful on our skin, the bath tub had a brown film on it and just felt gross. The hallways always had trash, and construction dust was everywhere which we had no warning about and my son has severe dust allergies. When mentioned to the staff, we were asked if we wanted to switch rooms and offered no compensation. I would never stay here again, very disappointed with the facility and services we received.

They were getting ready to remodel so I believe it will be nicer after that. They were helpful and accommodating brining us in a roll in bed.

We checked into the LaQuinta Inn weighing show in the middle of a storm and it was late. The desk clerk was awesome. She was friendly and it was just her there working. She was checking people in and answering the phone. I know that’s her job. But she was professional and friendly at the same time. The room rwas good but the tub was old. Continental Breakfast was not so great. They were pretty much out of everything.

It was close to where we were visiting family. The staff was friendly. Breakfast offered good variety. The bed was comfortable.

Was clean at least. TV did not work, reported it to front desk, nothing done about it. Breakfast needed Bacon, ham, chicken strips, beef patties, SOMETHING!!!! Protein!!! Was a great vegetarian breakfast!!

Location was good. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom the furniture was filthy. I put sheets over them to set on them . The fold out couch mattress was terrible. Old and chewed up very un comfortable.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The bed was a little soft for my wife. We enjoyed the fact that the window opened. Overall it was a great stay. The area seemed to be good, no issues with parking or anything. Once we found there was a second elevator away from everyone and used that it was much better The elevator was SUPER SLOW. The cost, due to it being Indy 500 weekend EVERY place jacks their price up at least double. We were 30 minutes from the Speedway and prices were still stupid.

The room is outdated weathered and not happy that the floor kept getting all wet when we showered there were ants on our nightstand. However the room was clean and the staff was helpful, and I see construction being done in the property. Also breakfast was great. Just a suggestion, you should add breakfast potatoes that would have completed my breakfast. I will stay again
