The mattresses are terrible. Not to mention the frame. It is dangerous and not friendly at all. The sheets look worn out.

Did not like the loud music and pot smoking in the breeze way area right next to our room we felt very uncomfortable with the people hanging out in the rear lot. also, the stench of a rotten rodent / rat in the black pest control box at the stairwell. The ice Machine I had to search for which was clear at the other end of the building none of the help spoke any English at least that's what they were motioning to me. Finally, the lady clerk who check me in WAS VERY VERY RUDE and short with me. My wife and me had been spending our anniversary in Indy and if you look back at your records you'll find we've stayed there a few times in the past and they were enjoyable stays, but this time will be the last for us.

Great price & the room was extremely clean. Front of house staff is awesome too.

When arrived the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest. Staff was apologetic, hotel was full so we couldn’t switch rooms, they provided sheets and towels and fortunately it wasn’t terribly dirty otherwise. Room was cleaned the next day, but did not get service the remainder of trip. Felt like they did not have enough staff on hand for a busy time.

Shower in ADA room had plenty of hot water and was very accessible. Only problem with it is that the showerhead for the able bodied person is quite low, so it was about chin high thus hard to wash my hair. Bed was very hard. We had to put pillows under our bodies to sleep.

I had to leave GenCon early because the musty cat pee smelling first floor room made my sick. The first room we were booked into my wife got locked in the bathroom for 45 minutes until staff could get her out, the room we were moved to was then so musty and damp that it made me sick and we had to go home 2 days early.

The room was wet. Like a sheen of water the entire time. All the bedding was damp too. There was a hole in the bottom of the door and bugs came in. There was also a bandaid wedged in between the soap dispensers. I also asked for another towel in the morning and was told no.

That staff were very personable and nice.

I reserved a handicapped accessible room with a roll in bath. Upon arrival, they informed me the last guest in the room wanted to stay an additional day. They gave me a handicap accessible bathroom with a tub that I couldn’t use. No bath that night.
